0/10!! Would not go here if you re looking for a decent price and quick service.My fuel pump needed to be replaced. They had my car for two days; the third day I called to ask for an update they said they couldn t find anything yet. Well a few hours later they suddenly found out the issue. Which was the fuel pump as I told them. I even left them with the scan paperwork I got from O Reillys. It took them almost three days to figure out what was wrong?? Then they say total cost would be 774$. The part was 350$ for a fuel pump ! Unfortunately for these guys my father was a mechanic, Motorcraft fuel pumps aren t 350$ i understand making a few bucks off of parts but come on.And then an additional 400$+ for labor ?!TOTAL RIP OFF. Once I heard their price and talked to family on the phone I called the shop and said I ll take my business else wear! These guys charges me 200$ to drive my car around and then did a pressure test to find out what was wrong. Worth the 200$? Absolutely not! But I wasn t going to give them a penny more.I ended up going to the mobile mechanic here in town. Well he found out what was wrong with my car within 10 minutes !!! Plugged his scanner in and the codes came up(EXACTLY WHAT I GAVE THIS SHOP TO BEGIN WITH) he then tested the high pressure fuel in the front of the engine and discovered it was in fact the low pressure fuel pump! Fixed it within 2 hours( a little less) and all in all 400$.Even with paying these scammers at Mountain Auto, I saved $100!!! Could have saved more but I guess Mountain Auto is hurting for money and needed my 200$!!!If I could rate them a 0 I would !!!!

I took my vehicle in for an issue it was having. Mike the manager was the very most kindest and honest man. They diagnosed my car dead on. He went even further and researched if there was any recalls on the car that I was unaware of. He didn't have to do this, as he could of made a large amount of money off of me, but he didn't. He made a phone call to the nearest KIA dealership, and arranged for us the repair, all covered under a recall warranty. KIA was awesome. But a great big thank you to Mike at MTN HOME motors!!

We came to Bull Shoals on camping trip with our RV. Brakes were making sound that alerted us to have them checked. We were prepared to spend big bucks at the mercy of the technicians. We stopped at their shop not having any idea of their fine reputation or ratings. We set an appointment for today and we're thrilled to learn we didn't need any brake work yet. He explained in great detail some of the reasons we were hearing the sound when we braked. He also was very knowledgeable about towing campers and gave us some great tips to help us up the brake safety of our van and RV. Had our tires rotated and he gave us great tips on what brands to consider when we get first replacement tires. We also had out van aligned at his suggestion. Overall we were blown away by his attention to our needs and generous education . We highly recommended their shop because of this individual who works the front desk. Charges for the work very reasonable. Thanks for taking such great care of us.

These guys are awesome! We had work done on our Honda Element before taking a road trip to Arkansas. During the trip one of the sensors we had replaced failed. These guys were able to get us in last second to help us out and repair our vehicle. They were very professional, helpful, knowledgable and were great people. We are fairly new in town, and a relative referred us to Mike and his team. Needless to say, I was worried getting my ac repaired was going to exorbitantly expensive, but the zeroed in on the problem and it was done for less than $100 - not that all ac repair should cost under $100, but they were up front about the problem, not telling me something needed fixing when it didn't. I really appreciate them!Service: A/C installation & repair

I really enjoy bringing my vehicles here to be serviced. Very reasonably priced, super friendly, and they really work with you! This will always be my place to go for any work/tune ups that my vehicles will need, including oil changes. Super great service! Very pleased every time!

Excellent service, friendly staff, they go out of their way to help however they can. Prices are very reasonable and even though my engine was a mess, they got it finished as soon as I would have expected. They back up their work with no question or hassle. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a mechanic and if the need arises, I will go back again.

I received a call from a customer while they were on the road out of state. They needed a mechanic to replace a sensor that we had installed. The sensor had gone bad and was under warranty through NAPA. I had called several mechanic stores along the route that the customer was traveling. All of these stores were NAPA Auto Care stores. None of them had time to work on the vehicle. The only store that I called who was willing to make time to take care of my customer was Mountain Home Motors Auto and RV Repair. The owner, Mike, said to tell them to come in and if they were too far out and could not make it before closing, that he would stay and wait for them. This shop went above and beyond and worked with me to get my customer taken care of. Mike even called me back with an update the next day to let me know that all was well. My brother had care issues on the way to vacation and I called Leach to help him when he arrived at the lake nearby. Tom B at Leach Automotive treated my family and I with the utmost respect! He had the team do a thorough inspection on the suspension and front end of the vehicle, gave me excellent advice and helped me pay the minimum amount to feel safe about my brother being able to tow the family boat back home. Leach Automotive is an excellent go to, even away from home!

We had been having issues with our Kwikee electric steps. Tried a mobile RV repair service and they made it worse. We were camping near Mountain Home so scheduled a repair visit. The crew at the shop diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and made the repair. So far, so good. They also did a quick fix on our igniter for our stove and cleaned and prepped our house battery box. We were very happy with the service.

The team at Leach Automotive saved our vacation this summer! I spent just a few minutes on the phone with them and they diagnosed our problem as being a faulty starter. They found the part we needed and Jay came to us at the marina we were staying near and installed the new part we needed himself. Jay was extremely polite, professional, and very fair with pricing. Our kids were sad that he had to go home after he was done getting us running again. We cant speak highly enough of Jay and his wonderful team.

Thanks to Mike and the crew for a professional work job. Was there almost a week before they could get the old part for the RV, but it was good to plug-in and have fellowship with good Christians. And the mechanic that stayed late to finish up my repair and to check all the outlets to make sure all the AC outlets work. Thank You.

Mike is a 1st Class LIAR - kept my pickup 3 days (after having made an appointment almost 2 weeks ahead) Lied continually - got charged for diagnostic, but didn't do anything else!!!

My car stopped working in gainesville missouri, so i was calling every place fastest availability in a 50 mile radius. Leach automotive took me in the next day and WOW, first off, TOM BELLOTT was amazing. He usually answers the phone and communicates diagnostics and he is just so friendly, welcoming, and very honest in my opinion. I got my roaders, front brake pads, new bolts for my front left tire, and a sensor in my computer replaced. All of that PLUS the diagnostic was about $670. Ive grown up in bigger cities and that would have at LEAST cost me a grand. Its been a month and my car is still great, tom is a blessing, and im just super grateful to hit the road again, plus with the info they told me about my breaks. Thanks guys :) -Meghan.

Tom was greatHe identified the problems but told me the vehicle was Ok to drive home as long as I did what he suggested. Did not want me stranded in Arkansas after our vacation endedFirst class honest guy and business.

I have had repairs on an old RV with these guys. Always happy to be working on it and the work was exemplary.I had to replace the old coach batteries a while back. We had breakfast, took a walk and it was done. I highly recommend Leach Auto and RV

Way too expensive. I was overcharged by $200. They charged me $100/each for sensors that I could have picked up for $45 at the Napa store down the road. The service I received was $165 higher than a dealership! When I complained the owner said that he "had to make money where I can." Well it won't be off me any more.

Mountain Home RV and Auto did a phenomenal job on various repairs, restoration, replacement and upgrades on our 1994 Winnebago Brave .... Started with generator repair followed by engine idle adjustment which another shop had failed at, and a few other minor mechanical repairs and more moderate Jack repairs ..... Next was some upgrades like running lights and headlights and then cosmetics like headliner replace and Mike the Owner, even removed the curtains had them professionally cleaned and the lenders replaced - they look new and work better than ever ...... When all said and done Mountain Home Motors repaired anything and everything on our RV and back to or better than original specs ...... Mike and Crew are good honest knowledgeable mechanics that can not only work on your RV but your car / truck / suv - very knowledgeable and certified shop and a Napa Dealer too.
