I ordered a part online and picked it up at the store the next day. Everything was exactly what I expected. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the online checkout. I couldn't find anything pertaining to the 10% discount for military service. There was however a promo code option, and I was able to redeem a $5 off coupon from the rewards program.

We spend a lot of money at this store but not anymore. I d rather drive out of town than be ignored by the workers. The one armed woman and Benji are the absolute worst!! Benji s appearance isn t acceptable and his attitude is as dirty as he is. Employees shouldn t smell and be so grouchy when simply trying to buy parts. Please get some good help so I can shop local!

Not enough workers planned for busy weekends. Plus when you order parts they say you can get them at a certain time on a specific day..you get there and they don't have time to get them off the "huge" pallet that had been there since Tuesday. The manager is great but he needs to hire better workers. The snotty lady with the one arm is the worst one to have to deal with and Justin isn't any better. I will be driving out of town from now on to get all my parts. We spend too much money here to be treated this way.

Friendly and helpful.. But when asked about the OBD meter they said I had to do it myself.. I don't know how to use one.. that really was my only complaint.. They usually have everything you need and if not they will order it

My husband went it to pick up an item he ordered online. He asked the employee a simple question about a cable on the part and the very rude employee instead of answer nice said " the person who's putting it on should know". After this my husband confused said "excuse me" and the employee with an mocking attitude said " excuse me". At this point my husband told him thats not how you treat a customer that was just asking a simply question. The employee proceeded to get loud and say well if your going to be putting that part on you should know. How is that okay my husband it taking his money and buisness to y'all not y'all to him. The most baffling thing off all a manager was preaent when it occured. To say the least we will be taking our buisness elsewhere O'Reilly's train your employees better because before this we were loyal customers ......

The staff and manager we're extremely friendly and helpful with my automotive needs as I was in town passing through. I needed a part that would have otherwise had me stuck over the weekend. I really appreciated them.

The long hours are nice when you work 10-12hr days. They used to stay open longer but 7:30 is better that 5.

Everytime I go into this O'Reilly alone, I have some sort of issue. Today the guy argued with me regarding the size of my motor. He was persistent that my vehicle did not have that motor! Maybe the V6 is more common, But yes I have a V8. Learn how to treat customers with respect!!

Great for getting part numbers but I would recommend buying from online sources. The prices here have the standard parts store mark up.

I sent my wife in to get a receiver hitch and they were not helpful at all. She even asked for help and they didn't help her at! Go somewhere else is my advice.

I have been buying from this store a lot and here recently they have hired this black kid that is rude and runs his mouth its not the first time that he is running his mouth and he just started doesn't know the parts to look for something needs to be done about him
