I've been getting my oil changed at Walmart for years. I've had many people advise me not to, but I didn't have major issues, so I kept going. Well, I found out the hard way YOU ARE TAKING A GAMBLE. I took my car in this morning before going out of town in the morning on an important medical trip. I just wanted an oil change and my tires checked for air. (Had an actual Walmart Auto employee suggest I get my tires at Discount tires a month ago, but thought they were at least capable or checking the air pressure.)First, the guy checking me in was beyond rude. Didn't actually check under the hood as they are suppose to. I felt like a huge bother to him.Then, I had my oil changed and upon receiving my receipt saw they marked that I denied vacuuming along with several other things, in which I never denied.Lastly, I leave and my car immediately begins making a horrible noise. I make a U-Turn and go directly back to auto center. They looked and told me they had no idea what was wrong and that it was a coincidence because they did everything correctly, even tho my car was perfectly fine when I got there... I almost cried because I couldn't miss my appt and didn't know what I'd do. They didn't care. Told me everything was closed on Sunday and they couldn't help. I made it to O'Reilly and as soon as the hood was raised the man saw the vacuum sleeve connected to oil canister was broken and said someone must have leaned on it when making an oil change. So, the men at Walmart knew exactly what they did, I assume. The hero at O'Reilly saved the day and my weekend by helping me repair the damage. He said sadly, I wasn't the first with a horrible experience at Walmart. I'll never go to the auto center again. I just had to warn others. Best of luck.

They got my tires on, took about 3 hour but they got it lol... my tires are a rough size though hahahaha

Yesterday I had my car battery replaced at the Mountain Home Automotive Center. Whoever sat in my drivers seat to move my car put a grease stain on it. I understand it was most likely unintentional but I m bringing light to this so the gentlemen there will be more careful next time. Also, when I got in my vehicle after they were done servicing it, my recent Christmas present, bear air freshener, was gone. I had to get it replaced as we all couldn t find it. Please do better, thank you.

They did an excellent job looking my vehicle over. Made it trip worthy, without me asking. They were super busy but did their best to get us taken care of.

Horrible experience. The guy got the wrong size for my tires. So they called me and told me that, had to get a low grade tire because of that and I should of just picked up my car at that point. I chose the low grade tires just to get new tires because my car was there. Then it was taking way longer then the guy estimated and so I called and asked if my car was ready. The lady told me it was ready and that she had called me . There wasn t a missed phone call. I picked up my car the next day because it was too late. They tried to make me pay for the original tires I was going to get which was 50 dollars extra. Had to go out to my car to show them the low grade tires. The guy never fixed my tickets so I had to wait at least thirty minutes for him to ring that up and then who knows how much longer until I could actually pay for it because I had to wait on the manager. Then there were hidden fees that no one told me I had to pay that was up to 40 dollars. No apologies for my experience, no rushing because I waited so long, nothing. Then I get to my car and it had been unlocked all night and the empty oil plastic container from my oil change was in my passenger seat. Very sloppy, unprofessional, and a waste of my time. Will not be back.

Most always have good experiences at Walmart tire and lube. Sometimes they are swamped, and then i simply come back another time, guys that I have spoke to in the bays are knowledgeable and friendly (when not buried). I give them a very high rating for a high volume shop. They take their jobs seriously and I trust them.

Guy scheduling the appointment at the outside desk was kind of rude and seemed mad bc I came in an hour before closing with a tire going flat. He was mad enough he walked away and another person (who was very friendly and helpful) handled my appointment. I can't control when my tire goes flat and I apologized to him. I mean, I DID buy the tires there too. They got me in and repaired my tire by closing time. Other than the rude person, the visit was fine.

Had tires rotated and balanced and only took 30 minutes. They set tire pressures way to high. My vehicle is recommended to be set at 32lbs. cold and they were set at 38lbs. Make sure to tell them to set to vehicles recommended pressures

I made an appt on Thursday, for Friday the following day. I was assured that they had 2 tires that fit my car. When I got there, the attendant says, "We don't have you in our system, anywhere". I replied, "Really"? I told the attendant about making my appt, blah, blah, blah. So, he told me he would put me in at 3 o'clock as that appt was canceled. OK, cool. After 2 hours of shopping, with a 2 year old, they finally paged me. I went back to automotive and nobody there paged me...supposedly. By this time, I am extremely frustrated and had to walk away for a minute. I went back to the desk and one of the attendants came in from the garage, looking for me. Only to tell me he had 1 tire that would work. I said, "I'll take it" as I had already had a flat. He said, "Ma'am, I dont have time to put it on right now. You will have to make an appt." Can you believe it? All that wasted time for naught. Livid! Never will I ever go back there!!!

Sat behind people for 20 mins almost 30. Then I pull up and he told me he can't take anymore people...he could have told me sooner but instead wasted my time. Literally could have walked up and told me that sooner.

I still think they owe me for not rotating my tires during the covid close down. I had paid for the service and my tires went bad Quicker.

Had 4 new tires put on. Bent 2 rims. Claims office said there was no video evidence to prove anything. Claim denied. I would give it no stars but that is not an option. Never again

I prefer Plumlee tires but they open an hour later than Walmart so I had 4 new tires before plumlee even opened.

My mom called up there her awhile need her tire fixed and they kept hang up on her so I decided I d take it up there it was a Sunday so I dont think there was any place else to go but anyways I went up there and asked the guy at the counter about it and he said it was him and I told him I didnt appreciate his lack of professionalism and now ever since then I go in through their door to comeing in the building cause it s shorter and I used to be able to come out it all the time now I go back and it s Locked it s happen twice now and I had to walk all the way around the out side of Walmart to get to my car this place really does suck they also told me that day it would take them an hour and half to patch a tire Completely unprofessional

Always have the things we need. Needed a TV swivel mount for my mother in law s room at the nursing home. We found exactly what we needed for under $20.

Waited 2.5 hours for them to fix a flat. Absolutely rediculous! Horrible customer service, the lady at the counter was very rude.

I was at my doctor when the rear tire blew out I put on the spare and went to Walmart, I told the manager that I had another appointment and could he help me out,he put me at the head of the line put on a new tire and I was out of there in 20 minutes great service

I have always had good service here...Work was done correctly. I arrive early, because i know there will be a line by 0930.

$10 for a tire patch is reasonable. 2 hours to patch one tire is a bit long.

Took 2 hours for an oil change also asked to replace my head light and wipers none were done.
