Charged me twice to fix the same flat because I also had them rotate my tires. Definitely took advantage of a woman who came in stressed about a flat. Also charged me more than the posted rate.Go ANYWHERE but here.

Dropped my car off for new tires and they said they'd call when they were done. I called up there about 2hrs later and they were closed. What happened to calling your customers when their drop off is done?

Was on a road trip coming home (Chicago) and car completely crapped out on us. Brakes weren t really activating and we didn t know why. We were stuck on the roadside inn 2miles from the auto care. Long story short these amazing people went above and beyond. They called around and got the part one day faster than it would have taken. They even drove us back and forth from the roadside Inn (since we had no care). Wish I knew everyone s name but Bill, Ron, and H made sure we were taken care of. Huge thanks to everyone at the shop. If you re in town and you re car ever breaks down, you ll be fine you re in good hands.Service: Brake service & repair

Don't bother with this place!! They did an oil change on my daughter's car and took all the screws from underneath and replaced them with zip ties. Could have caused a bad wreck!!

Customer service is not their best attribute. It's terrible they got this big tall goofy looking guy on the front desk. He could care less about you standing at the counter waiting for service. He doesn't acknowledge you and has no interest of helping you. You got to be patient to deal with these guys. Be glad that Robert Hawk gave it up

Had a tire blowout on a trailer, took it to them for a quick fix only to come back later with them having ignored it. No call to say they weren't going to do it or anything. Then they say its to hot for them to worry about it, telling me to fix it myself.

Don t waste your time with the good ole boys at Smith Tire! After calling around 4:45 the afternoon before to check their operating hours on Saturday, I arrived at their shop at 7:10. Hours of operation are 7:30 - 12 on Saturday. They opened their doors 5 minutes late and that s not really a big deal to me. I Checked in and about 15 m mutes later I was informed they couldn t do my oil change. The reasoning was their truck was in the bay where truck oil changes are done. The truck would not start so they would not be doing any truck oil changes. I asked if they could push their truck out to the parking lot so they could do oil changes. The answer I got was this, we could, but we re not . Wow! Thats great customer service and a big waste of my time. How are you still in business?

We were stranded on I-55 with two shredded tires and damaged rims. They had us in and out in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Very professional and efficient.

Miles from home I had a late nite blowout on I-55 without a spare. Next morning Smith Tire & Auto went above & beyond to get me back on the road within a couple of hours. They replaced the tire quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The staff are very helpful and honest people. They do minor work on vehicles at a very fair price like almost anything with tires and oil changes.

Fixed a tire that had been punctured by a piece of steel from slag put on the road by the state of Arkansas. Stupid state but good tire shop.

Never go to this place for a oil change ever they took my air filter then in loosen my tube to my intake and had my car acting funny other that they got the best tire they can hook u up but far as oil change I wouldn t

The guys are friendly but the service wait time was ridiculous. Waited a hour to get a tire change. Kinda inconvenient when your on a road trip.

I ask for alignment and I was told drop off car and when he could get it back he wasn't sure. So I asked for an appointment and he said he couldn't make one for me.
