Less than an hour after submitting my roadside assistance request with my insurance Flint from Carter and Sons had made it from mt home to flippin, checked and corrected the pressure in my spare and had them changed and me on my way home. Seriously maybe 45 minutes from the request to being done. Very professional I would and highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. I have seen the inside of many mechanic shops and I have to admit, this is one well maintained facility with a friendly staff. The mechanics all the way to the front desk are nothing but professional. In a world where customer service is considered a dying breed, this crew goes above an beyond for towing and mechanic services. I highly recommend these people for your vehicle needs. Wish I had gotten our tow truck drivers name. Broke down today in the cold with my little girl, the tow truck arrived quickly and got us out of the cold the driver was very professional and hard working. Would definitely recommend this business

They destroyed my car!I had a wheel come off so they towed it back to their inpound, when I got there the next day, they had destroyed it(as of the crushed it witha dozer)Then tried to charge me $400 for 12 hours.Do NOT use them.

They did a great job of towing my car and then fixing it, which was nothing more than being out of gas. But it's a testament to their honesty. They could have made up a bogus problem but they were honest. Many thanks to you Carter and Sons. We need more companies like you!

I want to recant my last review I gave this company, our issues were resolved. Jason the manager was quite reasonable, and understanding after we talked and we were able to come to an agreement. I would use their services again.

The people are just great and friendly. I just had a oil change and they checked my brakes and checked my SUV was winter ready. Thank you so much to the people who cares. They are FAMILY.

Very nice people and helpful as well. I was there about a friend of mines car that got towed and had a low tore and they pumped it up for me.

Very fast and professional crew. Took care of my car quick, worked with me on maintenance options that it needed. Only real downside is it was a week before they could actually get my car in, but I'm not docking points for that; good garages have people wanting good, reputable service. Will definitely go here again for services.

I had to have my car towed from my residence to a mechanic. I was able to set a pick-up time, which was very helpful. The driver was courteous and professional while taking the time to do the job right. The price for the tow was very reasonable. I've been a customer of Carter & Sons for years. Their service is excellent. They have gone above and beyond for me several times over the years when I was in need of prompt service. They are great at what they do, and kind and caring. I highly recommend them!

Courteous and friendly staff. Went there for just a oil change and it was performed fine. Tech reset my service reminder and was quick and clean. $5 increase in price from last oil change but other than that I'm completely satisfied.Back again for my 3rd oil change. Service was done in a short amount of time. As always Carter & Sons did a great job. See you again in 5k

The only positive I have is that they were able to get my work done 2 weeks faster than originally thought. The parts prices were outrageous, and they very well could have caused massive damage to my vehicle, because they didn t plug a fan back in and our vehicle overheated. I know a lot of people have had good experiences, but we sure didn t.

I was visiting from another state over a holiday weekend, and while I was there my car s hand brake got stuck in the engaged position and I couldn t drive it anywhere else because it might damage the brake system. The business was closed but Kegan happened to pull up in the tow truck while I was there. I told him what the problem was and he started working with it but no luck. I was going to have to leave it there for them to look at when they were open again in 3 days. I would not have a car and no rental place was open. He told me he would keep researching what to do before giving up on it and leaving it till they opened. I had a friend pick me up and while we were running an errand, he called and it was fixed!!! The thing is it was his day off except for emergency towing calls, and it was hot, and he was having to kneel on the gravel drive and he could have just said they re closed until Tuesday. But he didn t. He worked for at least an hour in the parking lot on my car and fixed it. And he did not want me to give him any money for his efforts.This is above and beyond, in a huge way. I m very grateful.

I had a flat tire today and needed help- Carter and Sons was sent by my Toyota Care plan. The gentleman that helped me was fast to show up, pleasant and kind. I really appreciated it! We just started using them for our routine maintenance on both our vehicles after our previous mechanic of 9yrs moved and recommended them. I have to say they are awesome!!! Everyone was friendly and honest, especially Jason and Bob(Sorry, I didn't get the other names), service was great and completed in a timely manner at a great price.

Another GREAT experience with Carter & Sons Service Center....made contact with them through AAA. They were here to fix my flat tire in a timely fashion with a very nice Technician. We navigated through a couple of problems(none his) and I am a happy customer as I was fighting a customer deadline and the technician MADE IT HAPPEN.
