We stayed at this hotel only because we drove 2 hours and my mom was in the hospital there and my husband was going to have work at a company in that town the next day. They said it was the last room. It was $120 for the night. The room was dirty. The walls had all sorts of stains on them even red tape in a x to cover a hole in the wall. The fridge was nasty. We were standing by the sink and a roach ran out. Then we went to the bed and one ran across the pillow. Sat down later on my side of the bed started pulling up the. sheet and another roach came crawling up the blanket. We checked the sheets very well for more didn t find anymore. The other hotels in that area had no rooms. This morning I was going to take a shower and I moved the shower mat and of course there was another roach.It was disgusting there. Next time we will sleep in our car.Rooms: Nasty roach infested rude employees

It was a quick sleep to get back on the road. The bed was comfortable. Not super clean rooms. There was hair in the tub and sink. The towels didn't look completely clean. Wouldn't stay here again unless it was the last option.Rooms: Not very clean.

I arrived on a Monday and they had one room left. They gave it to me at a discounted rate and did not have to. I was traveling with my cat. Not an issue at all. However, when it was time to leave the cat was gone. I was very broken hearted and sobbing. (She s over 10 years old). I walked the parking lot 5 times and then let the front desks know. Crystal (front desk) came outside and walked it again. No sign of the cat. I searched my room again and flipped over furniture no cat. I left 4 numbers to contact me back if they seen her. With a very heavy heart I had to leave. By the time I made it to Michigan Ohio state line she called me and she had Kitty!!!!After 4 people searched the room I stayed in there was no sign of the cat. They rented to next guest and they brought in food and Kitty came out of nowhere! They took her to the front desk and Crystal let me know. Crystal went out and bought every thing she needed for a few days until I could return to get her. 4 days later. Kitty litter, food bowls etc. I can t thank this hotel and the kind humans that help me get her back. Thank you again! Worst, dirtiest, stinking room ever. ONLY reason we stayed was because we had been driving 12 hours and didn't want our windows broken out in Memphis. Do not stay here.Safety: Had a nice Indian motorcycle on a trailer, behind a brand new truck. Nothing was touched.

The hotel room was disgusting. I have never stayed in a room so dirty and I would have left had I not been driving for 8 hours that day and so exhausted I couldn t continue to drive safely anymore.This room was clearly not cleaned or kept up.The bed had wrinkles as if someone had laid on top of the bed, hairs all over the toilet, bath tub, and even in the counter with the sink. It s like someone once used a dirty towel to simply wipe over things leaving little hairs everywhere. I am not sure if it was on purpose or what would cause someone to leave a room looking like this.Spider webs were in the corners of the room and I was bitten during the night by the many mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 5 mosquitoes in the room. You can see the squished bugs on the walls if you would go inspect the room. It s obvious I was not the only victim of these bugs because there were several dead bugs that were left on the walls by previous people in the room as well.There were ring spots with some type of liquid on top of the TV table. I can t even begin to describe the carpet and the flooring, visually soiled with dirt and trash.Truly one of the worse hotels I ve ever stayed and will certainly reconsider before choosing a Holiday Inn Express for future stays.As a leader of an organization, I would do an on site visit to this facility and clean house; I would not only clean the rooms but the staff failing to do their jobs in maintaining a clean establishment.Holiday Inn should be ashamed, absolutely ashamed of this facility.

This was the worst Days Inn I ve seen. Got the last room available and too late to go anywhere else. Headboard on bed was a scratched vinyl that looked like was in a war. Doors and carpet needed some serious cleaning. Wiring in the fridge was falling down. Dead bugs in bathroom light fixture. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal or bad apples!!

This place is TERRIBLE. I strongly advise not staying here. The door to my room didn t close properly. I reported it to the front desk several times and was promised the GM would contact me. He never did. I was awake and scared all night. Originally my stay was for 2 nights but there was no way I was staying a second night. To make matters worse, I contacted Wyndham. Many promises were made, including a refund, but they never followed through. My experience was so bad I no longer stay in any Wyndham hotel.

There should be a zero star rating. Holy cow this was awful. Sheets and pillows were badly stained. I don't think they were washed. We got a new room, but it wasn't much better. Nobody should stay here. The manager didn't seem to care. Come on Days Inn, revoke the use of your name from this place. I was happy my car wasn't broken in to over night.

First impression was that it looks nice from the outside including a pool. The receptionist was super sweet and honest about there being a lack of breakfast in the morning (pretty much drinks). But as soon as I walked in the room there was an awful musk like the room hadn't been used in years, or worse it had and it was a leftover odor. Bugs flying everywhere, but that also seems normal for the south right now. The feeling of the room made me sketched about sleeping here. Luckily I'm here to sleep and leave early in the morning.

I honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I stopped here on my way to St. Louis because it was getting late. The rooms are clean and the sheets and pillows were clean. Everything worked as well including the microwave. Best of all they have wi-fi 6 and i had a great internet connection! The girl at the front desk was really nice. I would stay here again.

The room smelled of pot, the breakfast was only cereal, the rooms bathroom was loud when flushed amd moved when you sat on it. Humidity in thw room made it unpleasent.Rooms: The coffee maker didn't work either.

We stopped here during a storm when we couldn't drive further on I-57... appliances noisy, thin floors between The upstairs and a human pacing all night kept us awake all night. Could hear their faucet and each step.The mini fridge in our room was also quite loud, and the bathroom fan was broken and made low crunching noises.Pull our couch in the room was also sagging and not great for sitting.Beds comfortable and clean!Bathtub and hot water very sufficient.No breakfast, and coffee in room was not great. Our pot was broken and leaked.Ice machine on premises also broken- no ice. Very dirty.All in all, a fine stopover in a pinch. It's an older hotel I'm guessing without the maintenance to keep it tip top.

Room was disgusting. Bed had what looked liked dried puke on the side. Change left in the room, refrigerator had mold, and a dead fly in the microwave. Hair in the sink, tub, and shower not to clean. We got another room that wasn't much better. Stayed here before but its run down now

We arrived in the midst of a large tornado warning, seeking shelter. The receptionist we met was very accommodating and made sure we felt safe by letting us hide out in the bathroom. The rooms, however, left a different impression. Walking in we were instantly hit with the faint smell of cigarette smoke. The pillow cases were dotted with what appeared to be cigarette stains, however I m not too sure that can be a definitive conclusion. There were hairs littering the bed sheet that did not belong to us. The bathroom door was abused at some point and the poor attempt to plaster the hole over stuck out like a sore thumb. The motel kept us safe from the tornado, but that is where the comfort ended.

Very poor. We stayed here because we stopped at a local attraction. The room was not very clean. I don't think I would consider it sanitized. In need of repairs and renovation. During the night we slept little due to people yelling, screaming, crying, slamming doors, twice banging on our room door, alcohol was involved. The police were called, eve

Stay here several nights for work NOT because I wanted to was the only place in town it s not clean stayed in way better for the price range half the time I was there the bathroom drain would drain very slowly you d be standing in water than the billing was all jacked up some of the stuff was nice, but most of them did not know how to use there system they would be billing errors weekly if you re coming to this town for work, I would recommend another hotel or paying cash

This was the nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Bedbugs will snack on you throughout the night. My arm started itching about 20 minutes after I laid down for the night, around 11:30 pm. Eventually I got up and pulled back the covers. Bedbugs were having a family reunion on the sheets! I called the lady at the front desk and made her aware. She contacted the owner, who was in India at the time. The owner expressed that since I had been in the room all day I should have known before this time that there were bedbugs. To make a long story short, I had to threaten to call the board of health before I received a refund. If you have to come to this wretched town, speed past this hotel and don't look back. Ignore the good reviews. Maybe the good reviewers have a high tolerance to bedbug bites.

Surprisingly nice rooms for the price. The cable was being sketchy but I mostly wanted to just sleep. The vending machine wouldn't take my card mainly because of the chip (wassat?!) The lady at the front desk was so sweet and gave me $1.50 so I could get a Pepsi! It was warm but it's the gesture that counts. Lol

My room was very clean despite discoloration and wear; the decor was outdated. Some of the stationary locations showed damage, and the carpeting near the doors was also showing heavy signs of use.A great sleep for under $60 however.

The hotel smelled awful from the moment we walked into the lobby to check in. When we got to our room we found cigarette ashes in sink so we asked for another room. Our second room was worse. It had a stronger smoke smell and the towels were dirty. The bedding smelled like smoke and the furniture looked like it hadn t been dusted. Made me wonder last time room was cleaned. If it weren t for us visiting family in Osceola I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Unfortunately there are few options in Osceola and none of them looked better. All motor inns. People coming and going late at night wondering what kind of business they re doing....

Roaches!!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Checked in, went up to nearby gas station for 10 minutes, came back to go to the room. Opened door and was greeted by a foul odor, unclean room and cockroaches scurrying about. Told the front desk about our issues and the lady at the front desk would not refund our money when we told her of the issues. She became beligerant and does not belong in her position of customer service. Avoid this place. Never again, and had we had time the authorities would have been called to get our money back.

Had the worst stay I have ever had anywhere before. While I know they are not responsible for the peoples actions who are staying there, they should do something when there are multiple rooms causing issues, all night long. There were at least 40 people partying, screaming, running inside and out of rooms until nearly 5am. They did nothing until after 4am when they made peoe not staying there leave. It was aweful and scary. Besides the nightmare occurring all around us. The room had issues as well. There were a bunch of spots on the floor that was spongy and felt like you could fall through at any time. The TV had broken pixels in multiple areas causing lines thru the screen in several places. There was no shampoo or soap. The only positive was it did feel clean.

Easy check in, guy made sure it was convenient with getting my kids into the room. Room was very clean and spacious. Loved the look and comfort of the room. Breakfast wasn't very good. Very little option and tasted funny. But I was there for a room not food so was good.

On our way to Texas we stayed one night, when we entered the room I immediately found an empty cashew bag on the counter along with other food particles. There was a nasty stain on the comforter (I have ideas what it was totally disgusted). The toilet was not even close to being clean, looked like someone spray painted around the bowl. I would not recommend staying there unless you don't care about your health

VERY dirty, linens smelled disgusting, stains all over the bed.Called the front desk to change the sheets, she stated we would have to do ourselves.While removing the covers to exchange, we found bed bugs and roaches!No thank you! We demanded a full refund and left!
