With roadside motels, you never know what you're gonna get, this place however is one of the great ones! Super clean, very safe, and at a fair price. The bed was extremely comfy!If you're looking for a nice place to stay and relax for the night during your travels, stay here! If I find myself back around the area I'll definitely stay again!

We stayed here on a Sunday night. Check in was quick & easy, room had a bad odor but you get used to it after a little bit (we tried opening the window but that didn't help..), the bathroom has a toilet & shower but the sink & mirror is in the main bedroom area. Bedding seemed clean & we didn't get any bites of any sort. Overall not a bad place to stay for the night.

I highly recommend staying here. It's an hour from Graceland but worth the drive NOT to stay in Memphis. Great price, nice family business. The room was clean and no funky smell, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. I can park outside my room and it's so isolated next to Loves and a pizza store I don't worry about transients or being shot.Maybe one little thing is an extra security bolt for the door.Thank you! I can sleep tonight!

Was very skeptical but reading some of the reviews plus it's nearly mid way location to our Texas pick up we gave it a try. Wasn't bad, dated but seemed clean. Not much to eat around here but there are two trucks stops so you can definitely eat. Very basic motel but worth the price. We ended up staying here on our return to Virginia and stayed in the same room. Don't be discouraged by the photos, its not a bad spot.

Was driving when a sudden bad storm hit around 8 at night. Visibility went to zero on the highway but I was able to follow a truck for a mile to the next exit and found shelter at a loves. Traveling solo it was scary so I googled a hotel and found this one was a couple hundred feet away I just couldn't see it threw the hail and rain. It was affordable even on a Saturday so I booked and went over.It's a mom and pop place with a truck stop on each side so I felt pretty safe. The distant sound of a truck idling put me right to sleep. I've been on the road over a week and this was the best nights sleep I've had. Honestly I would have been greatful for a whole lot less. But this was a fine room right where I needed it. If I'm ever here again will definitely stay again. Room was clean had microwave and mini fridge. Folks that run it were very nice. Great experience, Great price as far as I'm concerned 10/10Rooms: Was everything I could ask forSafety: Felt very safe

It's a Motel. A bit expensive for what it is though, paid $70 for the night for one adult. Pillows are paper thin, no hot water for shower before bed or when I got up the next morning. They couldn't or wouldn't give me a receipt the next morning. No coffee I will make the 20 min drive to the next town and save $30 to stay at the same style motel. Or spend the same and get a very nice hotel with breakfast. But it won't be here for this price. This should be a $45 a night motel it's old dusty and outdated.

The room was clean and comfortable. The owners were a little hard to deal with because of a language thing. Also took a while to get the tv and the air conditioning on. But all in all not a terrible place to stay short term

I wanted to start by saying the service was very friendly. It was very cold and the gentalman at the front desk (owner?) was very friendly. The room warmed me up realy quick and that is always a plus. It was clean (no bugs and no grime). I travel alot for my job and I will deffinatly be back when I'm in the area. This place is also pet friendly with a $15 deposit. Don't have time for pets anymore. I would hate to leave them alone while I work. I'm a dog lover and my Brindle Mastif would have been happy here too. She passed away 12 years ago. Thank You for the great hospitality:) The "Loves" truck stop is right across the street too. Food, drinks and they were friendly as well.

We were worried about staying here given the recent reviews but were very happy we did! It is an older place with very basic amenities but if you're just passing through it's great - reasonably priced,, clean, very comfortable beds, and it was quiet for us. It's close to a gas station too if you need anything.Plus they had availability which was rare Memorial weekend. We'd stay again.

The people who own this hotel are very friendly and kind. The rate was excellent too. My husband and I travel a lot for work and stay in a different hotel every night and it is important to us to find a place that doesn't break the bank but is clean and convenient. These sweet people did our laundry for a nominal fee as well, since they didn't have a guest laundry area. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice and clean quiet inside looks way better than the outside. My room had a nice new TV on the wall with DirecTV. Only thing I didn't like takes a long time for hot water and a water pressure was low in the shower

I have to admit I was nervous about staying here since it was so cheap but we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely an older place but room was clean and tv was up to date. Easy access on/off highway. If you want a place with alot of amenities, this is not for you. If you just need a clean place to stay the night, not bad at all.We would definitely stay again.

Whatever you do. Don't judge a book by its cover when you see this Hotel. It's a small 30 room hotel, it's owned/operated by a husband and wife team. They are wonderful people. Made us a spectacular deal on a one night stay.As you would expect, the rooms are somewhat outdated. Though that's not what you look for when spending the night at a hotel. It's how "clean" it is. And I will tell you, these rooms are spotless!!! The AC unit will freeze you out and the bed wraps itself around you. Next thing you know, it's morning and you slept like a baby!!!I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers!! Great price, good service and clean rooms. I give it 5 stars and a !!!

I am a new resident of Arkansas. Moved here from Arizona for work. I have been living here at Rest Inn Motel for 7+ weeks waiting to close on my new house. I have to say the owners hospitality and service made it an easy 7 weeks to have to live in a hotel. They maintained my sheets and towels clean on a regular and consistent basis. The owners, a husband and wife, are genuinely nice and understanding. If I ever have to live in a hotel ever again, or have family or friends in town needing a room I will always recommend Rest Inn. Plus, it's incredibly affordable. Refrigerator and microwave provided.

Minimal amenities, ice machine broken with 100 degree temps andno real coffee in rooms (de- caf only??), lobby kept locked (appears owners use it as living area) and towels are small. I'm 6-3, 230 lbs. and had to use both towels to dry off.Overall it's Ok and its clean, but that's about it. I probably wouldn't stay here again if there was another choice (and there were). Managements answer to any of these issues was to "just run across street to truck stop" (He did give me $2 to pay for ice so gotta give him credit for that). Appears to me as owners are doing everything they can to cut costs in spite of impact on its customers.

Room was not clean, bugs on bathroom floor, bathroom fan/light made excessive noise (could not be used). The bed was comfortable. Odd odor in room. Large bug of unknown type on clothes in morning. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Will not be returning.

We were desperate. They had a room. Bed sheets and bathroom were clean. That s about all we can say.Room wasn t well vacuumed. Walls and doors looked like they had never been cleaned. We touched nothing we didn t have to touch. Slept. Left.

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of cable channels. Only $63/night for single and veterans discount. Love's 24 hour right across the street. All sorts of food and for me early morning coffee

Pro: This was a good basic place to stop for the night on our family road trip. Beds were soft, and they had a fridge and TV. Staff was friendly. Great value.Con: Wasn't impressed with breakfast options at all. They had old bedframes/boxsprings on the outside of building which didn't make it look too good (but they could have been updating beds, so that's just an aesthetic thing.)Overall: Good. I would stay here again if passing through

i had an accident 3 miles from this place in my semitruck and was lucky this place was so close. It was my first accident ever. They didnt had any discounts for truck drivers, the room was around 115 because i had a pet and they only had one two bed room available. It was just me and my dog but we had to take the 2 bed setup since they said they didnt had one bed room available. Next day i was discounted 15 dollars.I did explain my situation to the guy at desk showed him the pictures as proof but it didnt bebefit to get a better price. The room was meh, you could hear noises from people walking by and people on the next room. The heater was turned on to like 86F that was too hot for me. i know it was cold caused it had snowed but meh just one more thing to deal with.

Gr8 for the price. Very clean. Very friendly. Pilot travel plaza nearby where you can stock up on daily travel needs. Micro. Fridge. Coffee makers in rooms. Older single floor updated property with drive up rooms a huge plus for me. New tv's appliances, HVAC newer and clean filters.. !

Bought a room, went into the room, none of the lights worked, trash everywhere, love stains all over the unmade bed. Completely disgusting.Went back up front and got keys to another room.... Same situation, sold me another room that hasn't been cleaned yet.Told me she was going to clean a room up for me..... Waited outside for 15 minutes, before a meth head showed up and gave me my money back in cash.He said the lady didn't want to deal with it.He easily could have taken my money.Nice customer service!

Very old motel, but clean. New paint, new refrigerator. Comfortable king bed. Good AC, but pretty loud unit. Hot water with good flow rate (but motel was almost empty). No coffee maker, alarm clock, or hair dryer in room. Stained carpet. Bad coffee in lobby. Very minimal breakfast selection. I think room rate was a bit high for what you got.

Nice and clean not fancy but quiet and clean. Great value. Directly across from the truck stop but never heard the trucks at all. We highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and even stopped by as we were packing car to see how our stay was. Very professional!!

Definitely 5 stars! Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was very clean, freshly painted, clean towels, comfortable matress. Wifi worked well. We slept very well, and will definitely stay here next time we come this way.
