WOW, these guys are AWESOME. I've bought many cars over the years and Arturo and Brian are some of the best in the business. I shopped online over a 4 state region for a new GMC Denali 1500 Ultimate and York Gary Autoplex beat them all in price and customer service. Arturo is an excellent salesman. He is professional, responsive to questions, honest, and got me a great deal on my new truck. Brian Fox is the best finance man I have ever dealt with. He did exactly what he said he would do in an efficient, professional manner. Both Arturo and Brian were extremely helpful. Thanks guys. You are the best!. They also arranged to have my new truck delivered to Little Rock. Marty Cox delivered my truck on time and in perfect condition. Thanks Marty! I look forward to doing business with York Gary in the future.

My vehicle I purchased from York Gary ran hot so they kept it a day over until the next to run a diagnostic on it. I received a call that afternoon stating the thermostat was out. If I chose not to replace it I would have to be charged diagnostic fee. If they did replace it I would not be charged diagnostic only part and labor. I agreed for them to fix it since that was the problem. An hr later I received voicemail to update me on my vehicle she then stated oh the fan is out, part and labor 300 do you want us to fix it? I then stated when the diagnostic was ran the first time why was I not told about them both then?

We just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from York Gary in Nashville. If your looking for a new or used vehicle York Gary in Nashville is the place to go. The sales staff, Todd, Rick or Arturo are great to deal with. And owner Gary Dan Futrell, will make certain your buying experience is a pleasant one. And when your vehicle needs service, Megan and the service department are there to take care of you. Dealing with a small town family dealership is only way to go.

I have been doing business with York Gary for over 20 years. I love the fact that they are straight forward and honest with no games or gimicks or high pressure. They give you a fair deal everytime I have shopped around and I will always make the short drive to shop with them. Their service people are great too and actually care and treat you like family. I love that York Gary will pick my vehicle up at my work and have my services complete and returned before my work day is over. My vehicle looks like I left it and they always use a paper in the floor to keep from getting my floor mats dirty. The process of setting up an oil change is easy, they leave the bill in the vehicle seat, and I can quickly call and pay it over the phone. York Gary is our favorite place to do business!

My check engine light was on, whoever looked at it reset the light and said nothing was wrong for it to come back on the very next day. When I called back to complain, I was told the ticket was never closed out and after investigating he would call me back. That call back never happened.

I had a very good experience when buying a truck from York Gary Autoplex recently. I ve bought many new vehicles over the past 35 years from several different dealerships and I have to say that the customer service at York Gary was the best I ve ever had from every single person I dealt with at York Gary Autoplex. Definitely 5 stars!!

If you are buying a vehicle and live in Arkansas or any surrounding state, please make a trip to Nashville and visit the group at York Gary. There is quite literally no other experience like this. From the second I stepped foot in the dealership, Robby Chafin and the entire York Gary team treated me like I was a member of their family. Not only was he very honest about the entire transaction, he was open with me about every question and concern I had when buying a used truck. Since about 80% of their business is in repeat customers, the guys at York Gary know quite a bit about the use of their used vehicles. The service manager, J.W. Medlin and I went over the truck I was looking at in great detail. J.W. is very knowledgeable about servicing all the vehicles, and very good at explaining the ins and outs of every vehicle on the lot. Once I got to the finance department, Brian Fox was able to get me to the exact monthly payment I needed. Brian was incredibly professional and personable throughout the entire process. Other employees in the building even came over to just say hi and visit. At one point, the owner, Gary Dean Futrell, came over to introduce himself and took the time to get to know me and my story prior to visiting his dealership in Nashville. I have never felt so comfortable and confident in buying a used vehicle than after spending an afternoon at York Gary Autoplex. I sincerely appreciate every person at that dealership. Keep up the amazing work!

Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful people with whom to do business. My family has been working with them for years and have never had an issue with them or any vehicles we have bought from them. If we've ever had a problem with our vehicles they've taken care of them in a quick, thorough and efficient way. I can't say enough good things about everyone there! I live in Little Rock and it's worth the drive down. Yes there are dealerships closer to me but I don't do business with them as I'd much rather do business with Gary Dan and his crew!Thank you for all you do for my family and me!

Traveling through to go back home to Colorado when we had some engine problems. Stopped in to see if we could get the problem fixed. They were able to get us in and back on the road within about an hour and half. Everyone we dealt with was very kind, helpful, and courteous.

Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I previously bought my trucks at Everett but all my future business will all be at York Gary. These guys go above and beyond in every way for their customers. They found me the truck I wanted in the midst of a shortage and priced it below MSRP when everyone else was taking advantage of customers with elevated prices. To top it off they sold me a 7 yr/100,000 mile warranty for less than half of what Everett charged me previously. I ll be a customer for life.

I had a service done last Friday and the service was done right but unfortunately I had a bad part and the vehicle broke down on me in it was. However, I called the service manager, and he rectified and took ownership and took care of me tremendously, and I cannot be more appreciative or more thankful for the impeccable service, and accountability that he took, and that they re shows great ownership and leaderships.

We were headed to Dallas for the weekend and our truck wouldn t start. Took it to York Gary, they put on a new battery and we were on our way. There was a shortage of mechanics because of covid and they were working through that issue. Very pleased with their service!

My Husband and I have dealt with York Gary for years and always been satisfied. Rick and the sales team are great and take the time to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your purchase. We live in texas, visiting for the weekend and as luck would have it our ignition went out on a Friday afternoon. They had the part in stock. The service department was able to get to it pretty quick. They went above and beyond to repair it same day. They even stayed late after hours so we wouldn t be stranded on a holiday weekend. The tow company and the dealership earned 5+ stars today. Thank you again!

THE BEST!!THIS IS THE VERY BEST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY 79 YEARS.On our trip from St. Louis to Crater of Diamonds State Park the transmission in my 2004 GMC van gave out. Luckily I was able to make it to York Gary. I found the people very professional,attentive,accommodate,friendly and easy to work with. They provided a loaner car and installed a new transmission in just a few days at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend these people for your new car or for any service needs you have.
