So very thankful for Melissa at the Ozark office! She s always easy to reach and responds promptly, even if she s off work for the weekend! She never lets me down and helps with all things! We are very thankful for her!

I highly recommend this insurance agency. Melissa responds and handles anything we ask of her in a very timely manner and with a pleasant smile on her face. I would not go anywhere else for insurance!

My family has used other places of business in the past other than State Farm. One day, my wife, and I decided to take the switch to State Farm. It s been the best choice in that field. I m highly impressed with the quality of service, respect, and kindness I receive from State Farm, in particular Melissa. She s been the best agent to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to work with this company. I highly recommend the company in general. My business will stay with her, and them for a long time. State Farm has always been my family s go to for insurance needs! Now that I am grown and doing adult things with my husband, Melissa Smith with Ozark State Farm has not let us down! She is very dependable and helps me understand things I still don t quite understand! I highly recommend the State Farm family, they will welcome you with open arms.

My husband and I have had our home and auto insurance with State Farm in Ozark for almost 30 years. Wouldn t change anything . Melissa is the sweetest. Since day one she has always went out of her way to help us with anything we have ever needed. You can always count on her to go above and beyond. It will be forever appreciated.

I have been with Matt Bodson State Farm for a few years and they have been very helpful anytime I had a question our concern. We recently purchased a fifth wheel travel trailer and on the second camping trip I tore the membrane on the roof and had to file a claim. State Farm was very quick on the claim process and getting us back to camping.

I have been disappointed with StateFarm in my area of Arkansas. I make payments via mail and they do not reflect on the online site often stating my payment is overdue. Any change in policy takes weeks or months. Any change in policy or payment is rarely reflected on my online mortgage company. Complaints go unrecognized by representatives because the online site is completely different than the home office. One side doesn't know what the other is doing and the customer support uses it as an excuse not to do anything. The policy is a good one but with no customer support it's not worth it.
