Great folks to work with. I ve purchased multiple vehicles from them and have also trusted them with all of my servicing needs. I most recently purchased a Subaru from Mtn. View Chevrolet, and the whole process was seamless. I worked with Mark, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with both the sales and financing side of things. I consider myself to be an informed buyer, and I thought they were very fair and straight forward. The servicing team has also been great to work with. I ve mainly worked with Mikki, Tristan, and Steve and have always had a great experience. They help make things smooth and simple, and I couldn t be happier. I m grateful a town of our size has a dealership as reliable and dependable as Mountain View Chevrolet.

Warning I would not buy a vehicle for mountain View Chevrolet I bought a 2016 Chevy Trax July 28th 2023 the first couple weeks I had it and about blew up because it didn't have any oil in it find me over here the air conditioner went out a couple weeks after I had it and it had an oil leak and water leak I put a bad review out but I got blackmailed by Mark he told me if I didn't put a good review out that he would not fix my car Mathis is the one that sold it to me I told him when I got it that my mother was on a ventilator in Hot springs Arkansas and I needed a good dependable ride to get to her and to take her back and forth to the doctor's appointments I had to take my car back three times to get the oil leak fixed and it's still not fixed right they said they fixed the air conditioner it's not working when I took it in and asked him about the brakes because there's something wrong with them they told me that there was nothing wrong with them that I was just trying to get another ride they've been rude as hell they don't return phone calls or text messages and I don't service their vehicles when they get them I was told there was a four-page inspection sheet in the first thing they're supposed to do is change the oil they refused to give me my inspection sheet the mechanic told me they was in the middle of inspecting it when they told them that somebody was going to test drive it and bring it back and he said that he never seen it againso they did not do the inspection all the way through they did not add my sales tax in so now I have to come up with $1,200 to tag my ride which I do not have they refuse to try to fix anything when I took it in to have the oil leak fixed they kept at 12 days I had it 2 days had to take it back and then I had to take it back one more time and when I asked him if there was anything else that they could do to help me and try to get tags or trade this off they said there was nothing that they could do and that I had to figure it out they are rude dishonest and crooked as hell please just stay away from them you're better off to go somewhere else they are charged me $16,000 and it is not even worth $6,000 so they are ripping people off even if I can trade it off somewhere else I get tags it's going to attach on a lot more to my other one my payments are $350 a month and on my app it shows I've only paid $600 against the car itself I think it was pretty bad that they took a bad situation that I was in and made a good one for themselves they told me they had to knock a thousand off the ride just to get me in it and that's why they couldn't put the sales tax in but my paperwork doesn't show they knocked any money off anywhere I could I wouldn't even give him one star if I had the option of giving them zero take my advice and stay away from mountain View Chevrolet they are crooked HOPE YOU ENJOY THE PAPERWORK YOU WILL BE RECEIVING

The fuel pump in my 2015 2500 Duramax went out as I was coming into town. Had it towed to Mountain View Chevrolet. Their team installed a new fuel system. It was about 5k less than anyone in Memphis, where I live. They did an excellent job. Even changed my oil and didn't charge me. I was blown away by the friendly customer service. Stephen kept me informed all along the way. My truck has never run better. I was even more surprised after the 3.5 hour drive home when I checked the mileage to find out I got 24.8 MPG. Great work guys!!!!

Took our car here to get the alternator fixed they were amazing guys!! Great people great service had it fixed in just a couple days! Highly recommended!

These guys are great! This is one of the few dealerships I have dealt with in a long time. They have that hometown dealership feel. If you want a no hassle process these are your guys.

Good experience down there today, they had the truck I had been looking for and they took my truck on trade. Picked up an extended warranty got a good deal on my rate and drove home in a new truck.

recently purchased a truck and after a few thousand miles had a sensor go bad. the sensor failure made the truck not drivable. contacted our salesmen Kevin lackey and the owner Gregg who both went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I am self employed as a Farrier in moutain home which is 1.5 hrs from the dealership. they sent me a loaner truck on a flatbed and picked my truck up. you just don't see this kind of customer service from dealers anymore. this action says alot about the customer care mountain view chevy provides. my wife and I will be customers for life! I can't thank them enough.

Don't pay attention to this good ole boy "you all come" attitude, these guys sell repossessioned vehicles and don't disclose it to the buyer. So make sure you ask lots of questions and look at the title before you buy. This was supposed to be a great one-owner vehicle. I have had it under 2 weeks and until I opened their packet to take to the license bureau, I did not know it was a repo. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known. And they made sure I didn't see the title until after it was paid for.So "Buyers Beware".

Don't remember the old man's name that was the salesman but I can tell you I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The guy acted like since I didn't have a trade vehicle he didn't want my business period. The guy basically after I said mountain home had him beat on price ok see ya. We were looking at two different trucks and all I can say is they didn't want any money today. Guess the old man is making a fortune selling to other people.

Shopped here several time. Good selection of NEW & USED cars & trucks. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. Salespeople not pushy like some of the other places. Usually has more vehicles than the surrounding lots (even during these battles). They'll take care of you after the sale too. Although some parts are hard to get right now. Thanks to ALL NEW car/truck manufacturers putting new sales above returning customer service. That's all on the manufacturer's of GMC & the rest. Not Mtn View Chevy Dealer.

Mtn. View Chevrolet does the service work on my Buick. The guys in the shop do good work and my car always comes back to me clean. I recently purchased a used car from them. Mr. Ferguson treated me with respect and found a car for me that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a perfect transaction. They have definitely earned my loyalty.

almost impossible to reach this dealership by phone, been trying for almost two hours. website has two 1-888 numbers one for sales, one for service, operator says both are non working numbers, tried to find local 269 numbers to no avail, finally found a 1-870-4088 number on the web but no one would answer to number after me calling 4 times and letting ring for 20-30 times. I guess since it was between 12 and 2 pm everyone in the building was eating a sandwich and didn't want to take time to answer the phone. I may have to schedule my wifes chevy suv she bought from them into the Ford dealer to get it serviced.

I love mountainview Chevrolet. We have bought our last 3 cars from there. The best salesman I have ever met is Charles Ferguson who is so nice and will help in any way he can !!!
