Outstanding service all around. I called for an alignment on short notice, they got me on their schedule for an alignment same day. When I arrived the staff was very polite and professional. I was greeted with a handshake and an offer of fresh coffee by the owner, who was one of the most enthusiastic business owners I have had the pleasure to meet. It felt as if the entire team at Elite enjoy their work and the jobs they complete. I will be doing all of my business with them from now on.

These guys pulled a miracle on a truck that ment alot to me . I took it to 5 other shops with no hope in site and the shops loosing or robbing parts off it. In just a few weeks they had it started and going threw what to do to get it to drive again . After sitting near 2 years over something small i get to enjoy driving it with the memories again all thanks to these guys !!

Had an issue with my Jeep and took it to the jeep dealership where the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. Decided to stop by Elite and everyone here is extremely kind and Chiaki helped me get through the insurance process!! Excellent communication when parts were delayed due to strikes. Highly recommend!

I made a call .They gave me a quote with in 2hrs. Appointment for a few days later. Arrived friendly atmosphere. Business like immediately a gentleman came out and ask questions before even doing anything to my car. They did fluid change for me then test drove it to make sure all was right. I appreciate the one on one time felt like my vehicle was in good hands. A few minutes later back in car and on my way. Thank you for a superior job.

Elite Automotive Repair is the best shop in town. My 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander had a damage in the front bumper. I went to Elite. In a few days i already got my estimate. They called Toyota for the parts coz its 2024 model no aftermarket parts yet. It only took 1 month from the day they ordered the parts til they fixed my car. Shout out to Jackie. Very nice person. I Went to Dent boyz first they said they will send me an email for the estimate until now i didnt receive any email. I called them they didnt call me back. Not good.

My experience with this business was extremely unsatisfactory! I brought it to them to replace the transmission, and from the minute I arrived at their completely packed parking lot with cars everywhere (lot damage waiting to happen) then stood in their service area waiting for the car to be written up being inundated by gas fumes that were emanating from the shop, at no point did they think to open a door to let it air out, I almost ended up stepping outside as the thick fumes in the building were making me nauseous. The attitude displayed by the two women who helped me was less than friendly from the moment I walked in and was not appreciated, and did not go unnoticed. Keep in mind I was there having my transmission replaced and spending a considerable amount of money with these people and felt treated like I was a nuisance, very poor customer service. I instructed them to advise me on the additional labor costs to replace other components while they had everything apart and let me know what those would be if any, they of course did not do that and put it all back together before calling me back to tell me what the labor would be to do it all from scratch again, a complete rip off!Even though I was not happy about this I told them to go ahead and do the additional work anyhow just to be done with it, this was at 9:00 am they told me they could have it done by end of day for me to pick up, call me back at 3:00 pm to tell me they now can't finish it and I can leave over the weekend as it was Friday, or bring back on Monday to finish, I told them to forget it, I will come and get it, terrible customer service! I come to pick up, get more attitude from these women, then find out because I want to use a card to pay there will be an additional fee nobody bothered to mention before that added another 40.00 dollars to the bill, absolutely ridiculous! I got my keys, left and needless to say never returned, in the process they lost the 500.00 dollars plus in additional labor they would have made and one of their competitors made it instead. As someone with over 25 years in the auto repair industry I know the difference between a good experience having my car repaired and a bad one, this was awful!All the service department did here is lose this business money, they appearantly feel they have all the business they need and can provide this kind of sub standard experience to customers and not suffer consequences. After reading the other good reviews, I thought this would be a good place to take my car, but I had a very negative, low quality experience here, I would not use this business again and would not recommend it, take it to someone who actually values you as a customer.Service: Transmission

Brought my Mazda in to have the control arm replaced. Two hours into the job the mechanic found both of the tie rods were bad. I am so thankful they took the time to make sure everything was up to par. Elite was the second mechanic I took my car to and should have been my first! Not only does my car drive smoothly, but the cost was reasonable! Thank you Elite!

Easily made a next day appointment for oil change and general inspection.Large and comfortable waiting area.Was able to hear the way that staff communicated with other customers. I've found my new auto repair company in my new home town.Full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, reasonably priced.Will definitely be returning for recommended brake service and husband will be bringing his SUV to Elite.

Extremely slow (months for basic work) Laughably shoddy work (three different cars needed to be towed back to the shop after the short drive home destroyed their "work") Very over-priced (not even taking into account their rookie-level work)Ask around town and you'll quickly learn that they burned their bridge with the locals years ago.

The bosses were very nice and understanding but the workers were very VERY rude. I would definitely not come back to this establishment.

Very informative service rep. After having my truck looked over, he explained what needs repaired, why, and at what estimated cost before starting any work. No surprises; I like that.The front desk clerk is the only reason I didn't give five stars. I get it, she's busy. But with what car repairs cost, is it asking too much that she at least acknowledge our patiently waiting at the front counter? Is it?!!! She went about stapling papers etc while standing up facing us, and never said so much as "Hi!"The front counter is the first person potential customers interact with. And as my dad always said, you never get a 2nd chance to make a first impression. Had I not needed repairs so desperately, we'd have left, and when she'd finally call wondering why we've not shown for our appointment, I'd have given her an earful.Work completed with excellence, and on-time as promised? CHECK!Friendly and knowledgeable "service staff"? CHECK!Warm, welcoming greeting by front desk? FAIL!Everyone deserves a second chance. I hope my next review here will be a better one. In her defense, 2 days later the front clerk had an emergency and had to leave. I'm aware that this may have had her mind preoccupied a couple days earlier. But as an adult, if we know we can't do our job to the best of our abilities, then we should take time off until we can.When I'm the one telling other customers that the service rep will be right back while she ignores them as she did us, then somebody obviously isn't doing their job!

This place is amazing we where on a trip up here from Mississippi and had an emergency rock ate into my duallies rotor. They worked us in got it done where honest when part price changed super friendly. It was truly a blessing to find them recommend them to everyone in that area.

I stopped by this shop while on an out of town trip to have my car looked at for an issue. The owner, Lee was very attentive and professional. He promptly worked my car into the schedule and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Everyone at this establishment was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this repair shop.

1st Class Service!!! Wife's car was making a scraping noise turning left, called & made an appointment. I was not able to drop it off so they picked it up for free!! Within a few hours I was called & told what the issue was & price... They had it fixed the next day & dropped it off to me! Talk about "Service" But that's not all... Their Highly Skilled & Trained Technician's made sure only what needed to be replaced/repaired was & the items still serviceable was in great working order saving me time without a vehicle & $$ !! They gave us back a fully safe repair & peace of mind. Not to forget their warranty on the replaced items & work done...I was very impressed with their integrity & up front honesty about everything! This was my 1st time using Elite Automotive Repair & it will not be my last. I know I can count on the job either big or small being done right with their entire staff backing up their work.Thank You Lee & Staff for such great service & quality work!Their professionalism, quality of work, pricing, service(s), integrity, honesty with that home town feel is just a breath of fresh air in these trying times. Automotive repairs shouldn't add to the stress, with Elite Automotive it won't!5 Plus in my book...

We traveled out of town over a holiday weekend, and the A/C stopped working. This shop is clean, comfortable, and has honest, hard working employees.They found the problem, got the replacement part, and got everything up and running again.I definitely appreciate the extra effort, as they kept the shop open longer to make sure we were taken care of.Excellent customer service, and refreshing transparency.

Couldn t be happier with the bodywork done on my car. They were able to get me in faster than anyone in town and finished a day early. Was impressed by how professional they run their business and will be the only place I take my car to for any future repairs. Really love their custom service and pricing. They won't fix anything without you knowing exactly what their doing and giving you a fair price ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect. They even but a disposable matt in the floorboard to keep it clean. Very professional. My original appointment was rescheduled due to the snow storm we had. Elite Automotive came to my work site picked up my car which worked out great for me. They kept me updated on the progress and did a great job, reasonable prices and I highly recommend them. I have a BMW 320i and Elite has the knowledge and expertise to work on these vehicles.

Stopped in to get appointment to look at brakes and they took my truck in on the spot. After performing a check they were honest and stated that the brakes were still good. The service pro located a bulb out on the cablight and promptly repaired issue. Highly recommend this shop for cost, honesty, and professionalism.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They got me in right away, i ended up needing a bunch of work on my front end. It cost me a couple grand which seemed expensive but after seeing all they did and reviewing what that normally cost i realized they actually gave me a great deal. I LOVE this place. I've never had a bad experience. Quick, efficient work, they've always squeezed me in within a couple of days and their prices can't be beat. Very nice family. They even stayed until 8pm one night to finish my car before I had to drive it out of town just for my peace of mind. Highly recommend!! They also do tires, oil changes, etc. I'll never use anyone else.

I cannot say enough good about our experience here today. We didn t have an appointment, but they got us in anyway. They were open well past their posted hours to fish the job and take care of others.They called to tell us we needed a new part and then, after approving, they found what they were looking for and no longer needed to replace it - SO THEY DIDN T.I ve dealt with some shady mechanics and this is NOT one of them. We will be taking all our business here from now on.Service: Wheel alignment

I didn't have any work done I had my vehicle towed there for a diagnostic the price on that was fair. Unfortunately my transmission went out and I can't pay the 3,200 it would cost to fix it there. Everything is so expensive especially transmission service always has been but now it's unimaginably so. I'm sol

I had my spark plugs and filter changed. They did a fantastic job and kept to the quoted price. He didnt try to sell me more than i needed. I felt very comfortable and my car is running very smoothly. I will be going back to have my oil changed there from now on. Really great place

Highly recommend this place!! My wife and boys were in Mountain Home from California due to my mother-in-law being terminally ill. The check engine light came on on our last day in town. I took it in to Elite Automotive and the owner Lee and Tim got me squared away in less than an hour. The incorrect speed gear ratio code was due to low transmission fluid and they topped me off free of charge. Seriously, I can't stress to you enough how much of a lifesaver they are. They allowed us to get back on the road and back to my permanent duty station on time. I am active duty Navy and the owner is a retired Air Force vet. I can vouch for him and can tell you with 100% certainty that this place is the real deal. Solid, honest, and hardworking people! Five stars!!

Elite Automotive business is a top notch automotive service business. Went there with a front wheel bearing going out and was shown some other concerns that would need attention in the future. As all the cards were put on the table I decided to get everything done at this time. So my 4 x 4 is good for another200,000 miles. No pressure at all and completely happy with their service as well as warranty. Glad I dropped by and highly recommended them to anyone who is needing repairs on their vehicles. They go well above on customer service! Nice place that treats you like family!!!

Elite automotive is fantastic. I actually live in Atlanta and I save all my car issues (that can wait) for elite when I come to visit my family in mountain home. They are extremely professional, fast and financially fair. Their prices are fantastic. But the most important is the quality of work, I m very particular about my vehicle as it has extremely high miles. I do not let anyone else touch it. They have done around 4 jobs for me (roughly) and I have yet to have a single complaint.HIGHLY RECOMMENDServices: Steering & suspension repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Recently my girlfriend and I took her car in because the vehicle was jumping and making a grinding noise when it was being driven. They hooked it up to the diagnostics machine and came back and said it was the brakes and rotors. We paid to have this fixed, and this did not fix the problem. My girlfriend took it back and let the service manager take a look for them to say we needed to replace the other brakes and rotors as well as the spark plugs all of which would cost an additional $1,400. We ended up taking it to another shop when we felt like they were not willing to help resolve their mistake. Good thing we did because they failed to tell us two fuel injectors were bad and there was a gas leak. Which is a fire hazard!!!
