Traveling from Tulsa to Nashville pulling a 44 toy hauler and we found ourselves with a broken leaf spring. We were 20 minutes from their shop and were able to come to them. They got is in quickly and took care of things and got us on the road within a few hours. Very kind and great to work with!

Our tractor trailer was off the side of the road, in some trees and then stuck in mud. IT was a real mess. Not only did they tow our truck, but were also able to make a repair we needed so we did not have to go to another mechanic. They even helped calm down a situation we had. Everyone here was so professional and compassionate.

As I was leaving work today, (of course in a hurry and on a strict time schedule), I locked my keys in my truck. I called Ken s and asked if they could help me out with getting my door unlocked. The lady on the phone got my address and had a gentleman to me within 10 minutes. The Gentleman that came out was very nice, and genuine. He told me he was going to get me back in my truck as quick as he could. He had my truck door opened working a minute. Very nice team and affordable. 10/10 recommend.Service: Car lockouts

I was stranded at a rest area at mile marker 73 on I40. My motor home would not start. Ken"s sent a service truck to my location and diagnosed the problem which was a air conditioner compressor. They got me running and to their shop. The compressor was replaced by Weitzel (mechanic) and they got me back on the road! Everyone at their shop treated me like family. They are the BEST!

My car got towed here first thing in the morning. They were so helpful to me. They were able to look over my car and fix what was wrong so I could get back on the road in an hour. They were even nice enough to drive us down the road so we could get breakfast while we were waiting. I would recommend these people to anyone in the area if they need something fixed. Even my tow truck driver said that they were honest and did good work at this garage and that this is where they take their cars.

Had to get my van towed to Springfield mo. They tired to call saying the credit card didn t go through and ask for money again. Demanded is again or threatened with the jailer who called and threaten me. SCAMMER alert they are horrible. (Have proof payments went through. They tried to steal double the money

We have a 42 ft Class A motor home that suddenly shut down on us near Conway AR. We contacted Ken's and they sent a mobile mechanic to try and find the problem. He had the right diagnostic tools but couldn't get the engine to throw a code to indicate what was wrong. He called for one of their big boy wreckers and got us towed to their shop in Ozark where they backed us in the garage so they could look for the problem. They left us hooked to the wrecker so they could bring us out of the building and let us sleep in the RV and run the generator. That was huge to us after a stressful day. The next day they found our ECM had fried and a new one was ordered. Ken then had the wrecker put us on the side of their building plugged in to 50 amp and let us stay there waiting for the part. Again that was huge to be in our RV instead of a hotel. Our main mechanic was Wetzel who was very knowledgeable about the complicated electrical system of our RV engine. Also their prices were very fair. If you're in the AR/OK area that Ken's services you would do well to chose them if you need their type of services. We are so thankful we ended up in their capable and compassionate hands.Service: Special vehicle towing

I highly recommend. We broke down out of state on the interstate and my car was towed to Kens. They looked at my car immediately, offered to take us to a motel, lended us phone chargers.Even inspected my car for the rest of the trip. Amazing customer service. Thank You Guys!!

My car broke down in Branson, MO today. Ken stepped in to try and help us troubleshoot the issue. He even offered to drive my family back to Springfield. I can only imagine how he treats his customers, since he was so kind and helpful to us! He is a lovely person!

My 19 yr old nephew was traveling to Oklahoma from Georgia when he hit something on the interstate. His tire was busted and he had no spare tire. I needed to find a towing service that would take my card over the phone and take him to a tire place. Ken's also has a service center so that was even better. They stayed in touch with me while trying to locate him. They had him back on the road in no time at all. I was really surprised at the total cost and how inexpensive the bill was. Some may have taken advantage of the situation but Ken's Wrecker Service did not. These are good honest people. I just want to say thank you again!

We blew a tire on our camper outside of I40 and AAA sent out Ken Wreckers who put on a new tire and checked all the others just incase. We were on the road less than an hour later. The man that helped us was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were set for our journey.

We blew a tire on our camper on I-40 just outside Ken's Towing and Wrecker. They responded very quickly, replaced the tire, and procured a new tire in short order. They were competent, professional, and pleasant. I recommend them strongly. Further, they didn't charge us for the emergency visit.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Was moving across the country with my family, I had a caravan of three cars and 2 motorcycles, one of the motorcycles broke down and Ken's towing went above and beyond to help, even after hours. If you're in need of a tow anywhere in the greater Eastern OK, NWA, River Valley or Southwest MO, these are the guys to call. Ask for Jason. Our car broke down in Clarksville at 8:30 pm with over 1 1/2 hours to home. My wife and I'd been on the road for 2 weeks visiting family on the East coast, and had just come from the Little Rock Costco on our way to NWA, so we had a Yukon XL full of luggage and bulk grocery items (much of it needing refrigeration). Spending the night wasn't an option. Called AAA for roadside assistance, and they thankfully sent Jason. He was an absolute godsend. He arrived a half hour earlier than estimated, quickly got our car on the truck, and even took the time to check out and confirm our suspicions about the cause of the problem. He was incredibly personable, courteous and service oriented. His friendly manner calmed us both down and he kept us talking and laughing with his many life stories (21 year Army vet) for the whole trip. He went above and beyond in so many ways and made the entire experience almost enjoyable. He is truly one-of-a-kind, and definitely our first call if we're in need of that service again!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Had to call for an air leak on my T680 Kenworth, the technician they sent out was a great help he knew what was wrong right away unfortunately he did not have the part but call and got one sent to us. I felt so bad for him having to work in the heat and kept apologizing. 5 plus stars to great employees

I have purchased a set of tires from Ken's and have had them replace a bent rim for me. Both times I have done business with Ken's I have not been disappointed. Definitely recommend their business to anyone looking.

Even though it was a Sunday afternoon they arrived very quickly and had my door unlocked in a few minutes. Very friendly. Then I didn't have correct change to pay them so they didn't charge me at all!! What a wonderful Halloween gift! These guys are absolutely amazing! Our daughter had a flat tire on her way home for Christmas and was stranded on I-40 between Alma and Ozark. This was on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, mind you. We called them and they sent someone out right away. They arrived promptly and went way above and beyond what was expected to make sure she was taken care of and able to continue safely on her way. What started out as maybe a simple tire change turned into a tow and more, including finding her a spare tire since her tire was damaged beyond repair, And the charge for the whole thing was unbelievably reasonable and way more than fair. They could have really taken advantage of her, but they chose to do just the opposite. I can't recommend them highly enough.Services: Car towing, Tire change

I took my family (Wife, 15 year old, 11year old, 6 month old, and 3 dogs) to the forest for Thanksgiving because we really didn t have the money to do anything else. When we backed close to the river, my wheels sank and we got stuck. With no reception, we had to call 911 for help because all other calls failed. They sent Ken s to help . 3 hours later, he hooked up a wench and pulled me 5 feet forward but kept saying he didn t know how much it would cost. He then drove me about 2 miles away from my campsite so he could take my payment which is when he told me it would be $300. $300 for 5 minutes of work!!! Then he said it was because it took so long to find it. I called 911!! They had a satellite ping of my exact location so this was definitely a lie. I didn t have $300 in my account so they said they were going to impound my vehicle if I didn t come up with it. Also refused to drive me to where I had reception to call someone to send me money. I had to walk away further up the mountain from where he parked and find reception. Once I got assistance and got him paid, I also gave him all of my cash as a tip ($15). That s when he told me he couldn t drive me back to my camp site. He took me about a half a mile closer and refused to go further. He made me get out and walk the forest back to my campsite. Oh yeah, it was raining!!

These people were amazing!! We were traveling from Tennessee to Tulsa Oklahoma for the 2021 AKC Agility Championship and pulled off to get gas in the RV. We had a tire low and another flat in the back. Tried to put air in them only to find out that the stems were broken. The guys at Ken s were on it! They fixed us up and had us in our way in no time!! They were called out to pull someone out of a ditch who had hit me and needed to get me moved out of the way to get the other car. They charged me 125 dollars to get scooted 6 feet and threatened to impound me if I didn t pay. If that isn t highway robbery idk what is. If I m in the way of your client, that s not my problem, I had someone on the way to actually tow me but they wouldn t listen and hooked me up regardless.Service: Car towing
