Absolutely would not buy anything from this guy, he sold my little brother his first car that he had bought on his own, he getsdown the road, and it starts raining so he turned the windshield wipers on and they stopped working. So he calls the guy and he said "Oh im already gone"! He gets it home and drives it like a day or so and he has like 6 different code pop up! The car has sat in the driveway the entire time he has owned it! If he continues to treat customers like this he won't be in business long, once word gets around!

Great place. Shaun was very helpful and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the vehicle that fit my needs and budget. Actually, the vehicle exceeds my needs in that it has many more luxury options than I was looking for but really love. Very clean and drives great. Thanks Shaun.

I've bought a car off this guy before. I went there to talk to him about another vehicle he was selling and I honestly felt like he was a little rude and told me they didn't in house finance. As I pulled off the lot I seen a big banner out front that said"easy financing". I didn't bother going back and inquiring about the banner, instead I felt like he wasn't worth the time either.

The owner is always quick to meet me in the parking lot, and this visit was no different. I enjoy stopping in and asking about vehicles I like the looks of. The gentleman is a kind, professional man, and seems to be honest about his vehicles. I haven't purchased one from him, but I have taken a couple for a test drive at a previous stop-in. I will continue checking on his inventory and stopping to ask about any vehicle I am interested in. Who knows one day I may purchase one from him!

I had a vehicle for sale on market place. Magnet contacted me about buying it. They told me they wanted it and for me to mark it as sold. I was in the process of getting a clean title and told them it could take 2 weeks. I was told that s ok. No problem. Once I got the title after exactly 2 weeks I contacted Jerry at magnet and told him I was ready to meet and give him the truck. Jerry said it took to long for the title and he no longer wanted it. He also said it he couldn t give agreed on price but could give $2,000 less than the agreed price. I bought a car in those 2weeks and could have used the truck as a trade in to help with sales tax. Now I m out $1500 in sales tax because he didn t take the truck. Basically I can t trust Magnet Motor Company because they lied to me. Be careful when dealing with them.

Bought a 2010 chevy equinox from them and paid $4000... it started shutting off engine next day. Turns out it had been flooded. Needs new motor and transmission. It shuts off automatically once the car warms up. I test drove it in December in winter short way so they scammed me. They wouldn't take back. Very corrupt people. But they will get what's coming on judgment day.

It's a used car lot with fair pricing if you are not prepared to repair a vehicle by a new one with warranty. We bought a truck with 160k on it transmission went out at 185k. I'm still astatic with purchase we'll repair it and keep rolling. I'll definitely be back if we're looking for another used vehicle.

It's always hit or miss when you purchase a used vehicle. I bought my daughter a Toyota Highlander on the 8th. It broke down on her way to work this morning. Just 4 days after we drove it off the lot.In the past, if I've had trouble with a vehicle I just purchased, the company that sold it was more helpful in trying to help me out. This was not the experience I had with Magnet Motor Company. I called Shaun when I was waiting on the tow truck to arrive and his only suggestion was to take it to a shop that he uses and the guy could maybe tell me what the issue was. He claims he did not know there was anything wrong with it.I understand I paid cash and it was sold AS-IS and they are not obligated to do anything once it leaves the lot. But how you treat the customer once they leave the lot can go a long way and determine whether they are a repeat customer or not.

Sold my son a car on Wednesday it has been down since he got home. Called business and said they couldnt do anything except get parts at there price. He has 3 little ones and wife. Plus he paid 3975 cash for car. Apparently they didn't check this car before they sold

Sold a car to my nephew, and he didn't even make it home to Jonesboro before there was a problem. The dealer would not take it back. The dealer just told us some things that could be causing a problem!

serious frame damage and already needs to go to the shop due to bad antifreeze leak that was previously cleaned up but not repaired. haven't put more than 50 miles on it.very disappointed.asked the salesman of there were any issues and he said no
