I had the most fun and enjoyable car buying experience of my life. I ordered a new Bronco from the salesman (Jesse) over the phone. He was awesome and endured my weekly texts for updates. I have never had a better experience and I love my Bronco!!

Ronnie and Jesse were quick to reply to my questions about a vehicle and were very accommodating and friendly. Jesse got me a new key and fixed a sensor while giving me a loaner and had my vehicle delivered to me at work 45 min away. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Seriously LOVE this dealership. I drive past other Ford dealerships just to use this one! I was getting my oil changed and they called to see if they could go ahead and check out a recent recall on my Bronco. It's nice that I feel like they really take care of their customers. :)

I was 17 when I wanted to purchase this car 2 weeks away from turning 18 so I could purchase it under my name , I told Jessie who was such an amazing sales representative, that this was going to be my very first car and,it was the one I wanted but I didn t have the age ,he allowed me to make a deposit and they held the car for 2 weeks ! This dealership only cares about customer satisfaction. You feel calm safe and definitely not pressured to buy !

Jesse was the car salesman that I lucked out on having! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of when purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had many question, and he was very thorough on answering. He never rushed and even worked around my schedule so that I could test drive my Jeep. I 100% recommend Whitson-Morgan ! From Jesse to the finance manager, everyone was so helpful!

Anthony King and his team are the real deal when it comes to customer service. I limped in to the dealership as they were starting to close. Anthony heard my plea for help being miles from home and worked with his team to stay and get me fixed and back on the road that night. The pricing was also extremely fair in my opinion. This level of customer service is rare these days and this team should be commended. I d easily recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F150. It was one of the best truck purchasing experiences we've had (and there have been a few). Jesse Whitlock was honest and upfront throughout the entire purchase, which we greatly appreciated. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice car on the lot but it's never open on the weekend. Why? Aren't most folks off on Saturday and can car shop. There web cite is not up to date either. Guess they don't sell many cars.

Jesse Whitlock is the guy to see. In the last ten years I ve bought 5 vehicles. From Hawaii to Arkansas. And Jesse is by far the best salesman I ve encountered when purchasing a vehicle. He is polite, honest and not pushy at all. He brought our car down from Clarksville so I could test drive it. And prior to that I was able to get my paperwork submitted to him before ever stepping foot into their building. Most car purchases I ve had to sit at the dealership all day, not this go around. In and out in a matter of a couple hours. Chelsea did a great job with the financing side also. Don t like the interest rate but I did just buy a house and I know I can refinance and get it lower in a couple of months. Thanks Jesse and thank you for continuing to work with me even after you made the sale.

This dealership is awesome! Everyone here was friendly and helpful and incredibly polite. Our salesman Jesse Whitlock was great to work with, and he made the process very simple and fast. I had picked out the car ahead of time so I had done research prior to our purchase, but Jesse still made sure we had all of the pertinent information to make the best decision for us. I am so grateful to this dealership for making my first car-buying experience such a breeze!

What a great car-buying experience! Usually having to buy a vehicle leaves us frustrated, just because of the high-pressure salesmen. None of that here - Jesse Whitlock was super-nice, friendly, and honest. We drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to Ozark from northwest Arkansas because they had a truck with everything my husband was looking for and for the right price. We are very grateful to Jesse for all his help, and also to the finance manager Garrett - they were both top-notch.

Fantastic experience, spectacular salesman and staff! The salesman absolutely sealed the deal with my purchase. Typically, in my experience, vehicle salesmen are "pushy" to make a sale, doing whatever it takes to convince you THIS is your car and ONLY WE have what you need. I have purchased new vehicles with <10 miles and used vehicles, the experience has always been the same. At Whitson-Morgan the salesman who assisted me, Jason Moore, was knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and genuine! Mr. Moore was there to assist me from the time I made the call to Whitson-Morgan till the time I walked out a happy customer; Since my purchase I have even had contact with him regarding my experience and another possible purchase! Aside from the salesman the financing staff and manager were just as splendid to deal with and very personable and easy to talk to. No gimmicks, no "smooth-talking," no "pushiness"...just people dedicated to their job and ensuring they gain the favor, trust, and business from their clients. I do feel I will be back to Whitson-Morgan for another purchase .

I just purchased a second vehicle from this dealership and the experience was just as easy the second time around. My review from last year is still good below!The people are the reason you buy at Whitson Morgan Ford in Ozark, AR. Jesse is great salesman and he helps you learn about the vehicles before you buy. The purchase process was fast and efficient. Garrett guides you through this process with ease.I highly recommend this dealership if you want to be treated like an old friend.

Jesse Whitlock was our salesperson, Jason Moore did out trade and is the sales Mgr and Reagan found us the best finance rate. They all made the entire process a breeze and recommend giving them a call to answer any question. Definitely my best and favorite car buying experience. Small town, friendly, and fast! I drove up from Louisiana about 6.5 hours and was back on the road with my new vehicle inside an hour. Great customer service and I appreciate their work environment! 10/10 would visit again! Jesse was great at organizing all the paperwork and Garrett was fast on finalizing it. Larry was there bright and early so I could test drive the vehicle!

Great experience with Morgan in sales. She was knowledgeable and honest and we never felt pressured. The process of car buying was nice and simple. We found the exact car we d been searching for and left feeling confident with our purchase. Great dealership with a nice selection and great staff! Garrett in the finance department was knowledgeable and efficient. Overall it was a positive experience.

Just purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition from Whitson Morgan, and the experience was great. Jesse was super helpful, I was able to do an overnight test drive to make sure the car would work for me, and then the paperwork was put through very quickly and it was mine in just a few hours! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle in the Ozark area!

We drove all the way from North Central Iowa to buy our 2017 Expedition from Jesse Whitlock. He was awesome in helping us do everything we could over text, call, and email so all we had to do was make the drive and sign the paperwork! Garrett Shepherd was also great in getting us an awesome interest rate! They were very accommodating to us! They watched out dogs while we test drove the vehicle and made sure they were just as comfortable as we were. We were in an out in less than an hour with a new vehicle. We WILL make the 11 hour drive again!

Highly recommend Whitson Morgan Ford at Ozark to all buyers wanting an easy and friendly car buying experience. Jesse, my salesman, was honest, and communicated quickly with me during the shopping and financing process. When I arrived at dealership, 140 miles from my house, Garrett and Morgan were friendly and full of information to share about my truck. 5 stars! Will buy from them again in the future.

On a road trip I got a trouble light. I called the service dept. They told me that they were busy but would look at it. When I arrived about 15 minutes later I could see that they were very busy but the service manager came out and inspected the vehicle. He checked some electrical connectors and brought a diagnostic computer and tested the suspected faulty systems. When no trouble was found he cleared the stored fault codes. This man was knowledgeable, polite and kind I can't say enough g�od things. I would recommend Whitson-Morgan for all your Ford needs.

They were able to accommodate all of our needs while still being professional! We drove a hour to get there, but the time it took to sign for the car was shorter. The truly respect their customers time and money!
