Great looking place. Awesome to have a stop with a Sbarro inside. Very clean. Good food. Staff was friendly. This is a fairly new place in the delta area of Palestine. This store is nice. It was clean from the outside to the inside. The shelf where stocked with plenty of merchandise. Not very busy but convenient if the across the street Loves is packed. Now my 4 stars are for the cleanliness, atmosphere, and being well stocked. All paperwork need was supplied in correct areas.. Customer service was not good.. The workers where so concerned about the pictures I was taking that no one asked if I needed help, they began to talk loud in the pizza making area saying things like what is she doing? Customer service is a must and reviews will be read so whatever 4:30pm shift on 1/12/23 that was there besides the guy and the lady who sold the the gas may need a little bit more understanding of how you get Customers.

Go elsewhere. Slowest pump. Ever. Did Not auto-shut-off and leaked gas. Waste of time and money. Attendant was very nice but did not seem surprised.We should have gone to Loves across the street.

No alcohol sales on Sundays. Thanks for saving my soul from the horrific sin of simply having a beer on Sunday I guess. Good grief. Didn t know such outdated laws still existed . Also, why not tell someone this before they come to the counter when you stood there watching me browsing the beer section. Could have saved me from wasting my time with that atleast.

Owner operators be cautious. Decided to fill up here long story short the pumps wouldn t print a receipt. Went inside and the lazy workers excuse is the system is down so they wouldn t print me one either. Lost 450 because of lazy workers. I love DK but this one is by far the laziest I ve ever been too

I stop here every time I'm in the area, the pizza is excellent. The service is very good. Beware of the fountain drink machine on the right something's wrong with it, the drinks are flat and warm. I wish they had legitimate parking spots for trucks. The loves across the streets can get crowded.

Darn it!Ready to order a lg meat pizza, but the young man i guess working there was too busy texting. No I stood in front of him at the counter while he's texting thinking oh well when he's done texting he'll look up and see me. But instead of looking up while he was texting... said what can I get you. So obviously he knew I was in front of him. I get it help sucks and all that, but they still need educated and they need to put their damn phones away. No response necessary thank you maybe we'll try it again in the near future.

Clean bathrooms and clean store with good fresh food, and diesel is cheaper than Love's across the street.Foam cups are a little thin, and the fountain Pepsi was mostly syrup with very little carbonation - hopefully that was just a one-time thing.

Stopped for gas and the pump on the last pump in the row took about 15 minutes to fill up my truck. I m pulling a camper so I can t just move around. Please fix this issue.

This is a fairly new place. It has clean bathrooms, a large selection of snacks and drinks,.plus a Sbarro on site.

This was a great stop for myself and our two pups. There was plenty of grassy area for them to roam and potty. The attendants were super friendly, the bathroom was very clean and the snack and drink assortment were top notch. I highly recommend grabbing a slice of pizza and fluffy soft breadstick for the road.

They charged me 200 dollars to my card and didn t pump fuel the person at the register turned on another pump and I have been trying to call and the phone goes straight to a mail box they said it would be credited back to my card and it still has not they told me to call shondreka Watson but how can I this place is a rip off

6/19/23 I stopped in this store for an emergency, I was having a heart attack. A cashier called me help and stayed with me the entire time holding my hand and keeping a cool wet paper towel on me until the paramedics arrived and air lifted me. Please someone find out her name and how I can reach her to thank her for saving my life. I died and was brought back by the paramedics and as I said flown to the hospital.

Nice place. Gas prices are the same as the Love's across street. There is a Sbarro inside, which makes it even better. Bathrooms are clean.

Everyone is so friendly! Pepperoni Stromboli is great with it s pizza dough crust sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds stuffed with pepperoni and cheese- hot and fresh! Enjoying my Slushy driving down the road . Thanks y all.

Store is very clean inside and out in the parking lot, the deals are the best I've come across, especially the fuel discounts. I choose Dk over all others in my town, and when I'm traveling I will definitely spend my money with Dk/Alon.Thank you for the opportunity to win.

They advertise that they have sandwiches and pizza. After I went inside, there was nobody working at the counter. The employees at the fuel counter were rude because unwanted food at 8 PM for some reason. Just go across the street to Loves.

Horrible service at the pizza place stood there for over 5 minutes and was ignored, but yet the guy next to who who just walked up got service right away. Never going to stop here again 0/10

Store is always clean, service is good but I am always a little let down when around 5-6 am when I stop there is nothing warm to eat such as a breakfast sandwich
