John took exceptional great care of me by making sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner!!! Highly recommended . John is always hard at work taking care of customers. Give that man a raise.

In an economic time, where service could slip at the all rising costs of what it takes to run a small business, Herren tire seems to avoid this issue. Outstanding service from beginning to end. Quickly picking my car up for me from work, getting it fully serviced, and dropped back off. There is a reason it has been a staple business in our town for so long, and will continue to be.

God fearing man that runs a business with no hesitation to help others. I pulled in there last week to have my tire checked because it was low and they didn't charge me anything because they couldn't find a leak !! That is integrity.. Last night we had a car with two flats and the man took time out of his night just to help me out .. That's loving your neighbor

Friendly service and really quick in and out. Ivey Jr. makes it a priority that all customers of Herren Tire feel appreciated and respected. Definitely will be where I go as long as I live in Paragould.

I had been going here since 1987 still have my original receipt for my first used tire and over the years they have been very careful with my cars they are all lowered but back in march I took my 16 year old BMW up there and parked it out by the highway like I have 1oo's of times but on this day one of their employees decides to not use the backup cam and take a full 2 1/2 truck length to back into my BMW right between the bottom of the tail light and bumper, effectively totaled my car! I was angry , it didn't look that bad until I went to try n start it, would not start for 4-5 attempts. Before that I assume Ivey Jr took me out and showed me what had happened and said quote"I'll take care of you" well I measured the skid mark, my car was moved close to 14 inches but it wasn't that bad, then they replaced my new tires and a week later I am driving with multiple car symptoms and another flat, took it up there still mad as hell and a rim was cracked because they did not clean the inside of the rims! Since then I have had to replace the rear tail light and both Computers to my car which Kelley blue book says is only worth $3 Grand and I have already spent close to $4 Grand to keep it running and the body damage is still there because Ivey said I'll have Freemans take care of it, sorry man I have never heard anything good about Freemans so you guys can kiss it goodbye for my Business unless you are willing to cut me a check or pay cash for more than my car is worth! Even if I would have filed an Insurance claim I still would have been screwed out of a Car I have had for over 8 years so thanks, thanks a lot for the Stress and yes I am still beyond pi__ed! It's not like I spent almost $800 the next 3 weeks after it happened getting my BMW towed everywhere. I guess this cautionary tale is to not park by the highway ever and you will not be in my shoes irregardless now I have to find a new Tire place,. Sad really, well MAD AND SAD!!!!! Do with this Review as you like, I'm done.

If you are a woman, ESPECIALLY a young woman, do not come here. If you stand up for yourself no matter how calmly, Ivey (the owner) will lecture you about 'how adults handle things'. He & Michael will tell you that you are being disrespectful and yelling when you are not. I was told that it does me no good to come in and act 'young and stupid'. They put the wrong tires on my vehicle and when I confronted them about it, they told me they knew 'what my husband wanted.' They did not have the tires I wanted in stock but instead of informing me, they put different tires on without my consent. I am disgusted. Ladies, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Bought set of 4 all terrain tires for a reasonable price, mount @ balance with a minimal wait time for the install. I will definitely go back to Herren tire the next time!!

I probably shouldn't take it out on Herren Tire but they did employ the Michael that was rude to me. The heavy sigh & ma'am he gave me when I asked a question was especially rude. I did not appreciate it.

Took forever but did a good job, was there over 2 hours just to get tires whitched on our rims that takes five minutes or so to do....other then that they were busy the whole time we were there

My family and I have been doing buisness with Herren Tire Service for over 50 years , I can remember my dad shopping there when I was very young and the tire shop was at the Wallace auto sales location yeah a long time ago when Ivy Sr. was just a boy and he amazed me so much cause he worked like he was on fire and bent over backwards for all his customers, And now i see Jr. trying his best to walk in his fathers shoes and carry on a great buisness ,see with me its more of a family than a store , ill admit I had a hiccup and searched for other tire dealerships to meet my needs for a few years but I'm proud to say I'm back in the family and doing all the buisness I can, Thank You Herren Tire Service for all you do to meet our needs.

Herren Tire has made getting many, many oh and many more tire patches , oil changes and a new set of tires easy, affordable and there customer service has been nothing like Iv ever seen before. This is definitely where my family and I will continue to go for our tire needs! Thank you guys for all you do!
