Stopped in to check prices on some repairs I need. I'm not very familiar with the work needed done, but Becky was so helpful in making sure I understood the work they would do and what would need done now and what could wait a couple months. She really made it a comfortable experience and removed my anxiety from the experience that I was dreading. Becky, thank you so much for turning my day around!

Clay Stewart did a great job of finding the truck I wanted at another dealership in Texas and never gave up on working on my behalf to make sure I got what I wanted. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend these folks if you are in the market!

I came to Clay Maxey to see if they could find me a more reliable vehicle because my other one had lots of issues. Anyways after several days with working with this one salesman the first vehicle I was in the middle of getting got sold out from underneath me. Then this same salesman was trying to scrounge something up and came up with a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander sport. Not only did he tell me it was serviced and nothing was wrong with it he also put a warranty with it. The warranty is a complete joke and the fuel sending unit was messed up from day one and to top things off the car was never serviced. Also they sold me a car with a warranty with out telling me there was after market parts on it so the warranty won't cover anything besides the fuel sending unit. Now as my car sits up at Mitsubishi in Springfield I'm yet stuck with out another car. Will never buy from them again.

We stopped at Clay Maxey end of November 2023. an awesome salesman named Clay Stewart assisted us. We were looking for a small sedan and ended up buying a Chevy Equinox. It wasn't on our radar of vehicles we were interested in, but he mentioned it without being pushy or aggressive and listened to us and what our budget was. It was myself And my 84 year old mom and we were treated with respect and not talked down to like many women say happens to them at car dealerships. We had negative experiences at 2 other dealerships. All floor staff greeted us and the finance lady and salesman were very patient with all of our questions. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and comfortable dealing with Clay Maxey for our future needs.

A few months ago, I received the best customer service from Becky at the service department at Clay Maxey. She not only was very informative , she was kind to me as well. We were in for another oil change and a lifter issue. We did get right in for it and I appreciated her help. Unfortunately the problem is not fixed and when I called to let her know, she was kind and reassuring that this will get fixed . She gets an A plus!!!

Recently moved to the area and my timing chain went out on my Equinox. Went to a different shop and was told they couldn t fix it. Decided to get a second opinion from the dealership. Not only did they fix it but Becky (awesome customer service) informed me that 1/2 of my repair was covered by warranty! Highly recommend & thanks Becky!

Very expensive, service rep is very abrupt and doesn't seem to care too much about customer service. Parts dept. is very friendly and helpful. I had no interaction with the sales team but will probably never do business there because of the service dept.

My experiences at Clay Maxey have been professional, efficient and friendly. I worked with Buzz on purchasing my Trailblazer, it went very smooth and he was patient with me showing all the features on the car. I had my first oil change there last week and super nice people in service shop, and they took me to my office while oil change was getting done. I have already told everyone where I bought my vehicle, and get comments everyday on the color of it. Thanks Kriss Yunker

We bought a truck from there back in 2022 everyone was great, went back considering to buy a new truck and it was a disaster. The guy assisting us was being very pushy, and he went as far as letting me know I didn t need that big of a truck knowing well we use it for work purposes. Not just that but I kept asking him for my keys multiple times bc I didn t like the way he was trying to make the deal and he wouldn t give me my key until I finally let him know I wasn t interested in making a deal with him after making the comment he did. As a costumer I should be able to buy whatever I want to buy without anyone telling me what I need and don t need.

Oil change and tire rotation. Very disappointed when the charge had increased $52.00 for the same service last year. I was told it was because of increase of oil price.

No pushy salesman, in fact I have known Cy Claypool since he was little. I got very ill for over a year and he waited patiently, calling to check on me. So I wanted to be sure he was my salesman. Very happy with my trailblazer!!!

For the last few years, we questioned the service level we were being given (especially after Janie retired). But after today, our attitude toward the service department has changed! They really stepped up and showed first class service! We are so impressed with their empathy and appreciate all they did to help us out of a difficult situation!! The folks manning the front desk today were awesome!! Thank you so very much! Keep up the great work!! P.S. The woman that drives the courtesy van is absolutely wonderful!!

In my 50 years of bringing cars in for service I pull up to until it's my turn and then the service writer comes over with a clipboard and asks what's desired/needed.At your place service department folk walk past often but nothing happens until I go in and look like I need someone to please help me. I think this makes for a negative aura to start the process.Otherwise it was my best trip to a dealership in over 10 years in all aspects. Your folks were all pleasant, polite and friendly!!!

Best car purchasing experience I've had in my 70 years. The salesman, Mark Cole, took the time to answer all of my many questions with many of those questions being answered with documentation (which I really like). I'm sure the rest of the sales team are also great, but I'm sure glad I had Mark. The part I always hate the most is the final paperwork shuffle and signing, but this process was flawless with Judy Kemp at the helm of the paperwork jungle. If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, give Clay Maxey a look see.

I can't thank George and the crew here enough. My wife and Stepdaughter were driving through from Missouri when they got an alert for low tire pressure. They happened to drive by and stopped in. George had looked, found a nail in the tire, patched it up and had them back on their way in less than 45 minutes. Awesome service!

Very dissatisfied with the service I received or should say didn't receive. Took initially there because they are an ASC warranty service center. Took my vehicle in for an overheating problem and they diagnosed it as a leaking thermostat. $160.00 diagnostic bill so say it was a leaking thermostat and they didn't even check to see why it was leaking. Offered to change the thermostat with labor at a cost of over $700.00. Needless to say, took it to another service center in Mountain Home that also works ASC warranty, they found the thermostat had been tightened so much that the housing was cracked and that is the reason for the leak. They replaced the thermostat correctly and had it covered under the warranty when Clay Maxey simply said it's not covered and I owed $160.00 Will not ever buy or have another vehicle taken there again.

On 2 different occasions we've brought my wifes truck to this dealership to get fixed.Everybody is so professional and extremely knowledgeable they do exactly what they say are going To Do at a fair price. I would highly recommend this shop over any others in the area by far.After the ultimate auto group seriously messed up my truck I will be bringing it here this week to get it fixed the correct way.
