I have been taking my 2000 Ford Explorer to Ford Service since it was new. 24 years later it still runs, drives and looks new. When you have something that works why change!Ultimate Ford has taken care of my investment since 2002 and kept it in top condition. No car payment since 2000. Money saved, money in the bank. Love this place!

Found a truck online to purchase. Got our financing approved and ready to purchase it. A few hours later, the salesman calls to tell us an employee is buying the truck!!! Are you kidding me??! So basically, the company comes before the customer. If I could give zero stars, I would!! Very unprofessional "business!!" Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!! Your business is NOT important to them!!

I bought a truck from this dealership. I am in Georgia and found this truck in Arkansas at this dealership. Steve Politte, the finance manager, was not very good at communicating. He could not understand the difference between my home address and my business address. I made it clear to him several times in an email that the truck is a business truck and needs to be registered to the business. It was still registered to the home address and I ve been given the run around trying to register my truck. I paid a pretty penny to have this truck transported but their idea of transporting it is putting 800 miles on the truck and driving it down. They offered me 2k less on my trade in than most other dealerships, but I was so excited to have found the truck I ve been wanting, I let it go and moved on with the sale. I made this process very easy for them and they have been hell since I got the truck. They detailed the truck carelessly, and got tire shine on 3 of the 4 wheels of the truck. I sent them pictures of the oxidation of the wheels. They asked me to take time out of my day to get an estimate on getting the wheels repaired. I took it to a local dealership where they told me it s not repairable and wrote me an estimate for 3 new wheels. The GM, Vernon Dewey, said he was not going to replace the wheels. Instead they called a tire and wheel shop locally here in Canton, Ga. They agreed to try and repair the wheels but had no guarantees of it getting fixed. They also told me I d be without my WORK truck for three days. I called to let my sales rep know and asked for the GM to call me. My sales rep gets back to me to let me know the GM said that s the only option he has. So more time wasted by having me go getting an estimate for no reason. Also wasting my time going from one county tag office to another to chase paperwork because Steve Politte never sent me tracking number for title work, which again he sent to the wrong county. I would never advise anyone to do business with this dealership. They don t care about their customers who spend 100k on a truck. Stay far away from this dealership.

so i have 2 issues with this dealership and the service dept...first issue...when the service manager asked me if i had my truck serviced thru them..i told them i tryed to contact them thru the phone..wasnt able to get ahold of anyone so i left a message...with no reply back..he told me that wasnt true..so in not so many words i was called a liar to my face..secound issue..my truck ended up with transmission issues..made appt after telling them the problem..asking if they knew of any issues with that transmission..they told me they havent heard of any...this was after i did my own research and found that the 10 speed transmission has many issues...so they did a program on the truck...and infact made it worse.. then when i first took it into them..case was still wide open...they told me to drop it off on the 6th of dec...it is now the 21st of dec...it has not been moved from where i parked the truck...called ford..they said they can not give me any voucher for a rental untill my dealership looks into the issue and turn in what they have found..biggest nightmare i have ever had with any dealership...i will make my life goal to bash them any way i can anywhere i can to make sure they never treat another person the way they treated me...this dealership has ruined my luv for ford.....stay away from this dealership..find another one that cares for the people that give them their hard earned money

The staff is very friendly. All the service that I've had done has been completed in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them if you want your repair done right the first time.

We had a GREAT experience purchasing our new Explorer from Ultimate Ford. The sales process was smooth, friendly and fair, no pressure. Finishing the paper work was a joy compared with other dealers. We couldn t be happier with the whole process start to finish. We would highly recommend them.

Went in to buy my daughter a car through ultimate ford. Only to find out their used car they tried to sell me was almost $5000 over blue book price. Shop local but be careful. Buyers beware and do your homework.

Retired police officer. Used a Ford vehicle as a duty patrol car for 35 years. Continue to depend on Ford for my personal vehicles for thirty years - alway reliable!

Poor experience with both this dealership and Ford Motor Co regarding a recall issue involving a braking issue and the safety of the driver. I was left with the feeling that neither of these entities has any concern about the safety of the consumer. For that reason, we will no longer do business with any of Ultimates dealerships or Ford Motor Co. In addition, my next step will be to contact the NTSB to share my experience regarding this recall issue. And to the owner, don't bother sending this review to management since they are part of the problem.

Unable to choose no stars so 1 it is. They had my car for 2 days to fix a recall and the issue was still not fixed when I picked up my car. The back up camera was on recall as well as the rear wiring harness. The camera still does not work and they didn't even turn it on to check it (I had shut it off manually when it stopped working). Very disappointed, this facility gives Ford a bad name.

This place was fantastic. As a single woman traveling from Seattle to Mountain Home in January, I was treated very nicely, professionally and fair. I've been to other car services and have them thinking I know nothing and try to take me for things I don't need. They replaced my thermostat and I asked at the time of appointment if they'd have time for oil change. They did and the price for both was very reasonable.Highly recommend this place of business.

I have brought my car for the past 2 years for services and oil changes. Every time they have found something wrong or needed replaced. Just recently I got my oil change and asked them to look at the air on my seats because it hasn t been working for months. Told me something was wrong with a part in my seat so I took it in to get it fixed then they told me that it worked but now something else was wrong and I needed to buy another part when the original thing I brought it in for was still not fixed. They said they told me this new part that is broken has been broken for awhile but they never told me that. I have all of my papers from oil changes and services that does not say anything about it being broken. They lie to cover up their mistake and told me I didn t know what I was talking about. They are not honest and I will never buy or bring any of my vehicles there for service. They do not have good mechanics and their customer service was not honest. Just a warning that they may not be honest with you about your car.

These individuals are amazing. They constantly stayed in contact, took the time to get the best deal possible, and went above and beyond in making sure that we got the car that we needed. Truly amazing people and management. They have integrity, great business ethics, and made sure that we went home in a great safe vehicle. Truly amazing. Thank you Ford for helping my family.

Unexpected minor service was needed when battery ran out. Srvc mngr sent instant start to get vehicle cranked so I could drive it to cntr. I had stopped for errand short distance from cntr, got stranded but svc mngr saved the day. Battery was replaced in very timely fashion while I waited without appt. Thank you very much for great svc.

We would like to give a HUGE shout-out to the dealership in Mountain Home, AR. We are from Iowa, camping along the river, and the check engine light came on on our Ford pickup we pull the camper with. Stopped in this morning to see if they could look at it....they took it right in, figured out it just needed reset, and sent us on our way! Thank you to Jay and the team for the great service!!!

What can I say?? This dealership was awesome ! The sales people were so very friendly and helpful. We LOVE our new 2019 Flex! We have dealt with Lance before and he always makes the best deal for us.I don't think they could have a better manager. Brad was very friendly and not pushy at all and more like a member of the family. About a month after our purchase I was involved in an accident and the collision dept was fantastic! We were on a tight time schedule to have it repaired and Paul is a man of his word and had our car repaired even earlier than he promised. He worked everything out with our insurance, they did a great job and went the extra mile. All in all you couldn't ask for a more delightful experience. : )

Although the routine oil change service was very good, the Ford parts seem to be on backorder consistently. A cabin filter on order since February 2022, still NOT available Sept 2022. Windshield wipers, on backorder! If aftermarket companies can get the parts, why can t Ford get them to the dealer. I m a first time Ford Vehicle buyer, may have second thoughts next time.

I rate a 1 because 0 is not an option. Took them 13 week to get a replacement key for my Ford Explorer. Since then they call me once a month to ask if they can work on my vehicle again. I have asked them not to call. I have blocked their phone number, but they still call and leave voice messages. AVOID this place and the other Ultimate Auto group locations.

Treated us very nice. we were there to get warranty work done on the transmission of our focus. It took longer than they quoted us, but they offered to shuttle us around to get lunch. Chris was Friendly and professional!

Work was charged and not performed on my wife's Focus. Worse yet,the parts they said they installed were still at the service department when it was discovered they lied. We will be demanding satisfaction from Ultimate Ford of Mountain Home.Follow Up: We did get charges removed and assistance in getting some of the work done correctly. In the end the service department still agreed to a job they should have looked into better, almost let us walk away having paid for unperformed work, but the service manager did do her absolute best to help us recover as much of the mistaken charges as possible and line us up with a 3rd party who could get the job done.

Well it took 4 months but they got my 6 liter diesel going again and most covered under warranty. Jay was excellent to work with, he came in on a Saturday so I could pick it up.

Shocked at the incompetence of the service writer, my first experience was a 2 1/2 hour oil change but I assumed that could be bad timing on my part. This time I set an appointment for a minor (but expensive) repair, sent the parts list that he had given me from the diagnosis (he had lost it), and asked him to be ready - since it takes me an hour to get there. When I arrived at my appointment a week later, he hadn't given it another thought.......no parts, the estimate has increased $200, and I need to come back in 2 days. I walked away, the money isn't an issue, but dealing with incompetence and someone who doesn't care about you or your time is unacceptable. There are many other Ford dealerships, don't waste your time here.

I called to get price for transmission service/flush for my 2016 F150. Service manager told me price of $250. Clay Maxey Ford in Harrison charges $190 for the same service. I told the service manager this and asked for a price match. He said that he doesn't care what Clay Maxey does and wouldn't price match.Whatever happened to customer service? For $60 difference (25%), I will go to their competition.
