Had the transmission go out on my work tuck Sunday. Dropped it off Monday and the crew at cherry rebuilt it and had it done Thursday So I could get back to work. Customer service was awesome. I highly recommend

These people have no clue about customer service! I scheduled an appointment here, had to wait a month to get in, call the day of to confirm, owner acts clueless tells me I have to make an appointment, told him I did a month ago, he has an attitude, tells me to bring it in, I show up with the intention of leaving the car to have them rebuild the transmission as I had discussed with them to the tune of $3,000 I talk to owner who proceeds to tell me he would have to see if he could get parts and a number of other garbage excuses telling me he would call me back shortly, giving me the impression he did not want to do the job but not having the decency to say so. Needless to say I never heard back from this inept business owner and would not have let them do the work if I had after the way I was treated, just a complete waste of my time! I took the car to a competitor and they made the money!Do not waste your time with this place, take your car to someone who actually cares about you as a customer, these people do not!Service: Transmission

They have rebuilt 2 transmissions for me. One in a Silverado, the other in a Ford. Both transmissions performed flawlessly and I swear shifted better than they ever had. I highly recommend these guys.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I brought in my 2010 Toyota Camry and was very pleased with the service. After my initial transmission rebuild, I had some residual issues. They immediately addressed my issues, and I was back on the road. NO extra charges, NO BS. They won my trust and I will always go to Cherry's for any future transmission issues. I was 600 miles from home. The rod for my 4 wheel drive shift arm fell off while we were driving. They looked at my 2005 Dodge Ram as soon as I took it in. Ordered the part and had it installed by the next afternoon. We were fishing again the next morning. They were polite and honest every time I talked to them. Plus the charges were very reasonable.

My transmission started going out on me two days before Thanksgiving. I pulled in and asked if they would look at it and had time to fix it. Joe pulled it in and put it on the rack immediately. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and said he could fix it quick! They pulled my exhaust, driveshaft, transmission, EVERYTHING!! Put a new torque converter in and reinstalled everything in 57 minutes guys!! That's simply incredible! I would have thought impossible! These guys saved Thanksgiving for a complete stranger. Cherry's is the only way to go on transmission work!!! TOP NOTCH!!!

Excellent shop, did a custom rebuild on my transmission and have been loving it ever since. 100% recommend them and any bad review on this shop is probably not due to the shop, but the customer.

My truck was torn up and ruined by this business..then after the AG sued them for my case they never even paid the full amount. I will never return

Very poor they said my tranmission needed rebuilt so i had them do it charged me more than what they had said.. paid $2300.00 dallars. With 1 year warranty.. three mounths later had problem..they would not look at it or anything told me to take it somewhere else...

The worst transmission shop in the area they never fixed my transmission after dealing with them for three months I gave up he keep telling me that its out of warranty and that he could not fix it any more. If I will tell you guys that if I was you if any problems with your transmission take it out of town to someone that knows what they are doing.

they rebuilt my transmission, went out 1,500 miles later while 900 miles from home. I pulled it out myself away from home, found and put in a used one to get home, took it back to them and they did NOTHING....The owner sucks and has a big-time anger issue. Slammed the transmission into the back of my truck; should have called the law on him. P.O.S.would have given them zero stars if i could.
