I met Mason in a moment I felt like giving up on my new to me mower! The belt came.off and he put it back on, told me to go finish my cemetery and come back. I brought the mower back and he worked diligently on it, responded to text messages, and I feel like at times he was as discouraged as me. A week later I got the mower back and this was even after Mason burnt his beard . Mason went ABOVE & BEYOND customer satisfaction! My mower is great. I will also say that Chris the salesmanworked with me at times. And then there is Matt Tripod! He and Mason make a great team in the service department!! I am so thankful for Legacy and their team.
