Randy did thorough work diagnosing and fixing an electrical problem with our destination trailer. He communicated well, coordinated his availability to accommodate our schedules, and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services.

Randy provided an inspection for me on a coach I was considering purchasing. He was straight forward, truthful and easy to work with. His resultant product accurately describes the coach, the various systems aboard, pictures of various components and his opinion about them. Money well spent; I bought the coach on his recommendation.

Randy was wonderful. The motor for our hydraulic pump had all but quit entirely, thus no levelers and no use of our large slide. Randy removed the motor, rehabbed it and reinstalled it- got us back on the road without the extreme cost (money and time) of getting a new motor. Which is certainly what would have happened if we went to a dealer. Randy was honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. We recommend him most highly.

I wish there were 6 stars. Randy did a super and thorough inspection of the motorcoach I wanted to purchase from a private party. He drove 250 miles to my location as he was the closest person willing to do so and on a Sunday as well. As he went thru the inspection he also took the time to show me how things worked. This will be our first coach. The owner was very up front about everything, however, some things, even he was not aware that they needed some attention.No matter if you are a first timer or multi coach owner it is my opinion that a fresh set of eyes and ears are needed to review the unit. We did not find anything that was a deal breaker, however it gave me peace of mind.Some may say what a waste of money, nothing was wrong, but it could have been a unit you just should not consider.Rand, again thank you for all your help and expertise. Hired Randy Howard for a pre-purchase inspection on a 2011 Forest River Georgetown. This was my first RV purchase, ....so figured I better be safe and get an inspector. Heard about NRVIA. Inspection was terrible. Missed things that should have been found. Randy marked the roof as satisfactory when the was an obvious patch job done that the first time it rain we got water on the camper.The bracket for the rear sway bar was completely missing on the driver side.The hydraulic lines for the leveling jacks were blistered and leaking.I paid for a campground spot to get full hookup during the inspection. Never got hooked up.NRVIA response is that Randy Howard is an independent contractor and he is ONLY a Level 1 inspector. To address this issue, they will require he immediately go through Level 2 certification. Kind of sound like getting a promotion for doing a bad job. Seems to me Randy needs to revisit Level 1 training.So after posting Randy $350 for his terrible inspection, I've paid thousands making repairs.Also, apparently when NRVIA contacted Randy about my complaint, his response was that he felt rushed to get the job done because we were insistent about taking the coach home that night. This was a lie because we had already made plans to stay the night.See pictures in this review.Dont use this guy for a pre-purchase inspection !!!

Randy Howard is the guy to call if you have an RV problem in the Mountain Home area. We had just parked on Bull Shoals Lake when a cable snapped on our Montana HC. Great Escapes Rv referred us to Randy and he promised to get us fixed before our departure and he did. His rates were reasonable and attitude was great. I highly recommend him. Very difficult to find AC/Thermostat communications issue. Randy was persistent an found the issue. Fix was easy, diagnostics took a bulldog. He got the job done. Thank you Randy.
