Came in for a routine tire patch job based on great reviews.Told to wait half an hour because of lunch timing. No problem.Two other customers came in while I waited but were going to be seen before me. I went back in and talked to the boss and he got his son to go ahead and get on fixing my tire. When he put the tire back on, he used an air impact without using a torque wrench and spun off two of my lug nuts (which had zero rust or corrosion) so now I've got to come up with $100+ parts to get that fixed and they told me to go ahead and drive without two studs and I should have no problem - online it says don't do that with even one gone because of all the wear it places on bearings, the wheel could come off and you could die, etc...they would not make it right. Great price on patch job but horrible on being overconfident and using the wrong tool in order to save time at my expense. Won't be back.

I feel so fortunate to have found this place. I m here temporarily and found my passenger side right tire kept losing air so I looked up tire services locally and this one had the best ratings. Fast, courteous, friendly service at a very reasonable price. I was in and out of the shop within an hour. I would recommend. And the staff! Oh my! Never seen such a collection of positively handsome men! Everyone of them! Made my short wait much more bearable!

My husband and I are moving here and on one of my trips we had a blow out. This place so helpful when we called. Assured they had the right tires in stock (when no one else in town did). And told us they'd get us in as soon as we got there. We arrived and had 4 tires, mounted, balanced and were on our way in less than 45 min. The waiting room was clean and they were all very friendly. I've definitely found my tire place!!!!

Great place, family owned and local. Didn't know that when we purchased our van last year, that the tires was Plumlee tires. To our surprise they were free to have rotated. Thanks for the free rotation and awesome customer service!

We re traveling from out of state when we got a flat tire. Plumlee had us taken care of and ready to get back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly service as well.

As always Plumlee fixed my problem which was kind of an emergency because the dashboard kept whining that my tires were under inflated. They checked my tires, aired them up, and I was on my way. This is why we've been Plumlee customers since 1985

This is the 2nd time I've done business with Plumlee Tire and I've been more than pleased with both experiences. They are all very friendly and informative. Prices are very reasonable and they are quick and efficient. I've told everyone I know that's the place to go! As long as I live in the area, they will always have my business!

The most kindest friendly staff and great prices. I'll always use plumlee tire for life. Ill never forget the time I went there asking for one tire and drove away with three brand new tires for no cost. I was shocked and very thankful. They truly are a blessing. Been going there for years.

Highly recommended!!! I Stopped in to see if I could get a set of tires, They had to order the tires.. The guys made me an appointment for my tires, and to get an alignment.. I got a phone call that my tires came in a lot sooner then expected, he told me I could come in right away and they would get me in to do my tires and alignment... I really appreciated the fact that they called me and told me that I could come in before my appointment... they were friendly, and very helpful.. And the price for a set of tires was the lowest prices anywhere..I will be doing my business with plumlee tire from here on....Fast, Friendly Service, Cheapest tire prices around,

Customer service is always great here! They were crazy busy, and yet they still got my tires on in a timely manner and treated me very well while I waited. There was some confusion when I arrived, but the guy was very apologetic and worked it all out. We drive over an hour just because this place always stands good for their work and their tires, and their prices are very competitive. They truly go above and beyond!

I was on my way to Bull Shoals Lake and had a flat tire on my boat trailer. I decided when I got to Mountain Home that I was going to replace all the tires. The owners of Holiday Shores Resort in Midway recommended Plumlee Tire. I called and spoke with Michael and he told me to bring it in at 8:00 the next morning. I also decided to replace the tires on my jet ski trailer.We took both trailers in and they had both done in less than 2 hours. They kept us from losing any time on the lake on a holiday weekend. Didn't want to give 5 stars but it's not the guys fault that I bought a car w tire issues. They hooked me up really quick after a not so great night and give me some advise that a tire shop I visited yest or car lot (that did their own inspection on) "didn't catch". And gave me a good price on my new tires

I had a blow out right up the road from there shop and my husband had been there before and the young man who helped me by changing my tire recommended them. So we pulled in and they gave us two quotes. We chose the more expensive tire and decided to replace all 4 tires. They had it done in less than 30 minutes. It was amazing and the tires are excellent. Great service and knowledgeable workers. I really recommend this business.

The very first time we used the service was when we had all four tires replaced, my husband was impressed with the service and timeliness. They ve also replaced with a good set of tires that is affordable.I just recently used them to fix a puncture of one of the tires, the service was excellent (Bob served), price was great, and the waiting time during the repair was short. Highly recommend them!

Plumlee's is one of the best customer service businesses I have ever been to!!They are fast, efficient and respectful. They have a great team of guys behind the scenes. Got an unrepairable flat, they ordered the tire which arrived next day and had me in and out within 15 minutes. Fastest work I've had on a vehicle ever. Thanks guys.

Their the best, fast courteous service. All ways make reservations, they honor appointments as best they can. In my case I got there early and was out before my appointment time. It wasn't as busy as usual. I've been there when they were super busy and they are good with appointments.
