I happen to need on my trip around Arkansas because the roads are very abrasive and they wore out faster than I expected.CuzinBob had my tires so I rode there and what a great surprise! Excellent shop, he is a great mechanic and great person!Had my bike serviced in record time at the right price!Thank you Bob!I will be back in my next trip to Arkansas!

We were on a trans USA road trip when my BMW R1100 developed an electrical fault. We were lucky to find Cuz n Bob s Motorcycles. Robert managed to fit my bike in the following morning (we arrived in Oxford around 6pm the night before). Bob very quickly diagnosed the (two) faults on the bike, repaired one and replaced a relay to fix the other. Super efficient and clearly knows BMW bikes very well. Also replaced the worn front tyre. Friendly, very competent and charged a fair price.

Great shop. Ordered a beautiful Yoshimura exhaust for my Triumph Street Triple. Shipping was prompt, and once it got there, Bob installed it at a very reasonable price while I waited. I was obviously on my motorcycle so Bob said he would hold my original exhaust until I can pick it up. Very happy with the product and service. Will be coming back for scheduled maintenance.

My friends and I were riding through Northern Arkansas for a week and needed some emergency work done on our motorcycles since we rode up from the Central Texas area. We didn't want to have to go to a big dealership and wait, or worse; tow our bikes back home. Cuznbob was very welcoming and knew exactly what to do. He fixed our bikes promptly and even hung out with us for a bit, then sent us back on our way so we could continue our trip. Cuznbob is one of the best motorcycle mechanics I know hands down; intelligent, competent, and understanding. He didn't have to drop what he was doing to help, but he did anyway. The work he does is very thorough and clean as he is a rider himself. Cuznbob; you da' man, especially when it comes to BMW's.... Thank you for the help, and we'll see you next time.

Robert is great! I feel so blessed being a bike dude that he moved into my little town. All the little things that would take more then 10 days to get here, typically available. Nice shop as well.

The best motorcycle repair experience I ever had... affordable, communicative, and a job done right the first time... thanks to Bob my 1998 Thunderbird is running better than I've ever known it to. Highly recommend that you take your business there.

Robert, Cuznbob, is simply put, a gem on this planet. Earth is a better place due to CuzNBob. I own a 2006 BMW K1200s. I m poor. I bought the bike in 2007 as one of two left over new k1200s still left on the showroom floor. 10k off the price due to it being a last years model. Ten years later, and the engine blew up. Bike sat for ten years till i had enough money to replace the engine (remember I m poor). I replaced the engine thru CuznBob. He told me, i can replace the engine, but it would be cheaper for you to just buy a used k1200s. I told him to replace the engine. This bike has major sentimental value (we been ALL over the USA together) and was worth getting it fixed in my eyes.He actually tried to convince me to take my business elsewhere and just buy a new bike, no profit for him. I told him to do the work, and he treated me right and dealt with all issues I had.He was my mechanic then for years.Then, he moved away to Arkansas. So, i can no longer utilize his hands on the daily, but, when i have issues, i call/text him, and he always answers my questions so that I know what I m dealing with.Cuz n Bob goes above and beyond. Give him your moto, and your moto will thank you for it.He s honest, straight shooter, hard worker, highly intelligent, and has a resume regarding motorcycle maintenance which puts him at the level of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven within his respective field.Bring this man your bike! Then thank me for this recommendation! Thank yourself for making the decision to bring your work to him, and mostly, thank Bob for being so kick a$$!!!Keep the rubber side down, and the stars on top.Thank you Bob for making this Earth a better place!

Robert has worked multiple times on my BMW GS. He has modified the front suspension, changed the sprockets and chain, installed new tires, and most recently rebuilt a lot of the bike after I was hit from behind by a distracted motorist. I recently had my first experience with Cuzn Bob's, but definitely not my last. I requested an estimate and then made an appointment to have the 18k service done on my S1000XR (oil change, fork and brake fluid, valve check, etc). Work was completed when he said it would be and for the price quoted. He took the time to explain what he had done and offered me the old parts he had replaced. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Cuzn Bob has really been awesome. From K-bikes, R-bikes to Hondas. He is ethical and honest. He lets you know what is needed, what can wait and he repairs it correctly the first time. I count on his expertise. He is a great resource for parts and I trust him. If he tells you something about a bike, you know you can count on what he says. He has always made sure I understand what needs to be done and he stays on task and completes the work in a timely fashion. So glad that he's there.

Had ordered some parts for my Kawasaki and found out it was cheaper to order through bob's. Got the parts at a reasonable time and perfect fit for my bike. I didn't know how to swap out my right foot mount plate and was willing to pay to have it done but it wasn't necessary because they let me borrow their tools and gave me a walk through as I put it on. Talk about good looking out to save money for a student and even teaching me a little more on how to care for my bike. Highly recommend to the riders on the north side.

I've been bringing my bikes to Cuznbob for 6 or 7 years, very soon after he opened the shop. He's worked on both my Hondas (NC700X & CRF250L), a Suzuki (V-Strom 650), and a Yamaha (XT225). He always fixes the bikes right, only suggests repairs that are needed, and even helped me via email when we had a carburetor problem while riding in Colorado. I highly recommend Bob for all your motorcycle service needs!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Brake service & repair

I've been going to Cuznbob's for about 3 years.In June I had a run in with a car on my Triumph.Bob did the estimate for the insurance company, and when I didn't want to turn the bike in to be totaled, he brought it back to excellent condiditon.My Triumph is my primary transportation, so when I say it runs well, I mean every day.He does honest and quality work and gives straight answers to questions.I will keep using him and have recommended him to people who have stopped me and asked where I have work done on my bike.

It was my first foray into the world of adventure motorcycles and after a long search I landed on what appeared to be a damn fine 1100GS. Problem was, I didn't know where to take it for a once over. Lone Star BMW had been sold to evil overlords and most of my previous experience has been with vintage Japanese bikes and the mechanics who love them. Thankfully Cuznbob was recommended by those in the know...and they do, indeed, know.You don't always have to like your mechanic. Mostly you just don't want to be screwed over. But I liked Bob immediately. He doesn't talk down to you, is happy to explain what needs to be done and why, and always seems to be fair and honest with his pricing. He even seemed happy to provide a couple quick pointers when I mentioned I was going to tackle some projects myself.Since my first visit I've recommended Bob to three other friends with BMWs and each one of them has come back to me with a great story. Do yourself a favor and avoid the dealership. Just hand your keys to Bob and he'll take care of your bike.

I have 3 motorcycles;2 BMWs and a Honda Interceptor. I have been taking them to Bob for about 14 years. Bob is an excellent mechanic, very knowledgeable, fair, and a pretty nice guy also. I would recommend him to anyone that wants their motorcycle fixed well.

I had Bob strip and reline the tank on my R90/6. Excellent work from a very knowledgeable BMW Master Mechanic. We chatted for a while and this guy knows his stuff. With the sale of Lone Star BMW to the Megaplex to the north, Bob is my new go-to-guy.

Best motorcycle repair/maintenance shop in the Austin area. Would not trust my favorite ride with anyone else when it comes to critical repairs done right. Cuznbob works on all makes and models. Cruise on over and check 'em out you will be pleased.

Good mechanic. Very fast and knowledgeable. Won't sell you on products and services you don't need. Prices for ordered components are a little high but he often works with you if you find a better price for something.

I couldn't be more satisfied with how friendly the staff is. They are super knowledgeable and can easily diagnose and fix practically any BMW specific problems. I highly recommend this shop for any rider looking for a nice and trustworthy shop in Austin.

What is one of the most important things you look for in a mechanic? Well sure, you want them to know their $h!t, but what else? Honesty. Well Bob is exactly everything you want in a mechanic. No need to go anywhere else.

I'm new to area and picky about who works on my bike. My 2011 BMW G650GS is my only transportation. Bob worked on changing oil,chain and sprockets and cush drive while I waited. Bob knows these machines inside and out and is a wealth of knowledge. Why go to a dealer? Go see Cuznbob!
