This morning when I started my vehicle my low pressure tire light came on so I drove to Discount Tire. Cody immediately put enough air in it plus a few extra pounds just to get me to work & scheduled me to come back at lunch at MY request.On my lunch hour Logan got my information put into the computer, checked my tires, plus more....then expedited my vehicle to the garage where Hunter who was so fast, efficient & professional took the piece of metal out of my tire, got it plugged, patched, balanced & back on so fast & I was totally impressed with everyone from start to finish. Not only is their business top notch clean but the entire staff was SO knowledgeable... I highly recommend to anyone to go in & check out their business!thank you soooo much D.T.

My 2023 4Runner came with 20" wheels and low profile tires and the vehicle rode like a tank. I bought some 17" wheels and went looking for tires. Discount Tires had exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Gunner was very helpful. The wheels and tires were put on my 4Runner very quickly. My 4Runner rides a lot smoother now.

Update: after the damage to my truck , management at discount tire went above and beyond to get my truck fixed. I appreciate the fast response! They have been very easy to work with. The gentleman who yried to give me the run around no longer works there!

Best customer service experience! Got new tires put on and had an issue few weeks later. When I went in to discuss concerns, staff including manager were all very friendly, understanding, and beyond willing to fix the issues. They went above and beyond to make things right, and earned my continued business. Really great customer service!!!

I was having low tire pressure, and after speaking with Gunner, he told me to come in and they would check it out for me. He and the staff were very professional and nice. They got my tire fixed super quick. I ll definitely be back!

Easily would and will be going back to these fine gentlemen at DT. Needed to replace all four a while back, they did it no problem and absolutely destroyed any other price offered. Now that I had a flat, they got me in and out in under 45 min WITHOUT an appointment. They will forever have my business.

I had picked up a screw in my tire. I called in and talked to Gunner. He told me to come in and it would be no problem. He was so professional when I arrived. Even though they were busy, they worked us in and got us in and out so quick. I suggest you give Discount Tire a try. Great!

The guys that work at this place are totally amazing. I had a major problem with a tire that had a locked lug nut with no special wrench to remove it. They forcefully removed the lug nut and totally checked my tire out which involved a lot of time and labor and they didn t charge me a penny. I have never in my life had any kind of work done anywhere that didn t charge me. You guys are amazing

Last year I bought a set of 4 tires for a car with a 45k miliage warranty. When I had the tires checked I only had 14K miles on those set of tires and they said I needed to replace all 4. Since there was a warranty I was only allowed 400.00 credit. When I paid right at 1K for the for 1st set. Seems that the Warranty is not want it apprears to be. No complaints of service or how I was treated. Would have like more consideration. Thanks

The service was excellent and they did everything they could to make sure I could afford my tires on a limited budget. I will definitely continue to go to Discount Tires in the future and will recommend them to everyone who needs quality tires and customer service.

I must say Discount Tire is a great new addition to Mountain Home. The efficiency and communication of the team were on spot! I could have been overstimulated waiting for at least 2 hours in Walmart with my kids for a tire rotation and flat repair, but I was in and out with the kiddos in no time. Gunner, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt valued and cared for. Will be going back! Highly recommend!

The employees that I dealt with were very professional except the store manager Gunner. He was okay in the beginning but really his attitude turned me off. I ordered a set of rims that were on back order and I knew it was going to take a little time for them to get in. I would call to check the status and Cody and another gentleman would call to check on then call me back later. When Gunner answered the phone he wouldn t check on anything and treated me like I was an inconvenience to bother him. Well a few times of that and I decided to go elsewhere where I was valued. So Discount Tire lost my business to the tune of several thousand s of dollars. I gave my business to a different company and when I would call to check on my order I wasn t treated like I was an inconvenience. I must say I really love my new rims and tires, they are amazing.

Hands down best management! If you ever need anything the staff there is always so helpful and will do anything to get you back on the road. If they can't, the store manager Gunner was right there to help and treated me so well. He made sure I got just what I needed and was so kind and friendly. Definitely will be recommending to everyone!

Tried to order 4wheeler tires,money in hand and they did not have time to deal with me. There was only 2 customer's in the whole store. The worker said oh no we have to order them. That would have been fine but instead the worker walked off and did not say anything else. Will never go there for anything in the future, extremely poor customer service very rude.

The manager at this location has helped me before. The man really needs to grow hair on his shiny head but he knows what he is talking about when it comes to tires. I would recommend discount tire to all my friends and family.

I was traveling through town about a month ago and noticed on my tire gauge reader on my electronics that one of my tires air pressure was consistently lower than the others. I pulled into the Discount Tire Store in Mountain Home and the store Manager Gunner told me to pull in the bay. He checked the tire himself and immediately noticed a nail. He had Jima one of his tire techs fix it and I never had to get out of my truck. I bought these tires from a different discount tire store and any less of a tire I would have had a blow out and who knows what could have happened. Great store, great service, great management , great tires (BFG) and go Jima for being a female tire tech!

You absolutely will not be able to beat this shop! They are very high tech! Very fast and efficient! They are extremely knowledgeable on what they are doing, I will not go to another shop! Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop!

Stopped in without a appointment for a tire issue. Staff was friendly and was able to repair immediately. I highly recommend checking them out.

So went in to get 4 new tires. I guess the people working are not very well trained. They didn t know how to use a key to remove lock nuts. So ended up partially stripping the hub bolts on three of the tires. Broke one completely free of the hub on the 4th, so they couldn t change that tire. Wouldn t do a refund since I paid in cash. So I went to the mechanic they recommended, to get the hub bolt fixed. They were the ones who found out about the other bolts being striped, and told me that this was 100% the fault of Discount Tire. Cost a $155 to get that all fixed. Went back to Discount Tire for my last tire. When I spoke with the manger he said he talked to the mechanics and walked off, no apology, no offer to partially pay for the damage the shop caused, no nothing. This is disappointing, when I lived in Texas I used Discount Tire all the time for my vehicles. This will be the last time at this location though.

I m from Texas and my local shop told me it was going to be $1100 for a set of tires. A friend gave me Gunners number and he hooked me up and really helped me out. Very grateful for his service especially with rainy season around the corner.
