Had a 25% off coupon so picked up a 9500 lb winch. I live 1 hour from my closest store so called to make sure they had one. They had it waiting for me when I arrived and loaded it into my vehicle. They also love my dog

Friendly helpful staff. They don't ways stuff there that I need when I need it but i do get a lot of stuff from here that I'm very pleased with. I got a $15 grinder that I abuse every day and it won't die. It's missing buttons and sometimes I use it like a hammer and it keeps going. The welding machines are getting better and better expecially the inverter models. I can't be happier with the staff. They are very professional and I leave with a smile.

It's only just ok. I have to drive an hour to get to one and almost every single sale item I needed wasn't stocked. This happens almost every single time I go there. The store is clean and well organized but it makes their job easier when there's nothing to put on the shelf. Constantly disappointed.

Well I mean it's Harbor Freight. Everyone who shops here does so for the same reason, it's cheap. Aside from that we frequent the store for specialty tools and such. Would've been 5 stars except the fact that their coupon and discount rates will almost never benefit you in a purchase. Just order it online from somewhere else and wait the extra days to get it at the price you want versus their sales and promos.

Store was suprisingly slow for A Friday evening. It is one of the cleanest most well lit HF I've ever seen. Staff was "over the top helpful and after getting my must have items i was able to shop/browse for a while, all in all it was a great tool buying trip.

My husband is very happy shopping at Harbor Freight because they always seem to have the item he wants. Nice clean store and friendly and efficient staff. Not too interesting to shop here for many women.

Needed a small nail gun, got the gun and some nails for it. Only cost 40 bucks. Saved me a ton of time puttin the trim up in our new kitchen.

Harbor Freight is cannot be beaten when it comes to many of the items they sell. If your needing tools for regular use around the house, then this is the place to buy them.

Their staff members are so helpful. I had a question about the grinding wheels I needed for a grinder I was purchasing. The man helping me was honest that he wasn't sure of the wheels I needed. He helped me open up the product and find the answer to my question.

It was a little bit of a drive for me to get to this specific Harbor Freight but it was worth it. They had the generator I wanted and the store manager was really friendly and helpful. Worth the extra drive!

Always have great deals on all types of tools. Some are of good quality and some are cheap so they have a wide price point for everyone. I used to buy only SnapOn and this is a great relief on my pocketbook.

It is a clean well lit store with a nice lay out. I have bought many affordable high quality tools here. It is in a good location and the staff is always eager to help. Shelves are always well stocked and organized. They always have good coupons. I'm glad Harbor Freight came to Mountain Home!

OMG... The best tool store in the world. Male or female, you WILL find something for everyone you know especially yourself. Whether it's tools for your car or your workshop, there is something for all. The prices, don't get me started. It should be a crime to sell things so cheap, but I think I am happy that affordability is high on their list of quality traits. All tools I have ever gotten from there are high quality. Love this store.

As always they have some pretty good prices, just depends on what you need, and how long you need the tool, products, or other items. I got a 4.5" electric grinder for home projects, and still holding up well, I bought a heavy duty dolly, has held up great considering it was half the price of other stores! Bought the low profile 3 ton floor jack, and love it, especially the price. I have bought things that I changed my mind about later or found better quality on sale, and as long as you have your receipt within 90 days they'll refund the money no problem! So it all depends on what you need, and how your going to use it, I've got a couple of things that didn't hold up, and were basically junk! But for the most part I do enjoy shopping there, and will always be a Customer. Great Prices, Thanks Harbor Freight...R.L.BAGGETT

Harbor Freight Tools is always an experience and a great place to get a tool that you can't find anywhere else the only problem with them absolutely everything they sell is made in China even the pencils

Some pretty good deals. The battery operated power tools were expensive after adding a charger and battery, and they offered no combo sets for a better deal. Off brand drill, $50. Decent battery, $60. Charger, $30. It wasn't adding up for the power tools. Others were decent priced though.

They are super friendly and have knowledgeable staff. The great deals are icing on the cake!! Matthew helped us tonight with a break bar and Randy that checked us out shared great sales info with us. Feels like visiting neighbors.
