I want to start off by giving a big thank you to smiths towing . After being stranded for 2 hours on a construction highway on Christmas I was finally able to get some help from Juney . I appreciate what he did for me and my 2 kids I ll never be able to repay him , he went out of his way on Christmas to help me since I had no spare or jack . Juney and his coworker went above and beyond once again thank you sooo much.

These guys are so kind and on top of it. I got a flat on the interstate, and they were on the scene and had my donut spare operational in less than 30 minutes. Then, they led me to the local tire place to get a full-sized tire, and they communicated the specs to the tire staff on my behalf. (Because I had no idea what type of tire I needed!) Not only did they take excellent care of me, but they didn t even charge me full price. This was literally best case scenario for blowing a tire on I55. Very thankful for these guys

Our vehicle died on I 55 on a trip from Wisc. To Alabama about 30 outside of Osceola, AR. Called 911 who sent a tow truck, Juney Smith or JS. He was at the location in short. And provided a reliable auto repair center to take the vehicle to. But we were still stuck, for we needed to continue are trip to AL. So JS called his sons to drive us 40 minutes away so we could get a rent a car. It never a food time being stuck in an unformual place but working with JS made the whole situation go smooth. He and his son are great people, and it was our pleasure to meet them. Thanks for going out of your way for us. Some good old boys here's. JC

Was very helpful. Came to pick us up and took us back to where we were. Helped us in every way they could. I was definitely wrong about this place. Be careful and please if you have had issues with this place file a report with the Arkansas towing division. Find out your rights not only do they tow your vehicle without the right documents they will damage your vehicle also. tengan cuidado mis amigos, �l no est� all� para ayudar.

This is a story of the day Juney Smith defeated Google Maps. My family and I were driving north near Osceola on the interstate, low on gas. We exited and began following directions from Google Maps towards the nearest gas station. One dirt road and one mud road later, we were stuck in the Arkansas mud. Kids. Dog. Good times.We called into town looking for help, and Juney came in his 4x4 truck to pull us out of the muck. That would get a 5 star review right there. But Juney also brought us gas. And he guided us back to town to a car wash and helped us clean around 20 pounds of caked mud out from around our wheels.Bottom line, if you re a dope who gets stuck in the mud because you don t have enough common sense to trust your gut instead of an app, you d better hope Juney is free. If I lived anywhere nearby, I d buy my next car from him. But I don t, so do me a favor and buy a car from Juney for us.

I got a tow into the local auto repair shop. They showed up in a very timely manner and were very helpful for a good price. He even offered me a ride back to my hotel after he dropped the truck. Great job and even better customer service.

It s a very high recommended place they welcomed me as a family I bought a car the first day going back home The car automatically stop Out of nowhere Mr. Smith and his wife came to the rescue And Tow the car to the shop they did their best to get the car running back again And we made it home safely I m so thankful for God using them to help us Out in the time of need

Very high place I called to have water drained from radiator. Was going to cost me $70 to drain my radiator and put antifreeze in. I did it myself I am a female 60-year-old it cost me about $9 for antifreeze and about 10 minutes to drain radiator. Smith is highway robbery all about the money not helping no one out. Not even the senior citizens.

A huge part of the local business district in Osceola. Very fair and honest a great guy to do business with all of his staff are very courteous a pleasure to do business with! the last of the original car dealers left in the entire town!

Low morals and zero customer care of any kind . Owner is a liar and low character. Find another wrecker co. if you can. Trashy company!
