Had warranty work done. Loved their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. Will come back for any further work.

Clinton in the Jeep service did a terrific job, kept me informed and was very professional. Although there was a significant delay in getting approval for a damaged tire coveraged under a hazardous road warranty he made it right in the end.

Do not go to this dealership!! The service department is horrible and will not take care of you or your vehicle. The sunroof in my new Dodge Journey (under warranty)started leaking and also caused water damage to the headliner. I took my vehicle to Ultimate back in March/April to have the issue taken care of. So they looked at it and finally realized the sunroof needed to be replaced along with the headliner. I had to wait a few weeks for this to be completed. And I didn't even get a vehicle to drive the first few weeks while they did this. Went back to pick it up and it wasn't ready. The new headliner was dirty in certain areas and needed to be cleaned. I finally was able to take it home, but......had to bring it back a couple days later when it started leaking again around the sunroof and caused more damage to the new headliner. So.....I took it back again and they had to run some more tests. They eventually found a kinked drain hose near the rear where water was also pooling in the spare tire compartment. They had to get another headliner due to more water damage. So....I had to wait another 2 weeks. Went back the 3rd time to pick it up....and it still wasn't completed....the headliner was still dirty from grease/oil spots and wasn't installed correctly. So they kept it and were supposed to clean it again. And they said they had to get some more clips that were broken/misplaced. Went back the 4th time.....still not cleaned and still not installed correctly. They actually said they were going to order another part due to more missing clips but they refused to do anything else to the headliner which was still not installed correctly. They had my vehicle nearly 16 weeks and couldn't get it right. I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase a vehicle from here. You will definitely not be taken care of by the service department. If you already have a vehicle I would also advise not taking it here for service. You will not be happy with the results. All this being said, it currently has an open case with Chrysler. And I just took it to Ramsey Motor Company in Harrison yesterday at 4:00 so they can fix all the damage and hopefully get it right. They called me this morning at 10:00 and already found the issue. It has several clips missing and several more broken. They had to order a new headliner due to the fact that Ultimate couldn't get it right. Very disappointed with the Mtn. Home dealership and Chrysler too. But I am very thankful that Ramsey Motor in Harrison is taking care of it and going to fix the problem. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Ramsey Motor and getting it serviced there.

I was charged $78 for them to check my battery. Auto zone would have done that for free. Thanks so much ultimate. Then I was charged $250 to replace my $120 battery... grand total $328 to replace a $120 battery they recommended to change both battery's auto zone price is $120 and $250 for both.$370 . there price is $680. Where did the other $310 come from.? Tax? Unfair pricing

The service department is the best around! I have been using them for that past few months after purchasing into the Chrysler family. They have always went above and beyond to take care of the work that I have requested to have done. Jamie always keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle. I really appreciate these guys and their quality of work!

Really great transaction. Dealership was clean, cordial and well appointed. Alan was a great salesman who never made us feel pressured but was well informed and prepared. We drove in from out of state and couldn't have been happier. Debbie in Finance was also engaging and very helpful. If you are shopping for a well priced car from a good place with nice people, do yourself a favor and check these folks out. Won't be disappointed.

I've been in Baxter county now for about 7 months and yesterday was my first experience with these guys. My jeep needed an oil change and an open recall taken care of. My experience with Clinton in the service dept was outstanding and they were really friendly and accommodating. I will be back in the future.

Need to even see if warranty work can be done? If its even covered? Dont come here, they'll just tell you to go to a body shop. Needed a hood replaced due to warp, and they barely even spoke to me about it.Go to James River Jeep and Dodge in Ozark MO, the best dealer ive ever dealt with and they'll solve 100% of your problems.

Too bad you can t select a zero star rating. They are crooks! I ve been a loyal Jeep owner for almost 20 years but ultimate has recently made me a non-believer in Jeep and their dealership. They ve wasted more of my time and money than I care to admit. Recently they tried charging me almost $800 for repairs that I felt should be covered under warranty. It sat at the lot the entire day of my appointment and never got touched. Boy am I glad they didn t touch it. I was so mad I took it to another dealer in Harrison for a second opinion and sure enough, they fixed it right, promptly, and covered it all under warranty! Done with ultimate forever. If you have to pay for service work you better do your homework cause you may be getting screwed. I ll sure do my best to post anywhere I can of my experience so that nobody else gets treated the way I was. And for clarification, this review was my last resort. I tried letting the dealership do the right thing and reimburse me on a previous trip to the service department that I had to pay for out of pocket, but as I knew the crooks would, they ve blown me off.

Our saleswoman was Maggie, or Maddie (my memory is terrible with names.) She was so helpful and patient. My boyfriend was buying the truck for us, and she took my needs into consideration as well. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She stood out in the hot sun while she asked my boyfriend a question and he took 10 minutes each time to answer it HA!These people are so willing to go out of their way so that you get the vehicle you need and have a pleasant experience. This is the first time I've had a truck and I enjoy it so much!

I have been shopping for a vehicle for over a month. I wanted to buy local, but was getting too much of a run around from local dealerships. Alan answered all of my questions, was to the point, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Most of the transaction was completed over the phone so trading in and picking up was easy. Worth the drive. Finance manager was great as well! Overall great experience.

Do not go to this dealership. The service department is horrible and could not get my new headliner installed correctly after having my vehicle for nearly 16 weeks. It is a new Dodge Journey and the sunroof started leaking. They replaced the sunroof and ordered a new headliner. After putting in the brand new headliner, they told me it was ready to pick up. They had to clean some grease/oil off the new headliner for one thing. Then I had to bring it back 2 days later because the sunroof was still leaking. So....they had to replace the headliner again from water damage. Went back a few weeks later to pick it up and same thing....dirty headliner and not installed correctly. They again said they would clean it. 3rd time I went back and same thing....dirty headliner and not installed correctly. They actually told me that they had to get a couple new clips that had been broken or misplaced. Went back the 4th time and same thing....dirty headliner and not installed correctly. And I also found scratches and chips in the body of the vehicle when I picked it up the 4th time that were definitely not there when I brought it in.I currently have an open case with Chrysler on my vehicle. I just took it to Ramsey Motor Company in Harrison, AR yesterday at 4:00. They called me this morning after already finding the problem. They said that it is not installed correctly because there were several clips missing and several that were broken. Go figure...I already knew this, but Ultimate did not want to take the time to do it correctly even though they had my vehicle for almost 16 weeks. Just very disappointing. So, I would strongly advise not to purchase a vehicle from Ultimate Auto Group because the service team will not take care of you. If you care about your current vehicle, I would also advise not to take it here for service. You will not be happy with the results.

Wonderful experience! No pressure sales person (Alan), that knows his stuff. We came in with our loan pre-approved, but Debbie (finance person) was able to secure even better financing for us. This is the day after our purchase & we feel no buyer's remorse, like we have on the past with other dealerships. Highly recommended!

Talked to salesman Johnny on 2021 Dodge truck and agreed on purchase. As I'm driving to location I asked if they still be open he said yes but I had to talk to his manager about funding. Told him I didn't need it I had my own bank backing. Female manager called and said bring a cashier's check or must loan from them. Offer her bank letter of proof of funds and direct contact with my bank vp. Only wanted to get me to loan from them. Told her no sale then. She hung up on me. No carrys around a cashier's check get real. Avoid this shady business

Michael Leppold is the nicest guy!! Every time I had a question or issue throughout my servicing needs/experience, he was always so helpful and patient. I called so many times and had too many questions, and he always had an answer and delivered it so kindly even when the questions were dumb. This has been an almost seven month long venture of getting all of the work I needed done, mainly waiting on one part that was on back order. There were a couple of frustrating encounters with the actual work that was done, and other employees that weren t as nice, which is why I only gave four stars. But his customer service alone is five stars, for sure!

disclaimer, long review:On Monday July 15, 2019, we dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off at Ultimate Auto. We initially took it in for basic maintenance before taking it on a road trip to make sure it was in solid condition. We filled out the form listing we wanted the oil changed, service transmission, check why my check engine light was on (call with quote before doing anything), check brakes, and check front end that was squeaking (call with quote before doing anything). We wanted the bare minimum done to this vehicle. We wanted it to be safe to drive, but nothing that was unnecessary or something we could do without for a little while longer (we already knew this would be a pricey tab just doing the minimum).Come Thursday July 18, 2019, we pick up my car around noon. My car runs great, but upon leaving and studying our $2000 receipt, we see a ($400-$500) charge for 4-wheel drive maintenance . This didn t sound familiar to my husband who had been the one communicating with the service techs and other Ultimate Auto employees. A few hours later I went back to Ultimate (originally for a different reason than this mystery charge), but while I was there I asked what the charge was and what all it entailed. The man helping me was extremely kind and helpful. He explained what it was and told me that the person who had done it (Kelby?) wasn t going to be back until the following Tuesday and that they would have him call my husband when he got back and could possibly issue a refund for that service since it was unnecessary and we, once again, wanted the bare minimum done to the car.Flash forward to Tuesday July 23, 2019, my husband was in contact with Ultimate Auto regarding the refund. They told him that they would refund us and that an email would be sent to us for proof that our refund went through. It never came.Wednesday July 24, 2019, my husband calls Ultimate Auto again because we never received an email verifying our refund that was supposedly sent the following day. The person he talked to claimed to be the person who did the 4 wheel drive maintenance and stated that they WEREN T giving us our refund and how they re looking into it more and pulling the phone records.**okay, pause. What kind of crookedness is this? Especially from what is suppose to be a professional, reputable business. To say you re issuing a refund on Tuesday and then (without even notifying the customer who is waiting on the refund) you decide oh, never mind on Wednesday???Anyways, a couple hours later my husband received another calling saying how they won t be issuing a refund and that we are welcome to come in and listen to the phone records for a peace of mind . this is currently where we re standing as of an hour ago. I do plan on going in myself on Friday and listening to this precious recording. If they have my husband recorded saying YES. Service the 4-wheel drive then so be it. We ll happily move on. If I do not hear confirmation of the 4-wheel drive maintenance then I will be moving on to upper management. But, for a business to state on multiple occasions that they will issue a refund and then never do it is just sorry and extremely poor business (not to mention them doing unnecessary work). Regardless, I will never go back to or recommend Ultimate Auto Group to anyone I know.

Had a problem with a tire and called Ultimate even though I drive a Mercedes, Lindsey said bring it in at 10 the next day. Checked tire and couldn't find issue, she suggested leaving it in their shop overnight, which I did. Still didn't find an issue. Funny I haven't had a problem with tire since. There was no charge for the excellent service I received. Lindsey was super. If I have any other issues, I will definitely check with Ultimate first.

We purchased a 2016 Nissan a year ago. The car buying experience was pleasant. I was not happy finding out they drove the car to Harrison to get it looked at without our knowledge after we put money down on it. They said they didn't have to do it, but they should have informed us since we already paid the down payment. Secondly, do NOT let Debbie talk you into the warranty without calling the warranty company first and getting the details from them. We foolishly purchased the warranty she said was bumper to bumper and recently found out it is far from bumper to bumper. Tried calling her about it and she never returned our phone call.

Really disappointed with the service department, they NEVER call me back when I have to leave a voicemail. NEVER, in the 2+ years I've been having my vehicle serviced there. It's like they don't want my business. Recommend against leaving a voicemail, it'd a waste of your time/effort. Very poor customer service from the service department, it's comically ironic. As for the sales department, best in town, it's a shame the service department falls so flat on their face EVERY single time.

Just bought my 2003 Jeep Wrangler and I am extremely happy. Our salesman, Alan, was very nice and worked with us on price and trade in.The finance officer, Debbie, went above and beyond the call of duty to get us financed with a good rate and term.I am very happy we came here for my Jeep.

I can't say enough good things about UAG, and specifically Johnny Miller, for their help, kindness, and willingness to literally go out there way to help me with a new vehicle. By all means if you are in the market, give them a call and a chance to earn your business. Thank you again Johnny!

I bought a 2017 used van, Salesman Brad and a Sales Manager Donnie. They were to have it cleaned and I would pick it next day. By then, the original floor mats had been removed and now the second key was not included, according to them. I insisted. I want my floor mats put back in my van and my second key! Memorial weekend delayed the process and I came on Tuesday for my keys and floor mats. The Sales Mgr, then told me the cost of the key was $220.00 as he had rekeyed it and i would not get the floor mats. Burned me, so I said, I already paid for the second key and the mats in the sale and I want them now. I contacted another manager over him. Long story short, it took a few days but they had to stick to the original purchase agreement which included both keys and the original floor mats, which they had to re-order as the ones with the van were now gone! I don't know why the floor mats had been removed. They were originals with the logos on them. I do know they sell on ebay for a good price! And trying to re-sell me my keys?? Was he trying to make side money? IDK! I will not return for the 1st free oil change I was promised. I would not want to let my van out of sight.
