This is probably going to be a weird statement as we had a fulfilled trip, but these guys were the highlight. We traveled 13 hours into town with three vehicles, and 20 minutes from our destination one of the vehicles broke a strut. Well of course we thought out of town and going into a weekend our plans would be ruined, so we resigned ourselves to a probable flop of a trip and started calling around. We were getting just what we expected until a friendly voice on the phone said "well hold on let me get my boss". Wow just wow. I would have thought these folks were long lost family members. With a tow and much reassurance, we got on with vacationing while they fixed up the truck for a better than fair price while working their weekend. Crazy but true. You could clearly see they weren't hurting for business, but just genuinely good people that were willing to help a few strangers in desperate need. I won't go into details, but my sons truck was towed and both struts picked up from a different city and installed on Saturday of Easter weekend for what I have researched should have been close to double what we were charged.

I regret being so late with a raving review for this company. In June of 2023 our 34' motor home broke down and it was towed to Castle's Repair, we feared the worst and received the BEST! Their kindness and professionalism is second to NONE, we can't thank or recommend them enough!

We are campground hosting at Crater of Diamonds state park. One of the guests here had a problem with his truck. Castle Repair came to the park and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. They even went so far as to recommend that he have to hauled to a dealer, because the dealer could get the computer module sooner and he could be on his way back home quicker. The guest was very happyAs the result, I took my Ram diesel truck to Castle Repair for some service work. Jared and his guys did an excellent job and his price was very reasonable.This is certainly a good to place for any auto repair. Thanks Jared and Company

These people were amazing. Their business is semi-truck repair, but I had something wrong with my breaks suddenly & had my grand kids with me. I went to a parts store in Murfreesboro, AR because their website said they also did repairs. When I got there they said they did not do repairs & sent me to Castle Repair Shop. My heart dropped when I realized they worked on semis since there is no other auto repair shop around for miles. The owner (I believe) told me that a bolt was missing on one of my calipers. He looked around his shop for the right size to repair it....no luck. He drove to town to find one....no luck. He called someone in a neighboring town & they delivered it within 30 minutes. The whole time we were waiting, we were wondering around outside & in the bay where my car was, they were very hospitable. Also, they squeezed the job right in. I was so grateful that they were there. AND.... there was no price gouging (because they WERE the only place around that could fix it).Thank you all. I am ever so grateful for your kind, hospitable service. You saved the day for my grandkids.

I'm from Michigan. Had a problem with my 1998 Dodge diesel before I left in March. Took it to the dodge dealer there. Said they fixed it. Left the next day. They didn't fix it. Serious lack of power. Couldn't figure it out. Took it to Castle Repair,, diagnosed it, turbo charger shot. Got a great deal on a used one. Highly recommend the years of knowledge at that shop.

We broke down right outside Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro. Police officer stop to check on us and suggested Jared Merkle at Castle Repair. Jared came to our location and was able to get our Ford F250 diesel started. My husband was very impressed with Jared. We were able to tow our camper to the state park. Dropped off the camper and drove the truck to the shop.

We were out of state camping. They went out of there way to fix our truck. Took us back to our camp while they were working on the truck. Great job , very kind and personable A1 service.
