I have been doing business with Woody Futrell for about 30 yrs. Great place to shop for new and used outboard motors. Over the years, I have purchased @ least 5 outboard motors and 1 new boat and trailer. Woody and his staff have never done me wrong. Terry, in parts and service, really kept me in the loop on my last repair visit. Great people, great prices! Thanks Futrell Marine for being there.

I gladly give them five stars. I came up from Louisiana to Lake Greeson for several days to boat and camp. The steering cable on my boat had frozen up. I hoped I could just lube it and it would loosen up. Nope! These people took the best of care to salvage my boating trip to Arkansas. I thank them all and especially Trent my service tech. This is an A1 business.

Todd and Marry we a pleasure to work with when buying my boat. Todd answered my many questions some outside of regular business hours. We drove 4 hours to come pick it up. They had us out of there in no time! Mr. Futrell even paid for our dinner.

I ve bought another boat from another local seller. Nothing against the other seller, but this experience was superior. Michael Stallman was the most professional and knowledgeable salesman. He was never pushy and made sure we made the perfect choice for our family. Tyler Allenbran brought our boat to us and professionally showed us how everything worked. Shalah was wonderful to deal with for the buying process. The small details counted at Futrell Marine. This is where the difference in buying experiences counted- the small details. It was so very easy and we are completely satisfied. We thank Brandon, Shalah, Michael, Tyler and all the Futrell staff for the exceptional buying experience for the future memories to be made by this family.

My husband Donnie and I were vacationing in the area on Millwood Lake when our boat motor bit the dust as they say. While still using our trolling motor to get back to the boat ramp we called around to area marine dealers to see if we could get a new motor and have it installed. Once Todd found out that we were here on vacation he had us to bring the boat in and said that they could have it done by the next day but they actually got it all done that same day. I would highly recommend them for any of your marine needs. They were all extremely friendly, I mean everyone that we came into contact with was more than eager to help. Very good customer service. The team had my boat ready to go when I got there. Paperwork was handled and the transaction was seamless. Mary and Tony and the rest of the crew treated me better than family! Highly recommend them.

Recently purchased a Mastercraft boat from Futrell Marine. The boat was represented to have 480 hours. Upon further investigation, actual hours were 822. Our experience with this dealer started on a very positive note. However, after learning about the discrepancy and discussing it with the owner of Futrell, I would caution anyone considering a boat from Futrell to be on guard. Ask for positive proof of any fact or detail regarding any watercraft offered by their dealership. We will be pursuing the matter further, and hope for a resolution soon.

Drove 7 hrs to get a brand new motor. Impeller rubs the inner ring causing the motor to rattle and sound awful. After the first few hrs of operation it started squealing really bad. I talked with Tony Hodge about the issues and he was nice but basically said, and I quote well ur just unlucky .

Bought a 2012 Express With a 2012 90 Yamaha. Found out later the motor was manufactured in 2007. They told me the year means nothing being the motor was new in 2012. Make sure to check your motor . I have talked to many that have been scammed like this. Called them they said is the way they do business.

Mr. Woody was awesome, an we had a small problem with the the new motor. He got us set up with his closest shop an had us back on the water later that day.
