They did an amazing job on my tint, absolutely love it!! I will use them again and have referred others when they ask where I got my tint done!! They got me in quick and they quoted me lower than anywhere else I checked.

Always top notch service. Super reasonable pricing. Friendly staff and fast. Window tinting and door lock repair was done super fast and looks great. The only glass shop I trust and use.

Got my windshield replaced and tinted looks really great! Super quick and perfect service. Have a previous tint from here and had it 7 years not one bubble or peeling issue.

Nothing but good to say about these guys. Me and my dad have had multiple vehicles tinted here, he's very picky about where he gets his work done, and he likes them too. We love the quality. Good people.

Best tint and glass shop in North East Arkansas..Don't waste your time and money going to other shops he is definitely worth the wait of getting into..thks for tinting windows on my corvette they look amazing...

If I could have given no stars I would. My wife dropped the truck off within 20 mins they called and said it was ready. When we got there the windshield wiper cal was not put back on correctly and urethane was all over the inside of the vehicle. Not sure if this is a regular occurence or if it was because they thought she would not pay any attention or know what to look for. Regardless after paying close to 200 buck this is way unacceptable.

The glass job looks great. The guys was friendly and hard working in the shop but the receptionist kinda seemed rude and annoyed. You cannot expect young kids to behave and not be little loud or fiddle with things. Most kids are going to show out especially when they have to wait in a small waiting room. So slightly disappointed in the customer service I received, she wasn't very friendly. She would snap at my kids over simple things that was harmless. My daughter made a nocie at her and she snapped at her. She is 4 and just being a typical 4 year old. She snapped at my son for moving a bottle of hand sanitizer over a fee inches on the counter. It was harmles she could of politely asked him not to bother it or she could of just moved it back to its originally spot latter. She made it way to obvious that she was happy we was going outside to wait the remaining time. Other than that thr glass looks good. The guys know what they are doing but please work with your secretaries on customer service skills.

John, his wife and crew are very friendly and professional. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I highly recommend.My wife works in insurance, she deals with a lot of auto repair shops, she says they're the easiest to deal with.

Went in with shattered window and was able to drop it off 2 days later and pick it up a few hours later. Everyone else either couldn't get my window or it would take over a week. Genes shop looked at it and said bring it in first thing Wednesday and I did. With the freezing cold and having to take my little ones to school I was very happy to get it done in 2 days. I'd tell anyone to go here if I was asked. Thanks guys

John and his crew are all very nice and polite. I got an appointment within 3 day of contacting them. They had the work done very quickly and I picked up my jeep in 2hrs of dropping it off. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of glass

They did a great job tinting front windows and windshield on my van! I've had tint done here before, and other cars tinted elsewhere. Never had a bad job anywhere but Gene's is the most competitively priced.

Fast friendly service. Very reasonable prices. I've had 3 windshields replaced here and 2 sets of windows tinted. No complaints whatsoever. Awesome service and abilities.

Scheduled me in quickly to replace my front windshield and retinted. Did an amazing job on the install. Did notice a scratch on the glass, called them up and they fixed it really quick. Very friendly staff, highly recommend to anyone needing glass replacement or just tint.

Gene's glass shop saved me money and impressed me with their expertise and professionalism. They quoted me a windshield at the same price as their competitors, but did not have the extra fees attached to the price that the other competitors had. Saved me quite a bit of money. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be going back there for window tinting soon.

Made a same day appointment and it worked out well. Needed a minor repair and they took me in early and finished in 30 minutes. Great service. Fully recommend.

I have always took my vehicles to Genes to get windows tented. They are really nice and do a great job! I would recommend them to anyone.
