Had our 2015 Yukon towed there when it wouldn t start. Dustin was our service advisor. He was less than helpful. He was rude,condescending, and even confrontational at times shouting at me what is your problem. when I asked for more information about what was going on with the vehicle. He even told another employee he was going to hang up on me one of the many times I had to call to get an update on our vehicle. We had to go without our vehicle for over a week for a relatively easy fix (battery and starter.) Glen Sain s motto is how they pride themselves on customer service, and I received the worst service I can remember from a dealership. We will take our vehicle elsewhere if we have other issues with it and recommend you do the same.

Visited dealership today for an oil change and made another appointment for additional service work. We have been using another local dealership and have had terrible experiences. Today I was treated like they cared about me and listened to what I told them I have been experiencing with my vehicle. This will most definitely be the dealership we use for all of our service work and will recommend them to everyone.

Bobby Messer did an awesome job putting me in a vehicle that once was just a dream! The process was as smooth as just exchanging the keys. We will definitely be back for more business in the future. Thank you Glen Sain!Edited to add: I bought the Tahoe just days after they received it on the lot. So there wasn t a lot of time for details, lol change, etc. The day I picked up the vehicle, they had already detailed it but didn t have time to check the oil. So they picked up my car from my work to change the oil as promised and they had it back to me within 2 hours!! Literally the fastest and best service around!

The service department at Glen Sain is amazing. They get you in and out in a professional manner and the team's so friendly. I also bought my Acadia there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The sales person was amazing. He was not pushy, let us examine what we wanted, did not hover but was easy to find and get help from when needed. Made car buying weirdly enjoyable. My wife had to go back to finalize the deal without me, she had our newborn. The sales person was very helpful, and patient. Would certainly recommend this auto group, and would definitely buy from again. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name, he definitely deserves recognition.

Normally have good service expect my last two visits. Scheduled appointments a week in advance droped off truck at 730am for my appointment waited all day til 3:50pm never pulled my truck in or looked at. This sealed the deal i will never use this dealer again and would advise others to be careful using this dealership as well.

Worst Chevrolet dealer service experience I have had in 40 years. Made a first time service appointment online through their website for multiple items to be addressed and received a confirmation. When I get there, they have no record of my appointment and said they do not see online appointments due to a glitch in the system but they would try and work me in. 24 hours later and no communication from them I called. All they had done was the oil change and tire rotation. I was told they were still diagnosing the car. I told them to pull it out and I would come get it as I didn t want to leave it there for days. My previous dealer in another state was outstanding! Won t be back at this one.

Went to dealership to address several small issues with my Yukon. Had been there last year and they exceeded my expectations for service. This time there were new people in service and they could not have been more unfriendly if their last name was Putin ! Couldn t look at car for two weeks, told them I would be out of town but they did not offer alternatives. I said I would get my wife to bring the car in if they had a shuttle service but they acted like I was from Mars I know hey have a shuttle because a neighbors son in law works there as a driver. Bottom line is they probably would be better served using some of the money for those weak TV commercials on employee customer service. I have found a GMC dealer in Jonesboro but would have preferred doing business in Paragould. Will be looking to trade my Cadillac in the fall but will not be dealing with this dealership!

I had a great experience at Glen Sain in Paragould. Heath Wallace was our salesman. He made it an easy and fast process. They have the process together. It moves smoothly and quickly. I told Heath what I wanted, he found it and he and the credit guy got it fixed up. No more sitting for hours at a dealership!!!

I went with my Mother to help her pick out her new vehicle. The sales agent was very informative and friendly and got her into a nice ride that was comfortable for her. She loves it and is still happy with her choice

Buying a truck from out of state was an easy process. I flew my wife in from out of state and they had their porter ready to drive her in. The truck was clean and gassed up ready for the drive home. I m giving three stars because the sales rep never told me that it was a smokers truck. My wife is 3 months pregnant and and could barley stand the smell without puking. It was a 6 hour drive back in an ash tray.

Throughout my career on the road I have driven as much as 50,000 plus miles per year. My relationship with my dealer and their services have be important to keep me on the job. There have been many dealerships over the last 50 years and there is only one Glenn Sain. Every one in the dealership welcomes you and you are more than a customer, you are community. With that said, they know how to treat customers like neighbors. Every one from the welcome desk, sales, finance and all in parts and service, they are the worlds best. (Except maybe Danny's stories, but they are funny.)

Great salesmen! Heath Wallace was very courteous and easy going! First time buyer from Glen Sain. Will use them for as long as I m physically able. No hounding from salesmen! They let you look with comfort then come talk to them so you don t feel like someone is standing over you while you look. 4 words for everyone! SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! If it s not on the lot they will get it there! 5 star dealership! Try them first or last, but definitely try them!! I am so disappointed in the ethical practices of this dealership. We live in Nevada and purchased a GMC Yukon remotely from this dealership. We were sent pictures of the exterior and interior of the vehicle and we were assured that both the tires and brakes were good and adequate to drive on. In Nevada, vehicles can't be sold with less than 50% brakes or tires, so I expected when they said they were good and adequate to drive on that they were at least 50%. When we took possession of the vehicle, we took it to a local dealership to have the car inspected as well as a Discount Tire because one of the tires had a slow leak. We were told by the dealership that the brakes and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced, and Discount Tire said the tires were bad and all needed to be replaced as well. We purchased this vehicle in good faith that the equipment was sound and are so upset at thisresult. We called the dealership to see if they would do anything (help reimburse some of the repair or replacement cost) and we were told no and that it wasn't their responsibility. Terrible way to do business!

For a Super deal on a Super vehicle from a Super dealer, come in and ask for Superman. Charlie. He ll treat you so many ways, you will like at least one of them. :)
