So far so good! Super easy process, wasn't much I didn't look at. But went with the Buick Trudy recommended. Super glad I did. We love her! I'm 50 something and this is the first car I've ever purchased from a lot. Thanks for making it painless and smooth. Truly happy lady right now.

Have bought several vehicles from this lot in the past. Each vehicle we bought ended up being a lemon with several issues. Issues that the lit fixed and then added to our note. Basically, car-mart in mtn home is good about getting you into a nice looking lemon. Don't trust this lot

The most mismanaged location I ve ever dealt with. Have a question? Ask the assistant manager, only catch is she never there, or she s busy. You re told she ll get back with you, but none of them reach back out. Finally have to be rude and demand to speak with her, and after months they are finally starting your referral process.Pay your car off and get told that they will start getting the title together? Never mind, we didn t mean to tell you that and you need to contact your old location to start the process yourself after waiting two weeks. I truly feel for anyone who purchases from this location and regret referring my friends here

Trudy, Daniel, and Josh all 3 were so very welcoming and committed to the customer. They dedicated their time with us and to us. Our experience was above exceptional. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and even more pleased with how we were treated.

I have been in the process of buying a vehicle from carmart for a while. My first car was a 12 Sonata Hybrid that I was absolutely in love with and unfortunately it was deemed totaled. Carmart was kind enough and so helpful by putting me into a Ford fusion for a great price. I am back to driving and could not express the gratitude enough. Thank you CarMart of MH. Especially Mrs. Trudy for being so thoughtful and going out of her way to help me, even tho I test drove 30 cars before I chose the one I got. Lol. Highly recommend using carmart

I loved that they contacted me after I had made so many car lot inquiries. I was about to give up on getting a car. For me that is a huge deal, I lived in the middle of nowhere and drive for a living. Thank You for being the ones that kept me on the road and my family fed!

Best car dealership in town! Staff is very friendly and attentive! Purchased a wonderful Nissan that will last me years to come! Thanks Car-Mart! Daniel is your go to guy if you want the best service in town. He won t steer you wrong no pun intended. But you should put your yourself in park at the lot and see what they have to offer! Also they took my car as trade in for a down payment and it was the simplest process ever. Cheers!

Words can t express how blessed we were to work with the whole cart mart team in Mt. Home. I want to express words of gratitude to Laurie my car blew up and I needed a vehicle ASAP. We called car mart and spoke with Laurie, she was so nice and caring we explained to her what happened to our vehicle and she told us the deals they had and said she would do everything in her power to get us a good running vehicle. Laurie went above and beyond to help us. We walked away with this beautiful car and could not be more happier. When we showed up we were geeeted by friendly faces willing to help. Everyone at car mart was wonderful and amazing. Hiring this great team in Mt home and GM Laurie was the best decision you guys made. Thanks for a great experience.

Incredible Staff! From the minute I got out of the car to shop the lot, Laurie met me with a smile and how she could help. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my buying experience the best ever. Laurie not only treated me with respect and made me comfortable, she made me feel like family. I feel like I've known her for years! She never sugar-coated anything. I never once felt pressured to buy something I wasn't completely in love with. She helped get me into a car that I'm SO in love with, and she did it with a smile! A 2008 Honda with 300k miles and $600 a month payment for 4 years is all hands thumbs down a rip off. My son got a 2021 with 63k miles for 452 a month. Reach me if you want to know where to get a better vehicle. Carmart has been a rip off for years especially high payment and high mileage.

Just called there and asked if there car would pass a state inspection in Missouri and the so called assistance manager said she won't guarantee any thing but did see why not so watch it with them since there is no state inspection in that state probably bunch of lemons coming off that lot asked for a sales person and that when she became the manager dont even want to leave 1 Star

We were very pleased with the service and knowledge of this carmart. Went in with a trade in told them what we could afford, when and how much we could pay and walked out with happy faces and our new used Nissan frontier truck. Thanks carmart for always being there.

Not even 3 weeks of having our car the connecting rod in our engine blew. 2 weeks later we are being told we have to pay for the tow and engine diagnostics after being told otherwise. They seem friendly but their cars sure ain t!

I just want stay the team over at Car-Mart in Mountain Home AR were pretty amazing! Wife and I went told them our details what we had for a down payment, test drove 2 vehicles told them the we wanted and we drove out of there. I don't think we have ever had a more simple non hassle car buying experience than we had Stephanie, Devon, and Auntie were pretty great. A+++ Definitely would recommend them thanks so much!!!

This is my second purchase from Car-Mart. Excellent service, super easy to work with! Daniel and the manager Josh made the process simple, noticed a few minor issues with the vehicle and they had the problem fixed with no questions asked.
