Went to Bayird for our first time RV purchase and I have to say - top notch customer service! They have the customer in mind and are very thorough. The facility is very nice and they have a wide variety of inventory. I highly recommend Lee and crew for your RV needs!

We drove by this RV dealer in Mountain Home, Arkansas just to view some of their trailer inventory. Sales rep Juli was amazing. Very professional, no pressure, no haggle sales. We had a budget and she was able to get us out the door with a new 2023 Micro Minnie Winnebago close to our budget. It's hard to win over my retired Marine. I can't tell you how many dealerships we walk out of because of wishy washy salesmen that are not truthful or try to upsell.Juli treats her customers with honesty and grace. We were happy to give Bayird our money and drove off with our new trailer attached to our van. Next stop pick-up mom in Canada and off to Alaska. We have Juli's cell # so she's a call or text away along the road. They have boat inventory as well! Several locations. Plus they deliver!Above and beyond, highly recommend!

I pulled into this dealership to use my GPS to find our motel. This nice lady came out on a golf cart to see if she could help us. We talked for half an hour. She was fairly new to this dealership but she had a great attitude and was very friendly. If I was in the market for a new motorhome or travel trailer. I would definitely buy from her. I'm an old man and can't recall her name. She was very personable.

The worse business I have ever dealt with! Bought a BRAND NEW camper, and nothing but problems. Bayird refuses to give me a time frame on when they can fix my camper because the manufacturer won t help them out financially or with parts. A 2022 camper and the slide out ripped the roof the first time I slid it in, the bathroom shower flooded because the shower was completely installed wrong, a huge rip in the seat, the blinds in the bedroom rolled down and will not roll back up, there are holes in the blinds in the kitchen, and a mechanism to keep a cabinet closed was never installed. This is just the start.

Honestly I do not even know where to begin. My wife and I decided that we wanted to sell off our house and move in to a camper of which we were completely ignorant about. We initially had found several that interest us but decided to go ahead and stop here before we traveled any further. We initially had spoken with Mike on the phone a couple of times and he was very helpful. When we showed up to look at different campers he was not available so we dealt with the general manager Lee instead. We spent about an hour there And were convinced that we found the right camper for our needs. We bought a used one that was 4 years old But it was perfect for us. We showed up 2 days later after they got everything set for us to move right into. We took the camper home and because of our ignorance we were unsure how to turn on different things for the hot water heater and stuff. The very next day the service manager rob came to our campground and got everything situated for us. The customer service in this particular dealership was impeccable. Anybody wanted to purchase a new RV or camper how it highly recommend you stop here 1st even if that means you have to take a little bit of a drive to do so. You will not find better customer service in the industry I guarantee it. The price that we paid for our camper was extremely reasonable and even lower than market standard.

We had our heart set on a certain type of fifth wheel. The manager, Lee, went above and beyond to make our dream come true. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. The service staff is top notch. I would highly recommend doing business with Bayird whether you are in the market for a RV or boat.

They sold us a new camper. Never got to stay in it one night and the slide out broke, shower leaked, cushions ripped, and holes in the blinds. The sad part about it the have had it for almost 6 weeks and have not done anything to it. They are so dishonest. Full of lies and excuses.

Love Love these guys!! They work hard to get the deal done, without playing any games, no nonsense get it done attitude. Lee was our salesperson, we also dealt with Julie. Both are absolutely great, could not have asked for more. Boss give them both a raise!! i

They have just opened up and it is going to be a good place to get rv parts, boat parts or buy a new camper or boat

Couldn't find them online when I searched for there place, so I edited 1 out, hope it helps others find them! Been watching them make this place from nothing to this and got to say the place looks so Good at the moment!
