Great tow company we were on our way to Creator Diamond State Park gps Tower rd was gravel started out good about 5 miles into it we ran into washout and mud and two rivers crossing over the road we got stuck called Bypass Diesel & Wrecke they brought a skid loader out with 20000 lbs winch. Pulled my truck and 38 ft travel trailer out of the mud and we were on our way.Thanks AgainAwesome CompanyRon and Maurine

I had 3 busted studs on my transport. The mechanic quickly replaced them an got me back on the road.

Amazing family owned company. We popped a tire on the side of the road and were stranded for several hours. They were punctual, efficient, and kind! Definitely recommend.

These folks responded to our roadside assistance call for our Budget rental truck after we received a truck with no working headlights. Not only were they quick to get there, they were kind enough to help us twice when we got a couple of exits up and they didn't work a second time. They did their best to fix a previously done shoddy repair job. Thanks to Jeremy for fixing us up! (We made it to New Hampshire, by the way. )

This place is horrible I had 3 trucks loading at certainpeeb gypsum witch is not far away at all one of my driver just needed air in his I tire and inspection of tire keep in mind the phone call was made during business hrs the te h didnt show till afterwards he was dine in less then 30 mins $ 314 wich is still not the problem held my truck up a additional 30 - 45 min trying to pay for it si I was over charged and delayed because none was available to take my payment so if you have service need and you want honest and reasonable people to deal with explorer every opportunity before you chose this place

gota be honest, $350 to come out and replace a rubber trailor airline is highway robbery, but its typical of these truck and trailor repair shops to charge trucking companies like that, waiting on the day to come where they price themselves out of business

THEY DO A LOT OF REPAIRS FOR THE COMPANY I WORK FOR AND HAVE ALWAYS TREATED US FAIRLY. WHEN YOU ARE IN A BIND WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT 1000 MILES AWAY IT'S NICE TO CALL SOMEONE YOU TRUST.
