This guy has an attitude problem & could care less about any customer. All it took was asking for a quote on repairs & well what else can I say. I wouldn't let this guy work on anything.

I went to get a diagnosis of my suv bc it was shaking. Told him someone over the phone told me what I was describing sounded like wheel bearings. So he took it for a drive down the road and back. Came back and didn't even look and check and just said it was the wheel bearings on the front. Got a second opinion from someone who actually took it apart to look and nothing is wrong with ANY of my wheel bearings that it was my breaks/rotors. He tried to rip me off bc I'm a woman!!! Will never do business here!!!

My daughters car broke down passing through Ozark about ten days ago. She took the car to Knox and they agreed to look at it. They called her and said there was a compression issue with one cylinder. They suggested checking with the dealer to see if any recalls were on it so the repair would be covered. He also said that the previous mechanic did NOT do the tuneup she was charged for prior to the car breaking down. He didn t feel right charging her for the diagnostic or storing the car until she could pick it up since she got screwed by the other mechanic. Talk about honest!! He did what he thought was right and they deserve your business if you need auto repair. Thank you!

Driving across country. Had my power steering pump pulley break. Got it fix and back on the road in less than 2 hours and at a very reasonable price.
