Lakeview saved the day! We rented the 15 seater after our previously booked Van from Enterprise was not available. Lakeview was nothing but helpful and wonderful saving our vacation. The van was clean, and ready to start our vacation! We will always check here for any rental needs first from now on! Thank you for being such an amazing local rental company!

I rent vehicles several times a year for my business travel, these ladies are so great to work with and go out of their way to make sure you are treated great. Never once have I been disappointed with the service or the vehicle I've been given. Never been told well have you something and then not deliver as with the Enterprise rental in town. Thanks so much for the best customer service anywhere!!! Don M

Lakeview Car Rentals are top notch! My 2021 tahoe had to be repaired due to hail damage during a recent storm. We needed a rental for the weekend while my tahoe was in the shop. The Lakeview crew went above and beyond to match our request of the type of vehicle we needed for our trip. They hooked us up with an Acadia. Lakeview has great customer service and the vehicle was in great condition. Highly recommend this business for all your rental needs!!

These folks are extremely friendly and have mass skills, customer service skills..!! Very nice and clean vehicles. Jesica and Emily are super easy to deal with for whatever reason you need a vehicle. I would put them side by side with all the big rental places out there and choose them over all other rental places especially any local rental place. 10 out of 10 and if there were more stars than five I would give them all to them ! Can t say enough

Lakeview car rental is a lifesaver!I had scheduled a rental from enterprise here in town 2 weeks in advance because my car was going to be in the shop for damage repair. I scheduled the repair around when enterprise would have a car available. Enterprise told me to come pick it up at 9:00am. So that was my plan. 2 weeks go by and it s a quarter to 9:00am and I get a call from Robbie the manager saying they don t have any cars for me to rent and have no idea when they will have one. I couldn t believe it! I told him that leaves me stranded at the repair shop then. He showed no empathy at all. 3 hours go by and I call and ask if he had any updates on a car, and he sounded very irritated I asked again!I decided to call Lakeview car rental and was created by an Angel of a lady who was so sweet and helped me out instantly! She said she d have a car ready for me immediately! They even delivered it to me at the repair shop.Lake view car rental is the place to go for a rental!

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with as was the other young lady in the offices. Absolutely fantastic customer service.I would recommend them over any other rental company.Can t say enough good about my experience. Look forward to working with you in the future.

Amazing! Jessica at Lakeview Car Rental was so helpful and friendly. If you're renting a car in Mountain Home DO NOT go to Enterprise. Robby the 'manager' there is RUDE... Choose LVCR...

I rent a vehicle from Lakeview Car Rentals a few times a year. Pricing originally brought me to Lakeview but excellent customer service provided by Jessica and staff keeps me coming back. I've left every rental transaction absolutely satisfied.

I am the President & CEO of FADD, Families Against Distractive Driving. Last week I needed a rental vehicle for an event and I contacted Lakeview Car Rentals about a rental car. The rental process was so easy! I actually spoke to a live person who knew their available inventory! When I picked up the vehicle, it was clean, gassed up and ready to go! Absolutely outstanding business professionals!And that could be an understatement. I have not met this level of customer service, ever. And my circumstance behind needing to rent a vehicle caused plenty of unfavorable circumstances that would have been the perfect opportunity for any of them to not want to be of superb assistance to me but I was met with grace by both Emily and Jessica the whole time.

I was in a bind with a personal vehicle issue recently and needed a rental ASAP. Samantha and the staff at Lakeview Car Rentals went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle as soon as they could. Their customer service is top-notch! I highly recommend them.

I recently hit a deer on my way to work. So I called them to rent a car while mine was in the body shop being repaired. They were very friendly and helpful. They delivered the rental to the body shop and picked it up when my car was finished. Making the rental process very easy and convenient. I highly recommend Lakeview Car Rentals and I would use their services again.

Jessica is amazing. Extremely helpful and understanding...compassionate to situations.. me and Amy had car wreck and she had us on the road within hour of our accident. She saved us since my old lady works in norfork. She is hands down the best . We will always do our business with her. I highly recommend lake view not just for the vehicles but the fact she's an awesome employee

I do not recommend this company. My car was in the shop for over a month. Lakeview got around $10,000 (this is a very low estimate. I could have BOUGHT the car) from the insurance company of the person who wrecked my vehicle. Every time they would renew the car, they would mysteriously charge more and more each time. It would go from 1k a week to 4k a week! They even made me switch cars in the middle of the process (giving me a much less nicer car). Now, they have tried to charge my card without authorization 200.00. that didn't work, so they tried for a lower amount, probably hoping they can get even more money from me (I guess I look like a cash cow). You have made enough money to cover any fees. I'm reporting you to the BBB. Your business is not ran right and I'm definitely going to make sure the BBB knows about your unscrupulous practices. You're not getting another penny from me. You're lucky you don't get sued. Leave me alone, thank you.

Lakeview car rentals made my day!! We stayed in a camper at Copper John s and needed a car to take on a hike in the Ozark National Forrest. Everywhere we looked was booked for the holiday weekend but Lakeview put us on a waiting list and called us when a cat came back early. It was such a nice surprise. The girl we spoke with was friendly and helpful. They even delivered the car right to us at the campground.

Hi, Folks,I just experienced some car trouble. I had the great blessing of working with Jessica, Office Manager, of Lakeview Car Rentals. She has an intuitive grasp of the issues involved with the powerlessness of an uncertain car crisis. No matter how difficult the situation, she always rises to the need of the moment. As you can imagine, this is not our first encounter. Her savy just gets better the more I know her. This little city has a gem in her extreme competence. Her employer should get a large part of the credit also, Lakevew Car Rentals.

I have rented from here twice and both times were great experiences. Neede a car for taking my daughter to Little Rock for surgery. Jessica found the perfect car for my daughter to be comfortable on the ride home. Will use them every time in the future. Thank you Lakeview car rentals and thank you Jessica.

My wife and I havev a gas burner Motorhome. We have the means to pull our car with us when we go places, but because of the sharp curves and having to pull so many hills, we chose to leave our car at home. I searched for car rental places in or near Mt. Home. Since we would be in our 36 ft motorhome, I didn't really want to drive it in downtown traffic. I spoke with Jessica about our needs, and ask could they deliver it to our chosen campsite. Which was 10 miles away. She did a quick check and said they could.It was a simple and easy process. We arrived at our campsite, got our bus set up and there was Jessice with the car. It was a very fine car. We also made arrangements to have it picked up too. If we go back to the Mountain Home area again, we will be calling Lakeview Car Rentals.

Very rude, greedy, cars are dirty, lady in the front has a attitude problem. At least clean the cars before you give them to customers?
