This business is owned by a local family. The waiting area is very nice clean and comfortable the service to the vehicle is always quickly done. A very professional business. I highly recommend Airport Road Express Lube in Ozark Ark.

They were nice and helpful took care of me quickly, I waited for my oil change less than an hour. The girl asked me what kind of oil change and she was very nice. Great job Thanks

Did not screw my belly pans back in and stripped holes on one of them. Lost one on freeway to ft Smith going to work. Had pull over and rip one-off to drive the other had to have new holes made to keep it on. Very disappointed that a business allows such shotty workers to do this to vehicles. Pure laziness and bad business practices.

Dishonest, provided my own oil filter, but I was charged for a oil filter. But they didn't give me the oil filter. Cost of service was 44.00 and all they did was drop oil and put my oil filter on. Also I asked them to leave it a quart low so I could add oil treatment. Told they put 5 quarts in engine. It was at the add mark. Which means they only put 4 quarts in but I was charged for 5. Very dishonest people.Service: Oil change
