Took a friends car to be cleaned. It s a very small car. I was helping them out. Took over an hour and it was a very sloppy job inside. Ash trays weren t cleaned. Completely missed the vacuum job in the back. Took it back. I was very nice and explained the situation. The lady was not happy and did vacuum the back and that was it. Still had dust etc on dash and in the cup holders. Won t be returning.

Car Care usually always does a great job with my vehicles. Generally consistent on quality of work. My car gets dirty with all of the driving I do showing properties but they always make it look brand new again. I would definitely recommend them. Usually about $50 if you use their coupon online to save 10%. Don't forget to get your punch card if you go very often.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Make sure you allow some time. They do a thorough job, but that takes a while. Thankfully, they allowed me to leave and bring it back later to finish up since I had an appointment elsewhere.

I use them repeatedly because normally they do a good job. Today what did I pay for? I didn't even include all pictures I took. So disappointed.

Took my car in for a full detail, inside and out. Went during thr week and the wait was 2 hours, they have a nice seating area with ac and picnic tables outside with umbrellas. Car was cleaned beautifully other than a few missed spots

Great car washes, ask me in two weeks when I my car detailed there. They did a great job. 2/20/24 to now today I went there for a what they call a basic car wash. They asked me what I wanted them to pay attention to and I said the inside of the windows. Well they did a little better than what I would have done. But I went there to get the windows done right. I will go back there because it still is the best car wash in town.

They do a great job and having a clean car makes you feel good! The owner is always sweet and friendly even when she's hot and tired. The waiting room is pleasant for a car wash.

It is a wonderful place good workers the owner is wonderful. They did a really good job on my Lamborghini. It looked brand new when they got done and the pricing is perfect. I cannot say enough about the level of service and care this business provided! I went to this car wash because of a recommendation from a family member. I called ahead and set an appointment for a hand wax on my Jeep Cherokee. When I arrived early for my appointment, I was warmly greeted in the office. After a brief discussion of what I was looking for and my expectations, the team quickly got to work. My car was done earlier than expected, which I have never experienced at other car detailing business! After the car was pulled around, the gentleman that did the detailing spent a significant amount of time pointing out little dings, etc., that he noticed while waxing that he wanted to bring to my attention. It was so appreciated and revealed the care and attention to detail that this business brings to the services that they offer! I will recommend this business to all that I can and will continue to get my car detailed in the future from Car Care when I am in town.

I always take my car here, you can t beat the price for what all they do for your car. They always do a great job and the are super nice. Sometimes it takes awhile because they stay so busy! Best car wash in town! I would definitely recommend them

They were short of employees and it was a2 1/2 wait. After 45 minutes I asked the manager why 4 cars went ahead of me, and her answer was "well your vehicle is dirty" and then she just walked away.

Best business in Mountain Home in my opinion explanation point. Laura is an absolutely wonderful manager and or owner and her staff are very honest I am a senior citizen that forgot something in my car and they found it and they could have stole it but they did not so they get kudos for their honesty and integrity I will never go any place else to have my car done!

There is only one place in the Mt. Home area to get someone else to clean out your vehicle. Car Care generally does an awesome job of washing cars and trucks, then getting rid of the sand and debris that comes from dozens of daily hop ins and outs. A well-oiled team vacuums, then the vehicle is machine washed, hand dried and the interior is cleaned by four or five people who wash windshields inside, detail the front cockpit area and generally make your vehicle a nicer place to be. It used to work with precision. You might, and often have to, wait two hours for your vehicle, but clean is worth it.The labor shortage is currently a problem at Car Care. The last two vehicles I brought in didn't come out out as clean as they used to and the price has gone up, but it is stll much better than doing it yourself.

They do an awful job.I paid for a full detail. My door jams were still dirty,windows were not cleaned well, and tire rims were still dirty. They are very nice when you set your appointment and pay ahead of time. Don't dare complain Owner is very aggressive and argumentative . I will never go back!!

I live in Omaha but travel to Mtn Home frequently. This place is great! I have a large dog that sheds and brings in a lot of mud. They do an extremely better job than any place in Omaha. They probably cringe when they see the inside of my 4Runner, but every time I drive away I'm impressed.Thanks to all the staff and management .

They do a decent job, though I ve been disappointed a few times they don t wipe down interior door panels with visible mud splatters showing. I m unable to bend and twist the way most of the good cleaning techniques require, so I do appreciate this full service car cleaning facility.

Great job cleaning the interior and exterior of my Optima. Only problem is their $30 cleaning is going to cost me around $250 to replace my passanger mirror and that is just the cost for the mirror. When I went back the guy who serviced my vehicle said it looked like it must have melted. That was just the grease for the electric remote control that was broken off from the inside. Use them at your own risk. I learned real quick!Services: Polishing, Auto interior vacuuming
