I came in because I had driven my semi through some road work and had tar all over my rims. The 2 gentlemen working helped me out with some product to remove the tar so I could bring the shine back. It worked very well! Ty!

Lifetime warranty on most all parts. Usually have what you're looking for but if not they, have fir us, get it there by mid afternoon. Plus staff are always fun to be around.

Needed a battery checked James tested it for me sure enough was from 2014 done all the fellas there are helpful and James was great to talk to.

Tye was super helpful, bought new windshield wipers. It only took 2 minutes and tye was so awesome he installed them while it was raining!

Had to go here for a boat part and a guy named James that works here was super helpful and friendly. Made my vacation much better considering the break down on the boat so thank you James, you deserve a promotion!

Chris and Bradly were Awesome! I had an issue with my battery, Chris tested it and let me know that I was in need of a new one, and started the process of getting it all together. Bradly finished up the sell and asked if I need it installed. He installed the new battery, and made sure I was up and running. I really do appreciate the excellant customer service and the time the guys spent making sure I had everything I needed and was up and working before I got on the road.

I had a battery go bad, it happens. Kevin was very friendly and courteous. He took the battery to test it and called me when the test was done. I had other bussiness in town. When I got back, he had another battery ready to go at the counter. Just paper work and the purchase of something else he knew I wanted to get. Excellent service.

I came did a price match with walmart was in stock used a rewards card and got lucas high mileage oil stabilizer because i seen it on the shelf for $8.99 and after the rink up something seamed wrong it was too much money so i looked at receipt and it rang up $15.99 .I went back in and looked at shelf it said $8.99 but it was for the smaller bottle but there was several big bottles in that slot so i said hey this rang up $15.99 when it clearly says $8.99 so he moved it all and i said so i get it for $8.99 he said no .I decided to get the lucas regulator stabilizer which was cheaper and he said since i used an oriellys $25.00 gift card i got a discount and i couldn't return it because it was 8 minutes to 7pm and he didn't wanna go through the hassle its not my fault that someone clearly labeled and stocked it wrong i also put out $19.51 in cash so i don't see the problem with the return to busy worrying about closing seams to be the problem like it always is with him when it comes with price matching that is your modo and I'm ready with the add on my phone to make it quick as possible .I spend alot of money in this store i run a bussiness out of my shop at the house .

Not very helpful...wasn't busy at all and seemed like everyone was on break or just in the back? An older lady and I walked around and around before someone came out and asked her if she needed help which I was about to ask her myself cause she looked really really lost and confused. I left not because I was mad or anything but had to meet family for dinner.maybe they were just having an "off" day...it happens ha

Slow, but efficient service. Staff needs to learn what a smile is, as well as friendliness. Maybe they are friendly, but are just not getting enough fiber in their diets.

I asked for help, I asked if they could check the battery in my car to see if it was bad, they ran a test, battery was bad, had me hooked up and ready to go in less than ten minutes. I like the service at this store, Thank you Matthew D. I appreciate your help!

On November 11 2019 my friend pulled intoO �Reillys parking lot with his car on fire. He went inside and told them what was going on and not one employee attempted to help him. I used to like this store. You lost my buisness

I went in for some lights for my RV and one of the workers there named Jarrod I believe went beyond what he needed to help me find the type of lights I was looking for, that is the way customer service used to be and he should be commended.

Was glad they had the heater core for my 2003 Volkswagen Jetta. And when I have enough I can get the timing chain belt kit there also
