Not all heroes wear capes. I was down in AR to care for my dad who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and got caught in a hail storm... on a Sunday... with out of state insurance... and a specialized front windshield... and an appointment my dad HAD to be at in two days... AND I had hotel checkout in three days that i absolutely could not extend. I was stressed, panicking and a state away from home with my dad depending on me. They were SO kind and helpful!! They went out of their way to work with my insurance quickly enough that I got a loaner for the appointment, my car was towed the next morning, and was fixed because it got in fast enough! I will NEVER forget how amazing they are!! They have earned my eternal respect, gratitude, and my business any time I'm down there again. I can NOT recommend this company highly enough!! If I could give them a million star rating, I would!! THANK YOU DISCOUNT TOWING & RECOVERY!!!!

I had A driver name Austin and he helped me out a lot with my issue I was having with my truck. He found me a mechanic that can get me in and out today and he was just so friendly and was really nice to me and I wish everyone would use this company.

My vehicle was towed here after a lady pulled out in front of me. The owner is very unprofessional to say the least.Since I worked normal office hours and lived three hours away, I asked if I could meet on the weekend just to get my stuff out and complete paperwork. He agreed then didn t call back. I waited and spoke with the tower who said the owner should get back with me but never did.I m not sure why he d tell me I could meet him then have me waiting for hours.

Called on a Sunday afternoon after having some car trouble. Nathan was there within 20 minutes to tow the car. Obvious it wasn't his first time around. Took care and made sure the car was loaded and unloaded with no issues. Would definitely recommend and use again. The price was a lot less than I would've expected for an after hours/weekend call.Service: Special vehicle towing

5/5 service. I should have known better to go out into some land in a RWD truck... Anyhow, got stuck really far out down a hill. I called these guys up and they were patient with me in trying to figure out where I was, etc. as I wasn't just in a easy place to be found. Anyhow, great service was provided. They were able to recover my truck and I was able to get home, very affordable for an emergency after hour call.Service: Special vehicle towing

They towed our very low riding ZL1Camaro. We were worried about loading it without dragging. They did a great job! The driver was very careful with our baby! They also brought us a rental car on the tow truck when they came to tow our car to the repair shop.I talked to Jamie (the owner) and also Tiffany in the office. They were both nice and helpful. We ended up keeping the rental car about a month and a half. They were great to deal with and would use again if needed.Great job everyone!!Service: Car towing

These guys are awesome, as I work in a dealership for Cadillac in Tulsa, OK. Had a customer who had an issue with their new vehicle battery related issues, and these guys had great communication and prompt service and went more than out of their way to help get them taken care of. If you need a roadside service these are the guys to call in this area!Service: Battery

Took a right turn too sharp out of a parking lot and landed with the right wheel in a 2' culvert. Donald came and with his rig and lifted me up and out like he was threading a needle... that skill only comes with experience! I was back on the road in less than 30 FAST minutes from the time I called. 5 Plus stars. Definitely recommend.

Had an outstanding experience with this company. They immediately came out to my location on a Sunday, gave me a tow, and gave me a great deal. The driver, Donald, was a great guy--very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely call on them again if the need arises!

Jamie Mann at this company was extremely rude and aggressive to me for just trying to ask questions about why my sister could not pay for her car today. He was answering my husband's questions just fine until I asked him to clarify something and he started screaming at me that I was "arguing" with him and even took a step toward me.Service: Car towing

These are my peoples, my dudes, my bros. I get towed at least once every 6 months since I drive junk cars then I buy hella parts from them also since I'm always having to fix my junk cars lol. Really tho these are good folks that work here.

Jamie literally screamed in my wife's face over a discussion about tow prices. We were having an upsetting discussion about prices after my sister in laws car caught on fire with her sister and baby in the car. My wife said two sentences about the situation and he stepped towards her raising his voice and yelling. Not professional at all I had to break it up and tell him to go inside and we would leave. So unprofessional. Why would he scream at my wife and not me, I wonder why?Service: Local hauling

The owner of this business is a bully. He got in my face and screamed at me. I only gave my son a ride to pick up his car from this business. I was sitting in my truck outside the business when my son came out after 20 minutes. The owner would not release his car even after my son paid him in cash and had the correct paper work . I went into the business to ask the owner how this could be corrected. He got in my face and was screaming. I am 70 years old and the BOSS in this business is Jamie Mann is around 50.Do not do business with this company.The owner said he had videos of what happened. He needs to review his own video and learn how not to treat a customer.

My husband and I stopped for coffee came back our truck and it wouldn't start notice that the alternator went up Kevin with Discount recovery went to the auto parts store waited an hour for the part and then brought it to us stayed until we got the the alternator installed in the truck and gave us a jump made sure we were OK We can't say enough great things about this business and Kevin they went above and beyond what they needed to do thanks guys you guys Are great!The Householder'sService: Battery service
