I needed a new rubber tip for the air compressor; ours had cracked. They didn't have the tip but could order one for me. Then he said I could buy another whole piece instead if I didn't want to wait. I have no idea what the part is called - sometimes it's a disadvantage to be female . The young man offered to put the new gizmo on the other gizmo for me!! Hooray! Maybe being old AND female does have advantages.

Mike Miner and everyone @Napa do an amazening job on the daily. If they happen to not have a part needed most times they can order it and have it ready to pick up the very next day! Plus the customer service in general cannot be beat! In my experience, all have gone out of their way to make sure i understand the repair im attempting as well as the parts im purchasing. They have even gone out to my vehicle and done the repair for me or assisted me in doing so. Above and beyond the call of duty. Ive not ever had a bad experience at this locaton and highly recommend to amyone and everyone! Bravo yall! A fine example to be followed on how to run a business that truly cares! :)

Really nice to still find a Grass Roots Auto Parts store. Lines of well used parts books, Guys that really know their stuff. and a smell that only the old parts stores get. something about these older places that its like a trip down memory lane. Glad to have become a customer and will be back in future.

They always accommodate the needs of our farm. If they don't have it, they can usually get it and most of the time it is next day. The guys always know what my husband has sent me for before I do. I rarely go anywhere else. I appreciate them very much.

Quick response to phone calls and knowledge at hand being a small town owned and not corporate Genuine Auto Parts limited D/C locations. High prices for shipping on out of stock items outside normal overnight delivery parts

Well my alternator was supposed to be in today is what I was told when I came in on 3/1/21 well I go to get my alternator an it hasn t came in, an they won t give me my core charge back until my new one comes in because they taking the box off my new alternator which don t make no sense I will never never use Napa again! I would wait months before I use them again after this

If you want to experience blatant racism come to Napa. I was just in there this morning and heard the "N" word thrown around at least 10 times. Im all for freedom of speech, but this is 2017.. we should be over this, but at Napa they are still in the 19th century. I don't think I'll ever be returning here. At most places they would throw a customer out for saying racial slurs, but it seemed to be very accepted at this store.

Fast and friendly and they will even help you change your windshield wipers. And they never give you the wrong part like orieleys does.
