Best price I could find on a New Yamaha 25 horse motor. Staff very friendly and helpful.The technician in the shop did the first start in subfreezing temps!!

Great staff... Frank, Corbin and Dustin are all amazing and easy to work with. They have made the buying process and owning this boat amazing. They are a one stop shop. They have helped and went above and beyond to make sure we have been taken care of from warranty work to over all boat maintenance. They also put the customer first and take the time to listen to make sure they get what you need done. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a boat or water sport items.

Ryan has awesome customer service! Took our boat in to have a trolling motor installed. They couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. We will return to Perfect Catch for anything boat related from now on!

My husband and I are giving Perfect Catch in Mountain Home, Arkansas a 1 star review based on a two year debacle. We traded a 1991 Thompson Runabout for a 1995 Fourwinns. We were originally extremely happy with our trade, until we tried putting it in a slip, at which point it became very clear that it had a transom leak. We took it to Perfect Catch for repairs since we had purchased it from them. Between them and the fiberglass repair shop whom they contracted, they had our boat over a year, and our cost for service was roughly $4,800. Then, when we got it back, they failed to fill the power steering and trim fluids. They failed to hook up the blowers, the bilge pump, the lower unit was bleeding off, and they broke the speedometer. My husband filled the fluids, and reattached the blower and the bilge pump, but wanted them to fix the broken speedometer and fix the bleeding of the trim. They did fix the speedometer, but took another year to attempt to fix the bleeding off of the trim. They lied to us when we asked if it was fixed, then when we went to retrieve it, they had broken the bottom fin on the lower unit. Mind you, this is the second summer without our boat. After the summer was over, my husband said fix the lower unit that THEY BROKE, and we will fix the rest. They were happy to return our boat to us in worse shape than when we dropped it off, even though we had paid them $4,800. Not only do we still have to contend with the bleeding off of the trim, but our interior is in terrible condition from being out in the weather for two years. This is unacceptable service. Be careful choosing them for any work, and be advised that patience will only make them complacent.

I worked with Dustin on the purchase of a new Axis A22. I m from out of state. He made the deal possible and super easy to get done. Super nice. I honestly feel bad I don t live closer to be able to have all my service done through these guys and buy all my stuff through them. Highly recommended. Thanks!

I fished the BFL REGIONAL on Norfork Lake and had some issues with my trailer. I went to Perfect Catch and they immediately looked at my trailer to resolve the problems, including taking it to the water and finding the problems. They were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

If you are thinking of making a boat purchase look no further; Perfect Catch is the PERFECT place! My husband and I are from the KC area, we stumbled across a boat posted online and called to inquire about it. Dustin answered all of our questions. He was extremely professional, forward thinking and very organized. He responded to every email we sent swiftly and was very knowledgeable. Dustin s professionalism is what sold us on a 5.5 hour trip to make a sight unseen purchase in Mountain Home, Arkansas but Perdect Catches customer service is what will make us customers for life! Frank, the owner, truly understands customer service and we could not be more grateful for how amazing our experience was with him! Perfect Catch had the neoprene life vest I was looking for! Many to choose from! Great prices too! Will be much easier to kayak in, as they don't ride up to your face!!! Relaxed sales person, not pushy!

Worst mechanic ive been to yet. Tells you one thing and waits till a Friday at 11pm to tell you something else is wrong. Dishonest boat repair.

I give Corbin a 0 star review I took my jetski in there august of 2020 and got it back may of 2021 with a different battery that was shot according to the place I had to take it to because he put me off and put everyone in front of me they never fixed it
