Very pleased with their work. They are truthful and take care of there customers. Shop rates are good and they get great discounts on parts. Don't pass them by if in need of work in that area.

One of my trucks wouldn't start in Alix Arkansas, they Sent a kid out that charged me 750.00 to cut the wire to my injection pump?and then decided it was my fuel filters 5 hours later, which was not the problem called another mechanic "KENS" out that had my truck going in 30 mins for 200.00, guess i know who to call next time expensive mistake

My rear suspension u bolts were messed up in Memphis Tennessee (united diesel power) truck repair.. I drove 260 miles to this place they fixed it and I had a flat tire too .. out in 45 minutes . very professional.. everyone is nice .. lady is the office very good customer service.. very reasonable price..highly recommend

They took full advantage of my situation. Even though I called in advance was there 1 1/2 hour after they closed and fully expected to pay an after hour charge, they charged me 8 times the regular price. The two that washed out my trailer were exceptionally nice and professional, but the secretary that they called because I demanded an actual receipt and not a hand written bill was extremely rude and threatened to charge me even more. The only reason I gave one star are for the two that preformed the service. But I would not recommend this place to my dog, which is a female which reminds me of the secretary s attitude. NOT RECOMMEND

These people were concerned in helping anyway they could. Even recommended towing to Dealer because of recent repairs. They could have just brought me their instead of thinking that my repairs could be under warranty.Thankyou for your honesty and integrity.

Took me right away on satuday afternoon for a tire change. Decent price, fast and proffesional. Will come back again if needed anything else, they do awesome job in no time! Well done guys!!!

I broke down in my semi up the road from these guys. They came right out and got me into the shop. Even though my issue was small and didn't cost a lot to fix they got me right in. The bill was way less than I expected. I couldn't be happier and these people are super friendly and nice. Give them a shot you won't be let down. Thanks for the repair guys.

These people work miracles.I stopped by this shop a few months ago looking for oil hub caps for a hotshot trailer. Not only did they immediately provide me service but they went far above and beyond to do everything they absolutely could to help me. I m still thankful to this day for this shop and wish them absolutely nothing but the very best.Thank you all so much!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

There aren t a lot of good diesel mechanic shops left. This is one of them. I came in late on a Friday afternoon for air filters, an air dryer cartridge, and needing to get a seized exhaust mount bolt broken free. They got me in right away and I was in and out within an hour and a half and the price is fair as well. They do everything from major engine, trans, and rear end work to oil change, lube, PM type of work. I ll definitely be back. My view may be skewed because I came in right after dealing with TA/Petro mechanics that took 6 hours to attempt to do a simple oil change and PM. Anytime I m in the area and need something done right the first time I ll be back at exit 37. And there is a Love s and hotels next door if you have something major that needs done.

On a Saturday, early afternoon, my 5th wheel trailer broke an axle hanger. Some observant truckers let me know that I had problems. I stopped on the shoulder just at the exit ramp for exit 37. I was able to limp off the interstate and spotted this shop behind the Love's truck stop. After explaining my situation to the owner, he was able to start work on my rig in less than an hour. They got the axle welded back into place, did a parts run for 2 new tires and installed in enough time for me to continue down the road to an RV park for the night.
