By far the best! My son and I were passing through Ozark when my son s battery light came on. It turned out to be the alternator and the car literally died when we arrived to the garage driveway! The crew were all hands on deck and replaced in one hour!! Not to mention, I was injured the day before with 2 broken wrists and broken knee. I was in bad shape. The owner helped my son get me into the shop and comfortable as I could get under the circumstances. They all tried to cater to my needs and did not have to do that! I was in a really bad place in my life. I will never forget their generosity. And they didn t charge an arm and a leg. No pun intended! Nothing but the best review from a grateful customer! Thank you!

I went to OReileys today and bought new headlights for my car because they had gone out but unfortunately they weren t able to change them for me. The worker recommended a new business called Chicho s welding- she said he would probably install them for me. So I went there and he dropped what he was doing to help me! Even pulled one of his workers so it would be faster he offered to let me and the kids go sit in his office where there was a tv but they enjoyed playing with his son and his dogs! His price was reasonable and I gave him a tip. He was very kind!!

Chicho's is AMAZING! We came in from out of town with a bad alternator that was about to die and he got us all fixed up and ready to go back on the road no problem! Reasonably priced, great service, and a friendly staff! He was greatly appreciated!

I had a weld break on my aluminum trailer during a visit to Ozark. I called Chicho and he got my trailer in the same day! He finished the work on time and in budget and it looks great. Highly recommend.

I am not the type to sit at a computer and write my thoughts for others to see. I have never written a review for a business before today, but I want to formally acknowledge the service I recently had done because it is worthy of that. I needed some tricky welding done on my aluminum flat bottom boat. I searched local welders in my area and Chicho`s Service center came up with one of the choices. I called and Melvin, the owner, answered. He told me to bring it in at 1pm. I Showed him the huge gash in the front of the boat and Melvin said that s pretty bad but he can fix it. And that s is exactly what he did. Melvin has a wealth of experience and was very professional. He made sure it was done right. He made certain I was pleased with the work and he charged a very competitive rate.(I personally expected to pay twice what he asked. I will now use him anytime i need welding work in the future. I also highly recommend his company for any sort of welding work. These are truly the types of business services people want to hear about for their needs. He doesn t do any big time advertising, so word-of-mouth referral is important to get out there.I Have since been back 3 other times with other projects.From welding and fixing my bumper on my 1995 Jeep. Melvin even sand blasted my boat trailer and painted it. He also went out of his way and got me new tail lights and even wired it to make sure they worked! Overall, He did Great Work and is even a better guy!

Best thing that ever happened in Ozark,,, could have been the worst week ever! Chicho fixed my horse trailer, my jeep broke down, (U joints) and he also pulled dents out of my truck. They can do it all... Best thing however, is the BESTcustomer service you will ever receive.. all repairs done quickly,,, non of that forever wait. I would give a 10 of I could!!!
