"This was an absolutely horrendous service experience! The workers at this repair shop exceeded all my expectations in rudeness and incompetence. They were not only rude but also incredibly unintelligent. When we brought the trailer in for repair, they stretched it out for a whopping 3 days, whereas similar work usually takes just a few hours. And to our astonishment, we were slapped with a bill of a whopping $3600 for this "repair," instead of the usual $1200! But that's not all! They removed the wheels and simply told us to call a tow truck if anything wasn't to our liking! Absolutely unacceptable! I will never set foot in their establishment again!"

Two ladies who are at the front desk they are very dramatic. I brought the sleeper cab airbag by myself. I just need it to get a changed and they charged me for $195 for it 20 minute labor.this is disgrace, embarrassing people like this to sit at counter at the end, I was almost tight $500 so sad to get overcharged moments like this where the market is too bad if there is a manager who gonna see this review action is needed. I will give five star to the mechanic who fixed my truck. Thank you so much, sir.

Showers were ... meh. No place to sit down and put socks and shoes on. TP dispenser ended up in my lap, soap dispenser in shower didn't work. Went to market. Out of the 4 items I needed to get, they had one. I know, I know, timing is everything, I'm just saying...

Wait times wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take longer to get paid out than it does for your service to be complete. Truck has been done for over an hour and I'm still waiting to pay, while they continue to check other customers in infront of me.

People are cool service is a bit slow but it does get done right. Company men don't need to worry. Owner operators .. hope you have the savings in order.

I needed a repair went to speedco first they said not till morning, then I went to the ta shop they told me an hour however not even 15 minutes later I was in the shop. They where fast and efficient, about 45 minutes later I was on my way. Fastest shop time I've had in awhile.

Always one over weight brother leaning on the counter that works in the shop. Always one lady that runs the shop and she doesn t know who you are 4 hrs later. When you say something some basic excuses is govern why they can help you. Non certified mechanics that just want there shift to end funds reasons not to work this a nation wide problem I ve only found one TA that does not waste time.

Stood there at the registers for about 8 minutes, all the lanes had signs saying the registers were closed. It was about 8pm. Nobody in sight!! I guess that means all the things I was gonna buy are free. Thanks Petro!!

John and Clarissa are the hardest and best workers I have seen. That's what you want to see when you go to a truck stop. Definitely will be back as long as they are working..

BEWARE DRIVERSI came here Saturday evening at 6:30 pm ,a Chubby Black guy Driving a pick up with Amber lights swirling was going around telling drivers They cannot park Where they were and they had to move, and charging them to let them stay there.He tried To Do it to me 3 times until the last time he tried to charge me $50.Beware beware. Dirtiest place ever.

Shop sucks, took them 7 hours to call me and get me in a bay to replace a flange gasket. I called Mitchell @ M&S truck repair, and I was back on the road in under 2 hours.

An abomination of a truck stop. We all know Petro /TA is trash in general overall quality compared to Pilot/Love's. This place is so run down it begs to be burned down and demolished. It's saving grace is the huge parking lot in comparison to the neighborhood truck stops. Otherwise it's in shambles.

Called for road service on a trailer tire replacement, the service person showed up and after 45 minutes determined he didn t have the tool needed to take the lug nuts off and wasn t fully qualified to do the repair ! Why send a boy out to do a man s job ?????????

First time I went this location to get my truck grease and Center my Steering wheel. They messed my wheel more I can t turn the wheel it s hard as hell and my dashboard stop working after the service I told them they have to fix my dashboard cause it was working fine when before y all touch it. They act like fixing it and mechanic walk back in the store with diagnostic paper said my instrument power circuit is out. I told and show thrm a diagnostic paper from loves there wasn t no fault code before they touch my truck. They said I to go to freight-liner yo get it fix.

My driver drove truck come fix, but fist time can fix $1500, second time told me $3600, but third time told me can not fix but need charge $3800, no fix my truck just gave one or two small parts

This is actually a Petro, although the TA and Petro are together. The showers and laundry are upstairs. The food behind the counter is pretty darn good, but not very healthy. Would like to see if maybe they could update to a more modern menu, after all, we have been eating this type of food our entire lives. Suggestions: sushi, poke bowls, baked fish, baked chicken, anti pasta salads, Mediterranean foods, Greek food, maybe foods from around the world. Let's explore options. Place is pretty good otherwise. Lots of parking.

Ive been coming here 1-2 times a week for the past 2 months and somehow its slowly getting worse each time. The restaurant on multiple times all the tables were dirty the whole time i was waiting for a to go order with no one cleaning them. Today 1/18 i was told the showers will be closed at 4:30 in the morning because there is only one employee to clean them today. Only plus is the bathrooms and the little hot food area are super clean and everyone is friendly.Additional, its bad when the pilot across the street not only has showers but took a couple bucks off for me buying a shower after i told them about the ta across the street and now they know why they have been so busy

Since the '80s I've always loved the Petro, but here of late anything they advertise your cashiers will not check to make sure that it rings up right. They have the propel water advertised 2.39 a bottle or two for 3.50 but when I get to the cash register it's ringing up 2.39 a bottle and sharon doesn't want to correct it she just stand there and says that this is what I have to charge you that's false advertisement Petro!

One Star only for the good size parking lot; I have stopped here multiple times, and every time the restrooms and the common areas are dirty. Restrooms smell terrible(perhaps some air extractors installed on the ceiling will help keep the odor out). It s seems like it s the culture in Arkansas, I have had similar experience in other services in the state. The cashiers have very bad manners and take their time to help: the man there had to finish his personal chat of 5 minutes with someone not shopping before attending me and the second time woman stared at me for a while before attending.

This was the worst Place for repair they told me to get into bay #6 and the mechanic guy told me that he gonna start with in 20 minutes but am still here it s been 3 hours and 45 minutes please Avoid this place in all costs ..!

Started as roadside service and reloated to the shop for final detale work. My mecanic was very polite and hard working he encountered several set backs but maintaned a positave aditude and a therow work over on my air system and air dryer. Its working better than ever. Thank you for your hard work.Drivers please do what you can to keep our roadside mecanics safe. Its hot and high risk.

On March 23, 2023 I was at the TA located at 3205 Valentine Rd. North Little Rock, AR checking for leaks on a right hub gasket. The gasket turned out to be ok, and they were going to charge me for 1/2 labor anyway, so I asked them to replace the air release valve (Part # DRN COC FIT 270). The shop there put on a faulty part. On April 7, 2023, I went to the TA located at 1670 US 601 #100 Mocksville, NC 27028 because that part broke as soon as I tried to release my air for the brakes. They failed to add it into their report in the system, but did replace the part, and once again that part was faulty and broke right away as soon as I tried to release my air. This led me to go into the TA located at 2112 SR 71 & I10 Marianna, FL. I came in for the faulty air release valve (Part # DRN COC FIT 270) and a hub seal. They fixed the seal in 10 min and said they were waiting on approval for the air valve. I waited almost 3 hours for them to get approval to use the warranty for replacement of the $12.13 faulty part. I finally said I would just pay for it because I am losing time and money for a $12.13 part they never got approval on. Both jobs each took 10 minutes or less. Instead of putting it all together and charging the half hour of labor there were two tickets made for the work and I was charged another half hour of labor. I was punished for having to wait all that time on the approval that was never received. The ineptitude of management/cashier (Andrew) have not only cost me money for the repairs, but time, ending up late for a load delivery after taking over 3 hours to complete these two jobs, waiting on approval for a part that is minimal in cost. To top it all off, they gave an incorrect number to corporate, where the people said they made a write up and someone would call back to get a resolution, only to never be called.
