I'm at a loss for where to start. The condition was beyond dirty; it was appalling. Despite being designated non-smoking, the room reeked of smoke, the carpets were disgustingly filthy, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state with dirt in every corner and an unsanitary tub. The bed was intolerably uncomfortable, forcing us to endure the stench with the window open. A thorough deep clean, including the neglected carpet edges, coupled with shampooing all non-smoking areas, is imperative. This was our only option for under $400, albeit barely, to witness the eclipse; otherwise, we wouldn't have chosen it. We refrained from showering due to the bathroom's condition, and the discovery of a repulsive yellow stain on the sheets was the final straw. Save yourself the trouble unless it's an absolute emergency. Opting for a Walmart blanket, pillow, and reclining car seat would be a preferable alternative.Rooms: So filthy.Noteworthy details: Gross, dirty, not worth any amount of money they're charging.

Simply a great stay in their pool side room. Booked a pool party there and everyone enjoyed it a lot. We will be coming back again for more birthday parties for the kids. Rooms were newly renovated and the beds were very comfortable. It felt like sleeping on my own bed at home. Thank you to all their staff for making it the best day for my kids and family!

Clean property and even cleaner rooms. Enjoyed a nice swim with my family at their nicely heated indoor pool. Simply amazing staff. Breakfast contained variety of options from waffles to scrambled and hard boiled eggs to sausages and gravy biscuits. I personally loved their morning sausage egg and cheese sandwiches freshly made by the staff as I walked in the breakfast room. My family s favorite place in town.

The room was easily accessible and we were very comfy. We had quite a lot of people so we got 2 rooms. There still wasn't enough so I had to sleep on the floor. The owners gave us extra pillows and a blanket for me. The halls were quite spooky I explored the place and it felt haunted. 8/10 would recommend for liminal space photography.Safety: Hand rails everywhere.Walkability: The front desk was sort of hard to find but everything else was close by.

Stayed in room 121, room had cochroaches all over the floor, facial hair on bathroom counter, was there for maybe an hr until we noticed. Employees of Ramada refused to give the entire amount of refund.Rooms: Gross, establishment needs help.

We have had a very large event here for 3 years, the first being during the height of Covid. Each year visible improvement, very convenient with the rooms so close to the event center, the staff is friendly and very accommodating, waffles, juice, cereal, coffee, pastries, biscuits and sausage, boiled eggs and other items for breakfast, excellent rates, believe the owner is present often and would do anything to please, providing us with everything we ask for or needed! Room were clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, tub and shower neatly provided with pump Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. TV, refrigerator and Wi-Fi worked just great! We very much appreciate the owners effort to make the establishment improvements each year and providing a place for our large event! Thanks so much!Nearby activities: Small town with super country restaurants, lots of antique and flea markets, fishing all around the town, just a great place to spend a few days! Friendly, Happy county folks! Just the best!

The room was adequate. It looks like they were redoing the other side, which is great. I did not know they had breakfast because I entered and exited near my room and not the lobby. Indoor pool looked really cool even though we did not have time to enjoy it. The hallways feel non air conditioned. Our sink was stopped up so we had to wash our hands in the bathtub and the iron was almost in two pieces. (room 204). Although this can t really be helped, I suppose, I hated walking through the people smoking at the side entrance. Beds were decent. It dis not smell bad in the room. Would I stay again? Only if I could not find better. Hopefully the renovations and some updating will help. Overall: Not horrible, not immaculate. I did hear good things about the owners and their willingness to help out with what was needed.

Do NOT waste your money or sanity staying here. Wish 0 stars was a thing!Disgusted we paid $220 to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Walked in sheets had yellow stains, black hair, blood stains on mattress, looks like it s never been cleaned or even swept. The wifi does NOT work(I m in nursing school and needed to submit assignments). Had to call front desk guy, who was super sweet, to come fix our tv and wifi but the internet still didn t work. Bagels cereal, and yogurt for breakfast, that s it. Was woken up by police banging on our door at 9:30pm asking if we ve seen a guy roaming.When we originally arrived we brought our dog to check in and The guy was literally screaming at us that we were trying to kill him and other people by bringing our dog into the pet friendly hotel because we didn t see signs posted that no dogs were allowed. The pool was so cold you couldn t swim, which is the biggest reason why we booked with them. Pool is surrounded by other rooms and moldy smelling carpet. Overall, an absolute terrible experience that really affected my two day vacation away from school. I should have demanded my money back as soon as I walked in and was treated the way I was and went and stayed somewhere else.And for the love of God, learn how to clean a hotel room and do simple upgrades for people you charge $80 to come stay at, that is literally your business!!

We were traveling to Mountain Home to see my dad who I haven't seen other than a short 10 mins here and there for 7 years I was excited so we left early causing us to arrive early so we called ahead for an early arrival which they allowed with an additional charge. Upon arrival I was on the phone so i asked my husband to check in the reservation as it was under his name anyway. When I met him at the lobby door I immediately smelled the very strong odor of stale Indian food. We went ahead and went to look at our room. The odor of food got worse as we made our way to our room. Upon entering our room I found the room was not only dirty and smelled the same as the rest of the property but had multiple leaks in the ceiling that looked as though they had possible be covered up but not repaired. At this time we decided to check out and stay somewhere else. My husband stopped at the desk to inform them that we would not be staying due to all these issue while I stepped outside to call for another room at another property. When he came out he was furious that not only were we charged for a full night but also an early check in fee for a room we did not even occupy. I am the GM of a hotel as well I have ran 3 different brands Wyndham being one of them and never in a million years would I charge someone for canceling their reservation due to an issue with the condition or cleanliness of my property. So not only did I get charged for this stay I also had to find another property to stay at during a very busy time in Mountain Home and pay for that stay as well.

The BAD:Fruit flies in room.Building smells like mold and mildew.Poor renovations (a coat of paint doesn t fix real problems.)Worst stocked breakfast at any hotel, I ve ever stayed at.- no syrup for waffles- no milk- no creamer- frozen stuff kept at room temperature- only bananas for fruit.No tables cleaned.Only could get in front door.Random junk left sitting in hallways.Disco lights left on 24/7.The good:No guests.Quiet.The bed was comfy.

Rooms are not as pictured. Bathroom seemed to have already been used. Dog barking constantly in the room next door with a door unlocked connecting to the next room. Staff was very rude except for the front desk clerk. Pool smelled like weed and urine. Awful experience. Got a refund and went to the mountain home inn for a comparable room for a cheaper price and a jacuzzi tub. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are pretty good sized, for a hotel. The place is pretty easy to find and has good parking. It also has this awesome central area with a stage. The beds were pretty comfortable. The staff were very friendly.The bad: we stayed here for 2 reasons. The indoor pool and the breakfast. I double checked that they still had the pool before we booked. At no point did they say the pool was in pieces! Definitely closed. We also booked a second floor just for the balcony...no balcony. The breakfast was just...bad. The pancake machine was broken, so the only hot thing they had for breakfast was little frozen sausage biscuits. But, they had 4 packages and there were 5 of us. The milk had something chunky floating in it and the first 3 yogurts I pulled out of the fridge were significantly out of date.In a pinch, we'd stay here again, but I wouldn't intentionally seek this hotel out.

Good Budget Stay, Looks like New Management is really trying to get it cleaned ups and functional. Room was a bit Rough, Vanity Light not working, Bathroom Fan sounded like a Jet crashing, Bed Was Extremely Comfortable. Continental Breakfast was not staffed well or stocked with Napkins, Covers over the hot plate for the Gravy, no non stick spray or Sryup for Waffles, however a decent low budget stay.

The room and hallways were nasty. There was an old ciggeratte smell in our room along with burn holes in the floor. There were fresh stains on the floor. The floor also hadn t been vacuumed. There was mold in the AC vent, bathroom vent, hallway vent, and the freezer as well. Several of the pillows on the bed were stained. The bed (not the sheets) had stains on them. Also, our room was closet to a door leading outside. A sign on the door said it would be locked 11pm-5pm. It was never locked. My husband and I woke up coughing our heads off. We are now sick from staying in this hotel. For the safety of your family do not stay here.
