JLW i a great place to have my car serviced also. Not just a towing and recovery stop.When I need brakes or an oil change, they take very good care of my car.Being a woman, I want to feel comfortable and I do there.

Great place to have your oil changed and have other work done.i have had this and my brakes done there.Argest and his crew are reliable, do not overcharge you, and friendly.I would recommend them for service.

JLW really saved my husband and I from quite the pickle. They were incredibly fast, helpful, ans kind. The price was a little high and a bit of a suprise (make sure you pay in cash, not card). But, overall we got back on the road after just a few days, and most of that time was because they're closed on the weekends. I would recommend them!

After reading the the reviews I see that I am not the only one feeling the way I do. This man was one of the ridiculous example of a business owner that I have ever seen. I also own a business, but his lack of what a human should act and behave like was simply utterly repulsive. His prices were price gauging and against the law. Has no PR skills at all.Service: Car towing

Great service. Came out rite away to move our car. Others put us off till later. They must have too much to do for Mommy. JLW towing will be our go too from now on. Thanks guys for the fast dependable service at a very fair price.

Great service. They offer complete Automotive and Diesel repair services. The people are very friendly and are genuinely concerned about making sure your vehicle is repaired correctly and at a very fair price.. They go out of their way to help their customers.

Prices were straight up, no surprises, no frills . other companies in area had complicated way to add extra charges, so i did not feel comfortable.JLW did great job, would use again. Keep up the good work.

The owner needs to lose the attitude. Judging from the other reviews with the same experience I had, his motto is "it's not my problem". He has poor people skills and wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

I have had my vehicle tow and worked on multiple times here they are great and very friendly. Don't really wanna get my work done anywhere else, they genuinely care and make sure your good to go before you leave.

These folks helped us out when we were stranded at Wakarusa with a burnt out starter. They came through for me and my friends in more ways than one!!!After Ken's tried to run a monopoly on all the folks on Waka property and prohibit us from using the tower of our choice AND made us wait for longer than 3 hours with a tow truck "on the way" the whole time, JLW towing was a breath of fresh air.After a good Samaritan pulled us to the front of the venue it took no longer than the drive time up the mountain for them to arrive at our vehicle. They even sent a second vehicle to pick up my friends who were also riding with us at no charge.Not only could they tow our vehicle, but they were able to order the parts and put in our new starter as well as another part that had blown out all within about an hour. Their rates were reasonable and the people were friendly.I will never use another tower if I ever am in need in the Ozark area. These locals know the terrain, they know they area, and they certainly know cars. If you want honest work from honest folks, they are the way to go. They made what could have been a catastrophe into a welcomed detour. AND they cut me an incredible deal I wasn't expecting. *WONDERFUL FOLKS*

This company hates the military. My son almost died from a wreck, and they would not even let him get his uniform out of his car without paying a fee. The company does not have any empathy for anyone. Anyone who believes in our country and military should be against this company.

Had an accident, and had to be towed. Was not happy from the moment they hung up on me, and cought an attitude with me. Ended up losing everything cause it wasn't "his problem" . Sorry.
