The man acted like i was a total bother. His stance was in defense mode, arms crossed, and scowl on his face, as if it was distasteful listening to what I needed.Which was a 20 amo fuse. I had no idea how to remove it or how to tell it was burned/broke. He made me feel incompetent and small. So then I consulted Google and knew what to do.Shame on him! He could've been more attentive and told me how simple it was. He could've checked the whole thing with the machine they have. He never offered it, in fact when I first went in, I told him I needed a fuse, but I had no idea which one. Right away, he said: "We wouldn't be able to help you with that". He said it twice.Well, I went somewhere else after my Google consultation. And I'm not going back.

Knowledgeable and friendly goes a long way these days. The people at this store were both. They explained things very clearly and were able to help me pick the right part as well as helpful in showing me how to switch the new part out with the old part , saving me money by doing it myself. Daniel has done a great job with this store !!!!

I could get the simple part I needed from Amazon in 2bdays for $4 but wanted it right away so headed to auto One. I was prepared to pay double or triple the price for the convenience of instant gratification. It took the worker 10 minutes to search for the part in her computer which took me 10 seconds to find on Amazon only to be told they could have the part in 2bdays for 5btimea as much as Amazon. I love shopping locally but come on if you don't have the part in stock at least be competitive in price and friendly.

I had to boost my car to start it. Although the battery was not that old I was going to replace it because I travel a lot. Before purchasing the battery, the manager checked it and said it just needs charging. I probably left an interior light on and drained it. He could have sold a battery but I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I will use this store only when needing auto parts.

It's a bit on the pricey side with a lot of items. If I need something in particular for my vehicle then that's the only time that I go here. I will usually check a couple other auto parts stores before I do just to compare the prices and stock. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. I did have a question about a product the last time I visited and the guy working at the counter didn't know for sure. He read the label (just as I had) and wasn't able to tell me anything more than what I already knew about the product. It didn't help with the issue I was having after all so it wasn't helpful there.

Friday, July 21st, your manager went above and beyond our expectations. My grandson, ASU student, teaches music At GCT this summer. On his way his battery died. We jumped his suv in a torrential downpour and headed to AutoZone in Paragould. Grandson bought a battery and attempted to take out old battery. It was out of his wheelhouse. Mr. Finney took over and saved the day. It wasn t an easy installation to say the least. This manager is a class act and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts.Linda, Rike and Win Robinson,Jonesboro, Ar.

I go to purchase a bolt from AutoZone and the lady ask me to get a bolt off the vehicle so that they can be sure of the size, being that there were more. I come back in with the bolt and the lady was occupied. The guy comes up to me and tells me bolts are down isle 6 you can find the there. He never even looked at it or offered to find it! I just put the bolt back on my vehicle and left.

I had a great experience that was taken care of by the manager. I believe his name was Daniel. He was very polite and personable. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of with a great positive tone. I needed a new battery and he made sure he got my vehicle up and running. I would definitely recommend Auto Zone in Paragould.

Daniel was very helpful in the nick of time. We were driving a bus full of cats and dogs to the vet, and we broke down, couldn't figure out what was wrong, he came outside and helped us, even put the part we needed on for us, no extra charge. Wonderful service.

My headlight was out on my vehicle and they came out to install a new one but the old one still worked after they noticed the wire was loose. They fixed it for free. Very nice people!

Just to share what a wonderful experience we just had at Auto zone in Paragould Ark. Our headlight on our 2013 Ford explorer needed changed..after numerous attempts by several people from other auto parts stores we came to Auto zone and not only did Daniel Finney change the bulb for us without giving up, he took the time to explain that the bulb we had purchased elsewhere was the wrong type and helped us get everything we needed. Professional and friendly service is what we received. I would recommend this store to anyone, and will always return on the future. It's worth the 25 mile drive.

My wife and I had stopped in Paragould to grab a bite to eat. When we attempted to leave, the battery decided it's time to give up. The staff here were very helpful, we paid over the phone, and 20 minutes later they drove up with a new battery, and changed them out. I'm am very pleased with their service.

They were incredibly busy, with only 2 employees. Though they did an incredible job and kept their cool, corporate could really benefit from rethinking their bottom line and hiring an additional person. What good is your profit when the morale of your company is trash? To the suits of the company, you got a good thing going, but geez, hire another staff member on one of the busiest days of the week. You should know that all the backyard techs are out in full swing, and you wanna give us TWO people? Again, your employees were top notch. Just give us another one. That's why I'm keeping it 5 star.

Just wanted to say Thank You to Daniel Finney for helping me change my headlights at Auto Zone! He went above and beyond to have my lights working. He had so many different parts to take off so I really appreciate all he did. He was calm the entire situation. I couldn't have done done it myself. He definitely deserves a raise for not turning me away. Thank you again Daniel Finney, Charity Nash

I have to be honest, Excellent Customer Service depends on the Day You go, the Time of Day and the Associate You End up with. The Last time I went, I was having what I thought might be battery or alternator issues. I was Lucky and got an Associate willing to help Me out even in the Middle of this Pandemic. My Mask wearing Hero tested out the Car Battery and Alternator of which Neither was Bad. After some Socially Distanced conversation He then Suggested an Automotive Electrician. (My Term, not His)This Gentleman Employee was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.I was disappointed to find out that AutoZone no longer does the Full Car Problem Scan that They once offered. Most of the Employees are knowledgeable or willing to help You find what You want. You can find some Surprising items in Store - like that small mag Light you just had to buy or the Telescoping magnet for when You drop the next to last bolt of the radiator grill. The Store itself is Great. I Love Window shopping there. I am so Glad My Dad is a retired Mechanic!

The attendant was very convinced my starter was bad.It was the battery posts!Today, August 11th, 2021I went there to get Radiator Sealant. Noah was not helpful, he didn't have a pair of pliers so that I could remove the clamp on the hose to the radiator. It was $17 for the product.I had to return it because nobody was trying to help me. I bought the one for $6 which you can pour in the water reservoir.Dennis was nice but the poor man got ignored by Noah, he needed to know where he put my receipt.I seen it under a scanner and told Dennis to get it. Noah went outside and when Dennis asked him, Noah sort of blew him off . How rude. Dennis is new apparently. And a senior citizen which is great and Noah should be more respectful, patient and helpful.A man came in and Dennis told me he was going to take care of him first, the man had ordered some brake parts. The transaction took about 13 minutes. Then it was my turn after Dennis thinking that Noah had already done my return, I finally got my $ back. Noah came back in and I told him what Dennis was saying, he told me "No, the returns are only done on the register he's using and he was taking care of another customer". Like I didn't know already? And why was he telling me about it? I told Noah to go explain it to Dennis. He said Dennis already knew but made a mistake. I said yes maybe he's confused and needs help. He walked away.I hope the stop leak works. Because I was there for almost an hour and employees like Noah just make it unpleasant.

Stopped in today needed my battery charged. They told me that it would be 2 hrs before they could do that...there was 2 customers in the store and neither of them was hooked up to the charger. I dont if it was laziness on their part or they didn't want to get cold. Heck they probably didn't know how to operate it.
