I'm grateful for Bill and the crew. They helped me get 3 new tires on my van. Super friendly.I showed up when my order was supposed to be delivered. It wasn't. Came the following morning, and was compensated for the extra drive.I had quotes for several tire options.When near, this is a trustworthy repair shop.Dog Friendly in lobby.

A great shop!They understood my hurry to get my truck safe, so I could haul my camper up north. They were great to deal with, the mechanics were very friendly, and very quick and accurate when they diagnose your vehicle.They also showed me exactly what needed fixed. Not many mechanics do that. Which I appreciated. It may take them some time to get your vehicle done, but it s worth the wait, you can really trust these guys. They do their best to save you money too. With my budget that s was very important.I hung out in the office while my truck was being worked on. And with just 3 mechanics that day, they were juggling tons of issues. Seemed like they managed their time, and their selves very well.Over all great mechanics, and a great shop! If I ever have issues out this way I ll know who to go to.I now have peace of mind when we leave.Thank you guys.

If I could type this without pressing a star I would. I had a small oil leak in my ,94 Ford F-150 when brought to this establishment and paid the bill of $500 for the rear main seal after they had it for five hours. No estimate had been provided beforehand. The following day I had to put one quart of oil in and realized a well overdue oil change never was even offered or done while they had it. Around October I noticed I had a worse leak spreading out big on carport floor so I came by to have it looked at just under one year mark in November. The mechanic asked I to come back the following week. When I returned he asked if I could come back the next day. I said ok "Should I go in and see the manager?" He said no. The next day there was no one in the office but the mechanic turned from working on a car and answered a phone call in the bay area. He then looked at me standing in the doorway of the office and resumed work under the hood without a word to me. It was my third visit and I was left standing in the office waiting and was ignored. I then said so and the mechanic started yelling gd, shut up, some people's attitudes, and I left because of the disrespect telling him and owner hearing his communication and not even reacting I would be calling the BBB. Instead I wrote the attorney general. I finally briefly met the manager after my report to see if he had heard from the attorney general hoping he would offer to look at it right then but he did not offer but said he heard how I had cussed out the mechanic and they won't be doing any work on my truck.I left shocked. The answer given by the shop to the attorney general was disgusting, a long list of elaborate lies, character defamation saying I cussed and screamed and am barred out of several businesses in our small town. Not only was my truck never looked at but now I was being lied about on top of the disappointment. I was shocked at the extent of the lies in this manager's answer. Behaviour and words I never use were spelled out. This is not typed for any reason but to earn and put a true account in the face of character defamation being done to me by this business.

My sister was quoted 130 for brakes to be put on ( she had already bought them just needed them put on) they ended up charging 208. They take advantage of people. Should've called and let her know the price was going to be MORE.

I took my 07 GMC Yukon in to find an oil leak. Not only did they misdiagnosed the oil leak. Bill behind the counter cannot be trusted. They claim to be the best in town, yet they can't clear an OBD code. STAY AWA�Y!!!

We were camping in the area and picked up a screw in one or our tires. This shop was able to get me in super fast and plug the tire at a great price. Thanks for getting us back on the road.

I believe Rick is an honest and trustworthy business owner. I've gotten my truck's oil change there a couple of times over the past year. I recently took my nephews broken down SUV there for unknown repair. Rick kept me informed of the progress while I was out of town. In the end, the cost of the repair didn't exceed the estimated charges. The repair cost was about half of what my nephew was told by a mechanic in Russellville.

Had my 2015 Ford Escape awd having problems with abs,traction control,hillside assist and 4 wheel drive sensors going off. Called and dropped off on a Monday morning they diagnosed and replaced speed sensor and did all 4 wheel brakes and turned rotors. We could ve picked the car up the same day! I have a 30-year old Ford van and it's not always easy to find mechanics who 'grok' her. Rick and crew had the patience and know-how to diagnose and fix a somewhat complicated problem and get her up and running again, better than ever! Kind, friendly, honest, no fuss atmosphere. My new go-to auto repair place!

My car was having some issues while traveling and I needed to get it check and fixed. Richard went out of his way to help me get the problems solved in a very timely fashion so I was able to continue my trip. They were very knowledgeable and did fantastic work!
