Second update, filed a complaint with the better business bureau and Arkansas attorney general. Hopefully they have better luck trying to resolve this issue . Update: after numerous times to get this corrected and no reply , I have decided to take other avenues to get this resolved. Will post updates! (Original post). I had my mom take her car to Tony's shop for an oil leak . He said it was a seal had to replace some other things. She got it back and it was leaking again, he kept it for about 2 week to repair it again, only to say it was the oil pan now and needs $400 more. I had her get her car back and I took it to a different shop. It had silicone on the gaskets , and was still leaking at the head . I tried to contact his shop and his worker was pretty rude , at this point I just want to see if he could refund something back since he didn't fix it . I have called , left messages and no reply. Only told by his workers he's out all week and might call me back. Don't use this man , he doesn't Stand by his work and won't return calls. Currently checking into my options and small claims court . The other guys might be backed up but they will do the job right.

I wanted to wait and verify the longevity of this places work before I wrote a review. It s been over 2 years since I had my transmission rebuilt here, not only were these guys the only people in the 870 that agreed to rebuild my ford transmission (instead of just replace) they did it for a reasonable price, and 2 years later I ve not had a single issue from my pickup truck. I had my transmission rebuilt, my rear main seal replaced, and my oil pan gasket replaced. They charged around 2000 and I m very satisfied with the value of their work.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Tony and Kyle have always done me a more than good job. I ve had a transmission built and installed by them, various other things fixed on different vehicles. They are straight shooters, they do what they say they re going to do. This shop just cleared my codes and charged me. I know because my code reader confirmed cleared codes.Transmission is giving codes p0700 and p0755. Their way only even if got the part or had it looked at before or whatever they still want u to pay them to diagnose the same problem again and buy possibly the same part again because like they tell u they won t use the part you ve already bout to fix ur vehicle but instead want u to pay for it a second one now just for them to fix the same thing u tell them is wrong

This guy is super shady. Smooth talker and probably knows what he's doing but he will put used parts in your transmission that may have came from another's vehicle that he's working on. Had our vehicle for over 2 months charged us the highest price of anyone around. Didnt last 1 yr had it looked at by a man in hardy and he alerted us to used parts and not replacing parts that are essential to a rebuild. I knew the guy was screwy acting and turns out i was right. Torque converter was spray painted to appear new but was obvious. Find another shop if you know whats good for you.Service: Transmission

These guys work hard and are fair. This pandemic has hurt there business due to supply chains and parts being hard to find, but they are pushing through. I recommend giving them your business when and if you need work on your vehicle
